Easy order process, price was less than on Amazon on day of order, next day delivery by courier with no additional charge, convenient delivery slot allocated and the item arrived within that slot. Experience couldnt have been better.

A wrong item’s been delivered just before Christmas and I didn’t have a chance to contact the customer service as they’re not working till 2d of January. Unfortunately someone didn’t get Christmas present. Very disappointed.

I’ve had one for 15 years and it’s brilliant. These purchases are for Christmas presents, so I won’t know how they go down for a few days.

Yes some dramatic improvements made to the tornado model, well done! They have always lasted well and are rarely caught out in the roughest conditions. The open and close facility is 100% reliable and I am never without my Fulton.
In 20 years this will be my second one!!

Great umbrella and perfect delivery service from England to France. Once in France, the service was puzzling with contradictory information. Delivery service in France should be improved.

Brilliant Umbrella I’m a lady & I wouldn’t be without it, I have had my old one for 8 yrs & I lost the cover so I thought I would purchase another one as back up.
It’s wind proof, large to fit two big heads & I LOVE it. It’s the best thing I have ever bought a massive investment & worth every penny.

I rate my customer service experience with 5 stars. I originally wanted a different style umbrella that was not in stock. I emailed CS and rep'd a response within 24 hours saying the item would be available the next day. The product arrived quickly and was packaged well for international shipment. Can't wait to give it to my son for the holidays!

I received my item on time 2 days after ordering , the item is damaged .
I then filled out a returns form and prepared the item for return .After I got ready to send off to the Web Sales address, I contacted Fulton via phone and the lady told me not to return the said item . She said send a picture of the fault and send to Fulton’s . I did as asked and got no reply after 2 days then I contacted them again and basically said that they are busy . This made me wonder why the delay .
So after waiting another day or so I was contacted by the Web Sales dept , who then put Me on to the returns systems with company .
This was an easy more understanding system to follow .
So fingers cross I am hoping for a replacement brolly , which I will admit are an exceptional item for anyone who purchases from Fulton’s .
BUT I could have had my problem sorted earlier if the lady on the phone knew the company’s policy of returning damaged items .
After I have received my item , THEN AND ONLY THEN will I inform friends and family of the company that supplies Birdcage Umbrellas.

The umbrella arrived within 24 hours in wonderful gift packaging. The fabric is "special" not just your usual thin plastic covering.
I will definitely get another when I need one (or when my wife loses hers!)
