I ordered a 26" chain but received a 24" one. I notified Frost Nyc and they immediately made an exchange. I though I had a problem with the replacement item and they were very cooperative in trying to resolve the problem. Turns out there was no problem after all. Very good service.

I ordered a 9” 10k yellow gold 6.5mm mariner bracelet. I accidentally received a 10” 6mm bracelet. I emailed the company to let them know I received the wrong bracelet. I did have a few issues but they replaced my original order with a 7.5mm 9” bracelet and they’re reimbursing me some money back too. Thank you Frost NYC.

Purchased a Rolex in April that is missing links and it’s basically June and they still haven’t sent my links!! Basically a $10,000 paper weight!! Customer service is a joke, I’ve contacted them several times and all I’ve gotten is the run around!!

Horrible would never recommend ordering I ordered a bracelet and it was really small and I wanted to return it I returned everything except for a small little tag that said how much it was and they would not give me my money back they would only give me a credit I can understand if I would have had it for a length of time I literally opened it never wore it and sent it right back and they would not give me my money back and they were very nasty to me when I asked if I could speak to the supervisor never put a supervisor on the phone the woman was more or less acting very disrespectful

I ordered a necklace 2wks before Christmas. The necklace was to short, I returned the necklace. I need another size, however it was to close to Christmas so I told them to just refund my money. Two days after that I received a notification from Fedex indicating I have a package on the way. I rejected the package before xmas. They received the package back 12/17/19. I still have not received my refund. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! THEY ARE Spammers!!!!!!!

I purchased my husband a solid gold cubin chain for his 40th bday and he loves it! Shipping was fast, tracking was great, and the chain is stunning. I was nervous about making such a large purchase from a company I did not know but with all the great reviews I took a chance and so happy I did. The first order I ordered wrong size, had a replacement sent and it was the same exact size as first one. I’ll have to wait until after Christmas to exchange it again. Happy with product just need correct size.

Bought a Miami cuban 7.5mm hollow 10k 24in. Chain $1600 looks nice but super light. The picture on website is alot larger then what the actual product is. Ask for an appraisal with my purchase but didn't get one so customer service is ok. Make sure you know exactly what you want before you purchase otherwise you'll be upgrading and wasting your time and money.

I will say that they have great customer service and when we had last minute changes they did it with no problem however I’m not a big fan of the quality but it was a gift for my husband and he likes it so that’s all that matter it does not look like the pictures on the website

I ordered a bracelet from Frost NYC I’m November and received it on time. Unfortunately my boyfriend wanted something different so I returned it. The refund took a little while to process but I eventually got it. They are a little slow in responding to emails but the quality of the jewelry is good.
