I booked my Seaworld 3 Park 14 day ticket and my Universal 3 Park ticket in September last Year. The price went down on another website and Floridatix priced matched them both with a simple phone call saving me £150.00. They also added the deal of the day the 14 day Park Transfer pass for free.
I am very impressed with their service. Tickets arrived in 2 days from final payment.
Don't hesitate to buy from here but make sure you add the £20.00 cancellation and price match insurance as it saved me £150.

Had one issue in 2017 when I booked ‘Dine with Shamu’ At SeaWorld for an evening meal but when I arrived it was booked for dinner time as they no longer did the evening meal. On return to the UK I made a complaint and received a full refund from FloridaTix (Did take a few emails) but I was happy with the end result.
I am going again in 2020 and if they are competitive in price against other reputable providers I would definitely purchase my tickets from them again. I have to say I’ve been looking recently and they seem to be slightly more expensive at this time.

Booked with this company as I had been advised of their alleged good reputation. Our holiday for 30th March was cancelled on 14th March when the travel ban was announced by Donald Trump. Contacted FloridaTix on 15th March to arrange a refund as I had paid the extra £25 for price match and cancellation guarantees. Was told that IF I was to get a refund it would be up to Discovery Cove which was closed by this point, and that I would be lucky to get any money back at all. If I did get money back Floridatix would be taking a nice healthy whack of it to cover their costs because it’s a trying time for business, they need to cover their costs and there will be lots of businesses that go bust because of this. Sorry that’s my problem how exactly? Finally got told any refund I would be likely to receive would be in my account within 60days. Surprise surprise it’s day 60 now and still no sign of a refund. Absolute disgrace of a company and one that I would never ever recommend to anyone. We have had a full refund from all the other vendors we used within 30 days of our holiday being cancelled. Floridatix are the exception to this and have by far been the worst one to deal with. I will be looking into legal advice because you have breeched the terms of the agreement by failing to refund in the time frame specified and agreed upon by myself and your agents, absolute disgrace

They managed to send me out tickets that have not been activated for the Disney parks ,and now we have missed out on our fast pass bookings ,
Constantly fobbed off with everyone’s on an training day , sorry we are unable to help blag ,
So thank you very much first and last time we use this company do not seem interested in sorting out our issue ,
But amazingly they can ring me from there sales department to try and sell me more tickets,
A word of advice use attraction tickets direct
We have used them before and never had a problem and I will use them again

My only mistake in this whole debacle is that i booked with your company (Floridatix) and therefore cant get my money back. Any money i do get takes 60 working days and also costs me 20% as a handling fee. WHAT?
It is just WRONG to charge people in this instance. As mentioned below, i work in the travel industry myself and i will never, ever buy any tickets from your company or your subsidiaries again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
If i could give this company 0 stars i would. When the whole world is in lockdown and obviously tickets can not be used the only option is to cancel. This company not only takes a 20% refund fee (HUH!!!) and then has the stones to then tell us that the refund is going to take 60 working days to complete. This is a complete joke.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I am in the travel industry and if i ever treated my customers like this i would not have a business left. Safe to say i won't ever use this company ever again and i suggest you don't and steer clear.
