I really can't rate recommend or use again because I just placed the order. I will say I like the same day and use of local florists! My friend rec'd her flowers and loved them. She sent me a photo, they looked nice. I paid for the largest bunch, didn't look as full as I thought it should (more green stuff than flowers), but I don't know the price and availability of flowers atm. Again, glad to use local flowers and florist.

I was looking to purchase flowers in a hurry for a last minute family gift to our Aunt who turned 97 yrs old. Needed the flowers delivered the next day. Found this company after a previous online company did not display the pricing until it was time to pay, and the cost was outrageous. Florists.com revealed pricing during each step in the process and offered same day delivery. The flowers were well received and our aunt was very happy. Thank you.

Thank you very much. This gift is going to a very special and spunky Lady who turns 88 today. She's one of my best friends biological grandma, whom after 48 years we just located and met a few months ago. My friend was adopted as a baby and it was a sealed adoption, through DNA we located Grandma Rachel. My best friend is Grandma Rachel's only living grandchild so I've adopted Grandma Rachel too. Thank you for helping to make her day extra special.

Ordered plant never arrived. Status is "An Agent Is Looking Into Your Order & Will Update You As Soon As Possible" Pathetic. This was for someone who is gravely ill and may not live long enough to receive it. I want both a full refund and a personal apology. I will never use florists.com again.

- Bouquet never delivered
- Customer support number they have listed online tells you to go back online and then hangs up
- Emailed customer service, support ticket was created saying that I will get a response in 24 hours, never happened.
- Had to dispute charges with my credit card company
- Avoid this company if you can, there are plenty of reputable companies out there

I wanted an Edible Fruit delivered to a hospital for a 19 year old heart surgery patient. I ordered on line (shine bright) very nice picture with sprinkles on the fruit and mixed fruit and partially chocolate covered. the fruit was partially covered but no sprinkles at all. I ordered this on 8/19/16 and I was told same day delivery, they said there was no one at the hospital with MY NAME ( I am not the patient) they said they tried to call me but no missed calls. On Monday no fruit was delivered as of 9am, I was calling but their number says closed 24-7 so email is the only communication. If you can handle poor communication and not what you ordered then this is your place.

I ordered 2 dozen roses in a vase to be sent on Valentine's Day. The recipient received a box of 2 dozen roses and a box of the vase. This means the recipient had to assemble it. I've never heard roses are unassembled on Valentine's Day and this was embarrassing for me. I contacted the customer service via email twice and no response and it's been a week now.

After numerous of phone calls I received my valentines flowers 3 days late from my Bf. The original order was a flower basket with teddy bear, but I received a simple bouquet, half dead, with a vase with no teddy bear, no basket. First phone call to see when the flowers would be delivered, on valentines day, they informed me that the driver was on their way. 2 hours later, no delivery. I called again and spoke to the gentleman from flower shop, why the delivery could not be delivered, he got defensive and started arguing with me, telling me all kind of excuses regarding the 20 min drive for delivery, then he said he had no delivery guy. He suggested I could pick them up myself, after paying $15 in delivery charge. What a joke!!! I or my Bf, will never order flowers from them again, do your self a favor and pick another place!

Ordered Valentine flowers with this company on Feb 9th. Scheduled delivery for 2/12 to ensure plenty of time for a back-up plan if they did not arrive. 2/12 - no flowers. Emailed them expecting a refund. 2/13, get an email offering partial refund and promises to deliver on 2/14. Against my better judgment, I agree. 2/14 comes and no flowers. Was promised on 2/16 a full refund, but shortly thereafter I get an email saying the flowers did arrive. Considering the fact I was here all day and no flowers came, I can testify that they absolutely did NOT show up. So now I have no flowers, no refund and a very upset wife! Please do not end up like me - use someone else or go to your local florist.

I should have known to order from another florist when their web site had so many glitches on the mobile version that I had to switch to a computer. But stupidly, I hoped the delivery and flowers would be a different story. Not so. They left a confusing message with the recipient "we have a question" but when she returned their call, they couldn't help without the order number. (She's the recipient, of course she doesn't have the order number.) I call and they say they need to substitute some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered, okay, not a problem. But the arrangement that arrived not only bore no resemblance whatsoever to the arrangement I ordered, I had ordered the premium version of a beautiful, exotic arrangement in a short modern vase and they delivered the cheapest possible flowers (daisies, carnations, astrolomeria, ferns) in a tall cheap vase. This arrangement looks like I bought it from the refrigerator in a hospital gift shop. Awful. I will never order from these folks again.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery for Friday on mothers day weekend. Checked email all day to track and nothing. No delivery Friday called sat morning they said one truck goes out to the delivery location once a day and my order was to late for Friday. But websites states if order is placed by certain time it will be the same day, which mine was placed before that time. Not only that but same day delivery only has certain arrangements you can choose from. Saturday again was trying to track package all day since no one was home and nothing. Sunday came around MOTHERS DAY i had to call AGAIN and they told stated they needed approval to use white lily flowers instead of yellow. Which at this point did I have a choice??? NO!!! But not once did anyone ever make any sort of attempt to contact me. Flowers came in Sunday with the Lily flower not even bloomed what so ever. Then the flower place they used was like 20 min away from delivery location so one truck a day going there did not make sense. I will never use this place or recommend it to anyone.

Ordered flowers Thursday to be delivered Friday. They weren’t delivered Friday nor Saturday. They weren’t delivered Sunday or Monday either because Fed ex doesn’t deliver those days. No explanation. Supposedly they “upgraded” the order but who knows if that really happened. I haven’t seen the order, it was sent to a client. They were finally delivered Tuesday. Still no explanation even after a scathing email this morning. Never using them again!

Placed order online at 7 AM and paid for same day delivery. They called the following day after the funeral had started to ask for more information. Information that was included in the order! Unbelievable, do not trust them if you need a quick delivery!! You think for something as important as a funeral they would ask questions before the delivery day had passed???

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mother’s day. The pathetic excuse for a bouquet was delivered on time. The stems were not cut to fit the vase, the TWO colored flowers in the bouquet were broken, there was no other filler to fill the space in the arrangement, and when I complained to customer service, they said the flowers needed a couple of days to bloom and gave no response to replacing or refunding. I’ll never use this site again and could not be more disappointed in their lack of care.

Placed an order on Nov 7, 2016 for same day delivery (my grandmother was having surgery that day). On Nov 9 I received an email saying they did not deliver the flowers and asked if I'd like them to deliver that day, or cancel the order. I replied and asked why they had not been delivered on the 7th - no reply. I emailed on the 10th to ask them to cancel the order and issue credit - no reply. It is now the 11th and I've sent another email and have been sitting on hold on their 800# for 15 minutes waiting on someone to answer.

RIDICULOUS! Do NOT waste your time or money on this sham of a business!

I recently ordered a fruit bouquet online from florists.com for my mom for Mother's Day with a requested delivery date of 5/13. As i entered my order, i kept looking for a place to include a card. No card. I quickly received my confirmation which did allow me to add a card, but showed a delivery date of 5/11. When i contacted their customer 10 minutes after placing the order requesting delivery date be changed to 5/13, I was told they could not change the date because it was too close to Mother's Day. Nothing like having your gift delivered 3 days early. There service was completely unaccomodating and I feel I was mis-led and taken advantage of once the order was placed. I would not recommend this company or their affiliates including 800flowers.com. Buyer beware.

Order processed and scheduled for May 7-8th delivery with additional "Surge" fee for Mother's Day weekend. No flowers delivered, but the charge went through. Would have given them zero (0) starts but system would not allow.

I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered the following day. It took five days, several hours on the phone with customer service and a lot of stress before the flowers were received. Big surprise, the bouquet that arrived was nothing like the one in the picture!!! At least I was offered a refund but it was not worth the hassle. Not to mention the surprise was ruined as I had to involve the recipient in the process. The excuses I received were all over the place! Pay the extra few bucks and go to a legit company!

After 5 business days the flowers were never delivered. Followed up on an order that was made to be sent on Monday, and subsequently after for 4 days straight and then finally asked for a refund. I'm following up with my credit card company to ensure they don't charge me in the future. Worst online florist ever used. Ended up ordering from another online retailer, to make up the mistake Florists.com made. Had Ruth as my customer service agent.

I purchased two flower arrangements from this company for family members for Christmas and my sister-in-law advised us (embarassed) that the flowers that arrived were in very poor condition (wilted, broken). When we got back home from visiting them, I reached out to Flowers.com and told them and they said I must provide a picture. I said I was not the recipient and I didn't have a picture. (Would my sister-in-law tell my wife this if it weren't true?). I asked Florist.com for some form of consideration and they flat refused. Disgraceful product and even worse customer service. Please go elsewhere.
