In our first year if business FLIP helped us when we need to add coverage for special events throughout the state of VA. We just renewed our premium for this coming year.

This is my second year purchasing Insurance. A reminder prior to policy expiration would be helpful. Have not had any claims, so cannot give feedback on that.
On paper, it is good coverage, priced right. The real proof is when the time comes to file a claim. Thankfully have not had that occasion...

The rate you quoted us is OK, just wish you did a six month policy. We are only down here for six months. If you had a six month policy we would be happy doing business with you every time we came down here. What can you do for me in that regard??? Seems like we just paid you for 6 months that we are not here. Hoping you can do something for us in that regard. Thanks Mark

Most everything is fine and explained except that my form - Occurrence Form Certificate Page states and annual cost at $245 but I am billed $299. There is no explanation for the extra $54.

I have been working with this insurance company since 2016. They are amazing. Very readable price which is lower than any other insurance companies. They have great staffs.. always response quick. I never had any single issue with them.

I have been a customer for over three year now. Customer service is wonderful. I have a question and it gets answered right away. I need a form fax over or email they take care of it right a way. I am please with the service is receive form Flip.

This provided a Program for my needs , Being a small Farmers Market vendor for the first . The Market required Proof of Insurance . So FLIP fulfilled that require ment

The Day I purchased this insurance, the representative was very informative and assured me that the transaction via your website was secured and that I would receive coverage immediately. Also, the turnaround time I needed to have paperwork done to fulfill a request was excellent!

It was really stupid that just because the credit card had a new 3 digit code and did not process the first time on auto-pay, that I had to reapply as if a totally new customer. As soon as I got the notice it did not process, I updated the card yet it would not process, and there was no explanation why. I had to contact customer service to find out why, then re- enter the entire application. Really poor service.

We have belonged to FLIP for 3 years and love being a part of this company. They are fast and so professional and are always willing to help and find a solution if you run into a issue that comes up . The website is great and so easy to use.
Flip is awesome and thank you all for everything . You will never go wrong with FLIP .
