We booked a tailor made fly drive to Utah’s National Parks and had an awesome holiday. All our accommodation was fabulous and there were no issues. I had lots of questions which were all answered professionally and quickly. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend their service.

We were pleased with everything - however the blip in Boston and the fact that I had to tell Freedom America that the time for our flight to Boston had been amended (which I only found out about because I went in to the Virgin Atlantic site) when Freedom America should have told us this information.
Also I had to ring up about seven days before we were due to fly to ask where our hotel, train vouchers etc were and was told “we sent them to you about two weeks ago by email BUT they could have been sent to your spam” - this surprised me as Freedom America had my email address and if I had not telephoned to find out where all the paperwork was it could have caused anxiety - Freedom America should double check that customers have received final documents......

I rated 5 stars because the whole process was very smooth. Gave me confidence and the staff were helpful, knowledgable and always responded to my requests. Nothing was too much bother. I felt personally valued by them.

We have just come back from a 3 week tour of the east coast of the states visiting Boston, New York, Washington, Philidelphia and Florida. We had a brilliant time and Freedom American arranged all our travel, Amtrak, hotels and car hire for us. Would have been 5 stars, but for one small hiccup regarding the shuttle bus, which I am sure can be fixed for others.

The UK side of the arrangements, information and service was very good, however some problems with the hotels in California.

Freedom America brought together the services I needed, which were straightforward but for some reason I had been unable to do this myself on the Internet. They listened to what I wanted, offered helpful advice and were able to be flexible to create a bespoke package. The pricing was competitive.

All arrangements went really smoothly - flights, car hire, hotels and details on the amazing guide, which we saved onto our iPads and used daily. The travel distances and details were very helpful as an addition to the Satnav. Also it helped us decide what to do in each location.
