Edited - 6th April 2020 - James, that is unacceptable for customers. I have it on good authority that the parks (my tickets were refunded instantly) and the attractions are all refunding customers fully, FULLY!!

My only mistake in this whole debacle is that i booked with your company (Floridatix) and therefore cant get my money back. Any money i do get takes 60 working days and also costs me 20% as a handling fee. WHAT?

It is just WRONG to charge people in this instance. As mentioned below, i work in the travel industry myself and i will never, ever buy any tickets from your company or your subsidiaries again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. When the whole world is in lockdown and obviously tickets can not be used the only option is to cancel. This company not only takes a 20% refund fee (HUH!!!) and then has the stones to then tell us that the refund is going to take 60 working days to complete. This is a complete joke.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I am in the travel industry and if i ever treated my customers like this i would not have a business left. Safe to say i won't ever use this company ever again and i suggest you don't and steer clear.

What a shabby outfit.

How can they justify £140 administration fee at any time let alone now. Only company, during the coronavirus situation i have dealt with with such appalling service. I hope everyone shuns them when we get back to "normal"

Amazing company with amazing customer services, My holiday was cancelled due to the Thomas Cook situation was due to fly in 5 days rebooked the holiday for May 2020 rang Floridtix more out of hope, and they were amazing they transferred all my tickets to the new date let me change what I originally had book, this time I bought the insurance which if your tickets go on sale they email you and you can change them to the new cheaper price, I can’t stress enough how helpful they have been, at a time when other companies are trying to take advantage of the Thomas Cook situation,

Called up FloridaTix to get various theme park tickets for the family trip to Orlando this summer. Very friendly service and all the tickets arrived within 48 hours. We're very excited to go and chuffed with the service. Will definately recommend or use again if we decide to go back to Orlando.

First Class Service

I booked my Seaworld 3 Park 14 day ticket and my Universal 3 Park ticket in September last Year. The price went down on another website and Floridatix priced matched them both with a simple phone call saving me £150.00. They also added the deal of the day the 14 day Park Transfer pass for free.

I am very impressed with their service. Tickets arrived in 2 days from final payment.

Don't hesitate to buy from here but make sure you add the £20.00 cancellation and price match insurance as it saved me £150.

It is ridiculous the way Florida Tix is treating people at this difficult time looking to charge an administration fee of 20% because the park is not open and we can't physically go there. They are ripping people off big time will never !! repeat never !! book with them again and will also be advising other people not to book with them either. people have lost their jobs or on low income due to this virus and they are ripping people out of their money.

I used FloridaTix in 2013 & 2017 for my tickets. I bought tickets for Disney, Universal, Discovery Cove ultimate and was very happy.
Had one issue in 2017 when I booked ‘Dine with Shamu’ At SeaWorld for an evening meal but when I arrived it was booked for dinner time as they no longer did the evening meal. On return to the UK I made a complaint and received a full refund from FloridaTix (Did take a few emails) but I was happy with the end result.
I am going again in 2020 and if they are competitive in price against other reputable providers I would definitely purchase my tickets from them again. I have to say I’ve been looking recently and they seem to be slightly more expensive at this time.

Paid in full on Monday night and they were delivered first thing on Wednesday morning. We're in Belfast so we never get anything delivered that fast!

They were highly recommended to me and I will gladly pass on that recommendation!

I appreciate its difficult for everybody at the moment with what's going on in the world but why should I wait 60 days and pay 20% fee for cancelling tickets that i will never get to use. We were travelling to Orlando on 23rd March for 3 weeks and booked tickets to cover the whole holiday. We will probably never be able to arrange the same holiday again due to work commitments to be told we will be charged over £200 in cancellation fees because our flights have been cancelled. We didnt cancel our holiday Donald Trump did! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FLORIDATIX AGAIN!!!!!!!

EDIT: Thanks for your arrogant reply however you will find that unless you are once again changing the goal posts, and now stating business days, which was not stated during any contact with you, we are now on day 64 and still no refund.

Booked with this company as I had been advised of their alleged good reputation. Our holiday for 30th March was cancelled on 14th March when the travel ban was announced by Donald Trump. Contacted FloridaTix on 15th March to arrange a refund as I had paid the extra £25 for price match and cancellation guarantees. Was told that IF I was to get a refund it would be up to Discovery Cove which was closed by this point, and that I would be lucky to get any money back at all. If I did get money back Floridatix would be taking a nice healthy whack of it to cover their costs because it’s a trying time for business, they need to cover their costs and there will be lots of businesses that go bust because of this. Sorry that’s my problem how exactly? Finally got told any refund I would be likely to receive would be in my account within 60days. Surprise surprise it’s day 60 now and still no sign of a refund. Absolute disgrace of a company and one that I would never ever recommend to anyone. We have had a full refund from all the other vendors we used within 30 days of our holiday being cancelled. Floridatix are the exception to this and have by far been the worst one to deal with. I will be looking into legal advice because you have breeched the terms of the agreement by failing to refund in the time frame specified and agreed upon by myself and your agents, absolute disgrace

Highly recommend bought our universal tickets with Floridatix arrived within a couple of days by courier. The advisor was very friendly and helpful and was able to recommend lots of things to do in Orlando as well as the parks

I booked my tickets for 2020 unfortunately I can't now go due to covid19, I have moved the dates to next year 2021 which was a really smooth process and was helped all the way by the very professional Joanne.
I will use Floridatix again.

They managed to send me out tickets that have not been activated for the Disney parks ,and now we have missed out on our fast pass bookings ,
Constantly fobbed off with everyone’s on an training day , sorry we are unable to help blag ,

But amazingly they can ring me from there sales department to try and sell me more tickets,
