Found a good insurance company after 12 years. Things r very simple they don’t push you to buy any extras its all included in the policy. I bought my policy from Robert and he was very good and polite i give him 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The premium could have been more competitive.Dont forget in this year you are being paid 12 months premium for around 11 months work because virtually every taxi driver will have to self isolate or go into quarantine due to corvid19. I ahev not worked for the past two weeks and wont be working next 2 to 4 weeks.
You will also save money if they die mid term!!!

It was a delightful experience to talk to Robert he was able to answer my queries and helped me with a lot of requests i am very pleased with his service he was a star.

Great company up to the covid 19 paid 300 deposit up front used taxi for two months parked up since lockdown asked to freeze taxi insurance as not using taxi can't do lower to normal car insurance can't do all I can do is cancel policy no refund so for 2 months out of a twelve month policy paid over half no refund can't help me think I might be looking at weekly insurance next time because if I can't work I can put my cab on the drive ant not pay insurance for the weeks I cannot do my job

Freeway halved my insurance quote last year and were the best again this year.
Straightforward renewal , fantastic service.

Been with this company for quite a few years now always friendly and accommodating staff. Always competitive and never any hassle .

Well I called them and to tell them that I can’t pay the insurance because I’ve not been work can they freeze my insurance got a call back to say they can offer delivery insurance and I told them that my wife is pregnant and she is high risk also my father has cancer and they told me I can cancel but I have to pay nearly £500 to cancel which I don’t have how harsh is that!! I wish they can help but it got to this and I really don’t know what to do
