I used to always buy foxylocks and I am so pleased I have Purchased a new set however the 24inch ends seem damaged so I will need to take them to a hairdressers - 22” would have been sufficient so I am a little gutted. I feel even though I purchased the 280g, I will need to purchase more as it doesn’t completely cover my blunt cut short hair. The packaging and separate sample of hair to try before opening the full packing is a good idea. Impressed with the speedy delivery which was a bonus!

Ive been using foxy locks for about 5 years now, I absolutely LOVE the extensions! I have fine hair and they never feel heavy, they cover so well and you can layer up to get what thickness you want! The quality is amazing, I would never wear any other brands! 100% recommend

Pre-ordered 16/04/2020 Brown Black 160g hair extensions, due for release 30/04/2020. Checked today and not due for release now until 06/05/2020.

Messaged on Instagram and was told that the order is not due to be delivered to them on their next deliver and that my order ‘SHOULD’ be dispatched to them within the next couple of weeks. Meaning I will have waited just until 2 months by the time it comes.

Having read through reviews a lot of people seem to be having the same problem, with not receiving their item by the due time and having money taken from the bank soon as.

If they do not have the resources or quantity needed for customers orders they should not be doing sales or taking monies until they are available or due for new deliveries.

Do not order unless you are willing to have £100+ taken from your bank with no order or sign of it coming anytime soon.

Ordered refund through PayPal however and they got back to me quick.

The hair is wonderful in the first week, after a few washes it becomes rough and thick, and it tangles so badly, behind my head giving a cheap doll hair look. I took it to a professional hairdresser she told me that it doesn’t look like human hair, and I had to threw it away, Wasted my money, do not recommend. ????

I’ve been using foxylocks for years now and the only thing which lets them down are the clips. I’ve received two sets where the clips are not properly sewn on and I’ve had to sew them more securely which for £265 a throw I shouldn’t have to do.

I’m 24 and have been using Foxy locks extensions since I was 16, honestly the best hair extensions out there! On the odd occasion I have tried out other (more expensive) brands and they do not compare at all to Foxy locks I switched straight back to them! I use them everyday and they stay super silky for months, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my clip ins! I use 22” superior set.

Im using 3 years now the extensions and I can say they have the best quality, I tried different other companies and I would never change foxylocks again!

PS: they have the only type of clips that aren't detected in the airports ;)

I ordered my hair extensions on 23rd March, 2 months later, I still don't have them. When I ordered them, the lady was confident that it was the perfect colour for me and that, despite the situation at the time, everything was running smoothly and I would receive the set within a few days (max). I didn't receive the extensions for some time and the colour was completely off. Trying to resolve the issue was laborious. I emailed customer services my number as I felt it might be easier to discuss the situation rather than just email (as it was like trying to get through to a brick wall)...but they said that they didn't do calls at the time. After weeks of toing and froing, when I finally managed to get through to the manager (via email), I was again advised that I had to send mine back (at a cost of almost £8 I discovered) in order to exchange it for another colour (fingers crossed that it is the correct colour). As I wasn't convinced about the colour, I had asked if, upon receipt of my exchange, they could honour my original 20% discount, should I require a second colour to achieve a colour match (mixing 2 colours!). Had I known this might be the case, I would have ordered 2 colours to begin with! Originally, they said they wouldn't, eventually, the manager agreed. Again, I was advised that this process would be quick. I'm still waiting! I have emailed them to see where my order is...haven't heard back. Its now been 2 months and I still don't have my extensions! Very frustrating!

Ok so I’ve been using foxylocks for years now would highly recommend every colour I’ve had with them wether I’ve been brown or blonde have been amazing,

Just out of curiosity I got some of the b.works ones to try as a lot of celebs had them they were rubbish I tried them once you could see the clips and the quality was nothing compared to foxy locks

I always get compliments on my hair with foxy locks you can’t see the clips everything about them are fab!

initial problems with a delay on hair as was pre ordered and did not become available this was some what Understandable with current COVID 19 situation. Although I think order and paymet should not have been taken with no guarantee of hair Extensions becoming available. Then decided to upgrade hair extensions to some they had in stock. Emailed customer services and got an immediate response, received a good discount and received extensions the very next day. We live in Ireland so I was surprised and delighted. Hair is perfect colour and really nice. My daughter is delighted. Would highly recommend.

I remember buying my first set of foxy locks about 10 years ago... unfortunately it was the first brand I tried and they set the bar unachievaby high for other brands! I tried a few other big names from America but the quality and customer service couldn’t match foxy locks, finding myself go back. I have bought a couple of ponytails recently and took advantage of the colour match photo service they provide and they have been spot on. I have also had to cancel orders and return orders and they have been fantastic, polite and responsive every time.
Last but not least, the hair is just gorgeous! It looks so natural, it feels so much better than my own hair. I wore my 12in pony every day and I’ve now got a 16in, want to get a 20in for nights out now too. I can’t recommend this brand enough

I had a colour match and received my 20” latte blonde elegant hair extensions today and they are amazing! The colour matches perfectly. They feel so light on my head. The quality is so good and I love them. I will always use foxy locks now ????

I have tried so many extension and extension brand over the spam of 8 years! Recently and in isolation times I have gone through the top extension companies again just to see which one I would like best and Foxy Locks is truly the best!! They have an amazing colour selection, thick hair on invisi wefts, super soft long lasting hair for such an affordable price!! My ultimate favourite! <3

I've had around 5 or 6 sets of these extensions over the years and they are definitely the best extensions I've had for a reasonable price. They have gone up in price over the years but still much better than others for price and quality which is why I'm a returning loyal customer and always reccomended to friends when looking for extensions.

AMAZING...

The foxylocks team have been amazing with me, my original purchase was platinum blonde 26" but due to the coronavirus they were not going to arrive in time so I asked if I could switch my order to the Hollywood blonde 24" not that the colour blonde mattered as I was dying them pink to match my colour hair. They were dispatched and came the next day it was such quick service and the hair was unbelievably soft I am super happy with it. I have now dyed them pink and they look fab cannot wait to redye mine so they match and wear them all the time im already in love.
