NUXE

I have purchased almost 200€ worth of Nuxe products over the last 6 weeks. The products are very nice. Unfortunately they have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with their customer service. I discovered their 'carte fidelity' program online after my second purchase. Those items packaged in boxes have secret codes inside the boxes. These work and can be registered no problem. But the Huile Prodigieuse doesn't come in a box so you have to submit copies of your "factures", your reciepts to be credited. That's fair enough. But what is so INCREDIBILY STUPID is they don't accept thier OWN ONLINE FACTURES as proof of purchase. I have been back and forth 3 times with their customer (non) service people arguing about this. I'm so fed up I think I will never buy another Nuxe product again. What's the point of having a carte fidelity if it's just a horrible experience for your clients....just dumb, really stupid.

I ordered some items over two weeks ago now and was told the items would be sent within 5 days. I have reveived nothing and have made serveral attempts to contact Nuxe, to which I have received no reply. Do not trust!!

After trying a Nuxe product I was happy with I decided to buy from this site since they were offering appealing discounts,
But none of the three products I bought was satisfactory and the expiration date on TWO of them was a lot shorter than customary in cosmetics. I only checked it after the night cream I bought (Nuxuriance) smelled rancid.
I wrote to them immediately (they do not have a customer service telephone Nº) and for the last week have been dealing with someone who either does not understand English too well or does not read your messages.
After providing the batch number (twice) and exchanging several messages I got this reply, TODAY: "After asking to our Quality department with the batch number, they have made controls and informed us that is the normal evolution of this product ".
What they mean by "normal evolution" is anybody's guess.
I am still waiting them to confirm what exactly they are going to refund if I send the unopened third product, i.e., if they are going to reimburse the cost of sending it (they did not provide a return label) and if they are also going to charge me for the 4 pounds initial delivery which I got free because I spent a certain amount, which would not be the case if they substract the serum I want to return.
Appalling customer service and poor practices. Avoid!!

I was promised delivery between Jan 8-Jan 11. When I heard nothing as of Jan 11, I sent a message and was told the package was waiting at the Relais Colis. On Jan 12, I received an email saying the package was sent and would arrive between Jan 8-Jan 11. On Jan 13, I went to the relais colis and was told they no longer do Relais Colis! Later on Jan 13, I received an email saying the Relais Colis that I chose no longer is part of the network and I had 24 hours to choose another or they would choose one themselves. The closest location I could find is over 3 km away and will be many, many days later than the latest promised.

I purchased 2 gift sets with Nuxe during the after Christmas sale. One of the sets APPEARED absolutely perfect, the other one - the tamper seal had been opened and sticky taped over, which I wasn't too happy about, but as I was treating myself, not gifting it to anyone else I would have overlooked it had it not been for the fact that two of the four products had clearly been opened, the lip balm had a gouge in it and the hand cream tamper plastic had been removed and badly placed back on. This could have easily been missed by me had I not spotted the sticky tape on the box and only found out too late (I store things until I need them) to send back or it could have been a present for someone and been a massive disappointment to them. I have sent a message to Nuxe (as they avoid putting a telephone number on their website, although they are happy to ask for yours) to try and get a NEW replacement and postage costs/label to send it back, as I don't see why I should be out of pocket for their error. I cannot believe a supposedly high end manufacturer would make this kind of mistake, surely they should have some sort of quality control checking returns haven't been opened and used, so the don't end up flogging used germ filled goods to unsuspecting customers who are making fresh purchases in good faith.
