BEWARE!!! AVOID!!!
I have ordered from them but as it arrived late, I sent it back. The return was accepted and indicated to be refunded after 2 weeks.. that is still okay. In the next 30 days (!!!!), no refund received. After that time I asked them by email, where was my refund. I was told, it will be issued as soon as possible.

An other week passed my since then... still no refund.
AVOID!!!!

A week has passe by. I was promised AGAIN a prompt refund. No trace yet. Completely UNRELIABLE, band of cheaters.

I ordered a white Hollywood glamour robe for $75. The item I received was not anything like the item they advertised. I wouldn't pay $5 for the item I received. I went to UPS store to return for a refund and was informed it would cost $117 to ship it back. It was recommended that I get a return label from the company. I emailed Funidelia to request return label. The responded saying they do not have return labels and sorry for the inconvenience. Funidelia are scammers. Sending trash for an inflated price knowing the customer cant do anything about it. I will be reporting this company to any and all consumer reporting agencies.

The product didn’t arrive on time, 9 days after. The costumer has to pay for the return, in my case the return to Spain was almost the same as the price of the product, and they were not very helpful with the situation.

I would never recommend this place.

Order date 12/10/2019 your stated delivery date of 12/19/2019 arrived 12/27/2019. Was Christmas place settings. Not needed any longer, your return policy (unacceptable) nowhere on order that you were out of the United States. Now want to pay return shipping after paying org shipping and also Customs charges ! A waste of $55.00 No way of contacting these people, buyers be ware // LOL Now they reply with a form reply. You can not get in touch with anyone, they no how to get in touch with you, they have your phone number SMH.

Do not use, I had a mix up with the delivery company so never received my oppo suit and I still haven’t received a confirmation return email or a refund and it’s been a month now. I was then told to re-order and pay for another one which I have done. That one was the wrong size so I returned it and again haven’t received any email or money. I just keep getting messed about by the “customer service” team.

One might say that everything works well until the first exception from the process. In my case one of the costumes was not available, although the site did allow me to order. Then the fun starts: in my opinion a web shop should not be allowed to operate without real time support by phone and chat. It took 3 days for them to reply that they have no phone number, which is ridiculous and another 2 days to replace the costume that was not available with another model. 5 days for something that you can easily resolve over the phone. They also need to refund me the difference so I'll see how that goes. Definitely would not recommend.

I returned items which the tracking confirmed were received on 22 August (one of which the outfit was not complete and the hat hadn’t been included). I am STILL waiting for my refund. I am constantly emailing requesting this. They tell me I will receive my refund and yet I still haven’t had any money back after 2 months. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

My son really wanted a Minions costume for the Halloween this year. After a long research on the web, we decided to buy his costume in Funidelia website. What disappointment...
we received the product but it came missing the Headpiece, Goggles and Gloves. I only received the Jumpsuit...
I complained with their Customer Service and I'm still waiting for their return.
My surprise was their options to solve the problem that was:
- Send the article back and full refund
- Send the article back and we send a new one
- Keep the item and we will offer you a 10% discount for the error.
The third option is the worst. The costume is composed of 4 items and received only 1, they offer only 10% of discount. It should be 75% of discount!
The Customer Service is terrible! No solution so far.
I will need to buy another costume now from a reliable store.

I decided that i would buy a costume for Halloween so i bought 1 for me and my friend. It said that the costumes would arrive just a day before Halloween if i ordered it soon enough cause it was some kind of offer that they'll guarantee it. Well big surprise it didn't and had no use to it so I contacted the costumer service and in my surprise they were willing to give full refund of order so that was nice. So i had to wait until the order would safely arrive to them so that they can start the refund But it didn't stop there they didn't the refund was apparently blocked and they would get into it quickly. So it would take 48/72 hours for the refund to arrive to me, it didn't..
Well now they sent me a proof that they sent the refund successfully but i don't see it in my bank account.

So disappointing - my son has been waiting well over a month for a ‘10 day delivery’ Darth Vader helmet- it wasn’t cheap. And now I can’t even get in contact with their ‘customer service‘ - it just has an error page on their website every time I try to email them (from several different devices). Dodgy and I’ll be reporting them to the Department of Fair Trading in Australia - do not use this company.

I made order for ‘World Book Day’ costume on the 3/3/20 for delivery on 5/3/20.
I requested for item to be delivered to a parcel shop as I wouldn’t be home on that date. I received email from DPD stating the item was delivered and ready for collection. When I went to collect, the parcel shop stated that I needed a barcode, which I did not receive. They advised I can not have parcel without it!
I called DPD who stated fundelia sent the parcel incorrectly and they can’t issue me with a barcode.
Now I can’t contact fundelia for a refund. If I get no response I will be contacting my bank to see how I get my money back!!

Not happy!!!

One item of my order wasn't in stock, so I got contacted by email and had to decide whether to proceed with the order without the one thing, or whether to wait for it being back available. I decided to proceed with the order immediately. It arrived very fast, well packed and everything was fine. Waiting for my last item for 2 months, it hasn't been in stock for the whole time, I decided to cancel it. I contacted the customer service, they responded quickly and sent me my money back without any problems. So if you take a bit of initiative and talk to them if there is a problem, everything goes fine. I can recommend this shop.

This company advertised 'guaranteed delivery' in time for World Book Day but the order hasn't arrived so we have one very upset child. In addition, Funidelia don't even have a telephone contact number for enquiries (which in hindsight sets alarm bells ringing). I wish I'd done more research into this company before ordering.

Waiting for my refund
I am wating for the refund since two weeks. I cancelled the order 15 minutes after buying, but the money was booked. I have written a few e-mails and they only have pretext.
I want my money back.

Update:
I have been told that the money will be returned within 48 - 72 hours (business hours). That would mean a further delay of 6-9 working days, that is two weeks. This is criminal action.

I returned an item over 5 weeks ago with a signed receipt of delivery.
I am trying to have some information about the refund or whether at least they have received the costumes but no answers yet; just a request to wait because the process is taking longer than usual due to an "occurrence" or "quality checks". I am very disappointed also because every time I ask an update I receive the same questions and responses. Bad customer experience, I would not recommend it.
