Football Ticket Net

I ordered ticket for the away fans section, Crystal Palace v Arsenal. They sent me home fans "hospitality" tickets, claiming they were more expensive and won't refund me since it's an "upgrade".

I was only interested in the away fans section. I had to cancel my whole trip, as the price for away seats had gone way up on other sites since I first ordered.

They ruined my summer vacation, and didn't even try to help. Please stay away! I have ordered on other websites before without fail, and this is the first real scam site I have come across.

Paid for a Barcelona game, at a premium location. Didn't receive the ticket and contacted the CS. They reverted back stating that they would call me close to the game. Basically I am out of the EU and my registered mobile number wouldn't work and I informed them. From there no answer.

Filed a case against them on Paypal. Someone contacted me from the UK promising to sort things and I didn't close the case but uploaded the exchanges to Paypal. Paypal also stated they received proof the tickets were delivered to me.

So around 35 messages to ask Paypal for a copy of that proof - they stated I should ask the seller. Now, I told the seller I would open another case - and they sent me the tickets.

However the price shown was less that half of that I paid. approx 90 EUR instead of the 200 EUR. And I was naturally given a seat just outside the designated area.

So stay away from Football Ticket Net, they are crooks.

Scam and Fraud company
Don’t buy any football tickets on their website .. They deliver wrong tickets for cheaper prices.

We paid approx $500 for an FC Barcelona game and were guaranteed seats together via email. Instead, FootballTicketNet booked seats with consecutive numbers but in totally different sections. When we complained to FootballTicketNet, they refused to refund us. Their customer service does NOT honor customer satisfaction guarantees and took several months to respond to us.

We travelled from Australia to watch Spurs. We recieved our tickets (member ship card) as advised. Head to the game and when presented at the gate number provided we are told invalid. We visit the ticket office and are told these are fake memberships and a scam. We miss our match and now have lost our money due to the great scam setup this company produce. We have had a call saying they will look into it but now reply to my emails requesting my money back again buyer beware

Bunch of filthy liars! They advertise a 100% guaranteed delivery policy that is utterly false! Everything is fake! If your tickets are not delivered they won't refund you. They are based in Malta which is well know for having dodgy practises! Never by anything you will be scammed.

After paying a small fortune in flights and accommodation for a champions league qtr final I was told to go to a address before the game to collect my tickets instead of the tickets being delivered to my hotel, I went to the address and waited there until kickoff but the tickets never arrived. For your sake learn from my horrible experience and do not do bussiness with football tickets.net.

Was very very nervous using ticketnet but I couldnt get tickets to the Man U game anywhere else so decided to give it a try Tickets were expensive but was expecting that Customer service was fantastic - they kept in constant touch with me re the tickets Any time I phoned or emailed I got a prompt response Was nervous about the tickets being delivered the day before the game to our hotel in Manchester but everything went according to plan Would definitely use ticketnet again

Ordered tickets to see Real Madrid in the Bernabeu and had a once-in-a-life-time experience! This was a birthday surprise for my loved one and he loved every minute of it! The match was great - We saw Ronaldo, his favorite player, live in action with great seats and not overpriced tickets at all! Football Ticket Net has a very nice customer service team that were happy to help us with every question we had & made sure we know every info we should have known before the match.

I should have taken notice of the reviews but didn't and got burnt. You will spend so much more than you can afford, they won't issue tickets and insist on delivering the to your address a couple of days before the game. Our game was 'postponed' and then we wanted our money back as we are travelling from Australia. They wouldn't refund and told us to chose another game where the tickets were even more expensive. We didn't want to do that so about 3 months later after numerous emails we finally got some of money back. Now we can't afford to buy them legitimately. They are con artists.

There are many bad companies online, but this one - Football Ticket Net is NOT one of them. I think they have one of the most friendly customer service team I met combined with their solid ticket prices got me on board. Add to this a very good delivery process + nice seats at the stadium - A very legit company that we are happy to recommend and for sure will use their services in the future once again.

This is the second time I use Football TicketNet. In both opportunities I received great tickets and excellent service. They were quick to respond to any questions and to keep me updated, by mail and by phone of the delivery process. The tickets were delivered on time and there was not one, but two follow up calls to ensure I had received them. I will definitely used them again!

I bought tickets for two different games in two different cities. When I arrived at each hotel, my tickets were waiting for me. I also received a follow up email to confirm the hotel I was staying at. Great service to be honest. Best game I watched was for United. Even though I was sitting up in the third block, I wouldn't change my seat. The fans wouldn't stop singing, chanting, and cheering. I'd certainly order my tickets from here again.

Don't but ticket by this company- they will charge 70% more of the real cost. They charged me for two tickets 550- they don't want to send you the ticket to your house or by email, not before 48 hours of the game, this is because don't want you to notice on the real ticket price --- which it was for each ticket REAL COST 160 each one. I can't believe. BIG MISTAKE USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought two PLATINUM tickets for a friend and myself to watch the German Super cup between Dortmund and Bayern Munchen. Platinum tickets represent tickets where the seats are on the long-side of the stadium BETWEEN THE PENALTY BOXES. I got two tickets on the long-side outside the playing-field even further than the corner flag. My complaint with Football Ticket Net was handled by to many people all with poor and inadequate answers. No one was willing to seriously investigate the matter. I supplied them with copies of my tickets and pictures taken from my poor seat. They kept on talking about the block I was put instead of the seats I bought !! I paid 415 for two tickets with a view of only 55% of the pitch. A big shame!!!. My present for my friend appear to be a disaster and I am ashamed towards him after a 3,5 hours drive by care (one way) unable to watch the soccer game as every normal human being would expect, provided that fellow spectators remained seated. Football Ticket Net showed a big unwillingness to properly solve my complaints, unwilling to investigate and consequently unwilling to understand. Meanwhile they spoiled a birthday present and what should have been a nice watch of a soccer-game. FootballTicketNet sells soccer tickets where you will not get what you bought. Although to a certain extend I can understand that mistakes are made, I do have no consideration with FootballTicketNet as it concerns their efforts to solve the mistakes by them. As I experienced it is the management of FootballTicketNet in particular that shows a lack of honesty and understanding. If you want to loose your money to a group of people that cannot deliver what you bought then I recommend you this organisation. I will start a lawsuit against FootballTicketNet. Again in short: I bought 2 Platinum tickets for seats between the penalty boxes for 415 !!!! I got two lousy seats outside the pitch. FootballTicketNet initially offered a compensation of 15 per seat. In a later stage they offered 30 per seat. With this offer they admitted to have delivered tickets for the wrong seats. Still I have hardly seen the soccer-game I paid so much money for. I did not accept their poor offer for compensation. I will start a lawsuit, anybody want to join me ??

The tickets were not delivered to me, I had to pick them up on just two hours before the match, it was hard to find the pick up point and the contact person was very rude and unhelpful (very stressful experience just two hours before the game!). In addition, I received ticket category worse than I ordered (cheaper than those I payed for). Very bad costumer service

Thieves is the least thing you can say about them. They promised premium seats when i picked them up on their website, paid a fortune and ended up sitting last one up the stadium. Sending a claim won't work also so do not bother claiming if you get screwed. Never again.

We ordered 5 days before match. Tickets couldn´t be delivered to hotel. We were informed to collect the tickets in a hotel near the stadium. Person who will wait for us contacted us in advance and was there to deliver tickets. After the match we had to return the tickets to him. Everything was well organized. Would do it again. But one star deducted because of the price. Seats were in a block under the roof , but from foreign countries its nearly impossible to get tickets for Liverpool for a reasonable price.

My colleagues from a hospital bought me a voucher for 195 pounds at footballticketnet.com. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide me tickets for a whole one year, and at the end they told me that they will refund me. Sadly, they have not returned me anything for 2 months, and now they even stopped communicating with me. What a nice present from my friends, which turned out to be a nightmare. Any ideas what can I do with that ? :-/
