I bought a wardrobe, quick delivery, nice and helpful customer service but... The design of the shelves are incomplete, missing strips around the cushion, just the front to make it look good, I would prefer to have a more refined product even at a higher price. overall the product looks good but could be of better quality.

Never buy from them.I bought sofa bed which was foulty. They've refused refund.I took the case to Court and they paid back all money plus court's fee.They have no idea what Consumer's Rights are in UK.Avoid!!!!

Unfortunately, the experience is very poor. I got the furniture on May 7 and ordered it in December. On top of that, my Sonia sofa has a broken plywood - I was offered a £ 20 refund. Well, unless someone comes in 35 working days and fixes it for me, but I took a refund. But I have 30 more packages to open and I already see that my Bolero couch which cost almost £ 500 is broken. Same fault. As if someone was training boxing on it and a plywood to be replaced. I'm afraid to open new parcels, because I can see that they are crumpled and have holes. And the packages are from some other company. The lack of handles is also killing me or the lack of any screws. It was my second order and definitely my last one. I wanted to help our countrymen, but as you can see .. NOT WORTH .. and the driver so abusive that the shock at 5 am bangs on the door and orders to sign a delivery document with the number of packages 31. And the hotline, so she assured that the shipment would be late in the evening. It didn't really matter to me when she would be there. But the driver crashing around the hall made me think. I THINK ABOUT RETURNING ALTHOUGH PART OF THE FURNITURE..


Niestety doswiadczenie bardzo marne. Dostalam meble 7 maja a zamowilam w grudniu. Oprocz tego moja sofa Sonia ma popekana cala dykte - zaoferowano refund w wysokosci 20 funtow. No chyba ze ktos przyjedzie za 35 dni roboczych i naprawi mi to ale jednak wzielam refund. Ale mam do otworzenia jeszcze 30 paczek a juz widze ze moja kanapa Bolero ktora kosztowala prawie 500 funtow jest zepsuta. Ta sama usterka. Jakby ktos trenowal boks na niej i dykta do wymiany. Az sie boje otwierac kolejne paczki, bo widze ze sa pogniecione i dziurawe. A opakowania sa z jakiejs innej firmy. Brak uchwytow tez mnie dobija albo brak jakichkolwiek srub. To bylo moje drugie zamowienie i na pewno ostatnie. Chcialam wspomoc naszych rodakow ale jak widac.. NIE WARTO.. a kierowca tak opryskliwy ze szok o 5 rano wali do drzwi i kaze podpisac juz od razu dokument dostawy z liczba paczek 31. A Pani na infolini tak zapewniala ze przesylka bedzie poznym wieczorem. Mi w sumie to nie gralo roli kiedy ona bedzie. Ale rozbijanie sie kierowcy po przedpokoju dalo mi do myslenia. ZASTANAWIAM SIE NAD ZWROTEM CHOCIAZ CZESCI MEBLI.

I was worried about the sofa I had ordered after reading the reviews on here, I purchased the Armando corner storage and sofa bed. Delivery driver was on his own, but he was very organised and he had our help, that went smoothly. Customer service was good, and as promised sofa delivered in 12 weeks. I am very pleased with it, some might find it a bit hard to sit on, but my husband and myself like the firmness of it, also as cushions are not removable, then there will not be sliding seat pads or seams of the cushions covers moving around and hopefully it will maintain its shape for some time to come, stylish and modern, just what I was looking for, thank you Furnipol 😊

Stay away!! They sent me very poor quality wardrobe which was falling apart and chipping while we were putting it up. You won't be able to return anything. Customer service is rude. They told me its all my fault because i have no experience. Waste of money!! Zero stars!

Narożnik bardzo marnej jakości. Schowek na pościel zepsuty od śrub i zszywaczy. Sypie się na oczach. Szwy bardzo złej jakości. Poduszki płaskie po tygodniu użytkowania. Materiał rozpruty z czymś w środku co łapie podramiennik ktory prawie rozprul materiał
Więc nie bardzo możliwe rozkładanie sofy. Obsługa klienta marna. Zapłaciłam 375 funtów za coś co mogłam kupić pewnie w lepszym stanie w charity shop. Unikać oszustów! Szkoda ze nie można dodawać zdjęć. Wstawiłam na ich stronie ale zostały usunięte i zostałam zablokowana. Porządna firma odpowiedziałaby na takie coś a nie usunęła.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I eceived delivery of a sofa on25/10/2019. It was raining and we had to carry items into our property on our own. The items were wrapped in plastic and had to be inspected. Since it was not possible for the driver to wait that long, we signed the paperwork and proceeded. 5 minutes later, having carried the items in, we proceeded unwrapping the first package.. It contained one half of the sofa and an armrest. The armrest had a hole in it, which appeared to be a cigarette burn. My wife, on finding the fault immediately contacted the driver who advised her, to call the customer service desk on finding the fault. We told them of our findings and asked them to let us know, how they would like to deal with the issue and if we should carry on, unwrapping the furniture and inspect the remaining items. We had been reassured that the damaged item would be replaced and we should report any other issues, should we encounter any. We send an e-mail,with photographic evidence of damage as requested by customer service. After not hearing back from them , despite having send e-mail and photo we got in touch again. This time, we got told that the damage must have been caused by us and that it would have been the result of mechanical damage. Obviously, they did not even look at the picture send. Now, we spoke to the customer service again and they are just simply trying to frustrate the process and certainly are not interested, to solve the issue to our satisfaction. knowing my consumer rights extremely well, we are trying to get it refunded through Paypal first.should this fail we have no other option but to take legal action, through the small claims court procedure, in order to recover our losses. this is a low cost option and enforceable. anybody else in the same position, should consider the same.

I am very disappointed! Delivery was confirmed for afternoon however the driver came at 10:50am. He called my mobile and when I said that we are not ready he said that he will be coming in 10 minutes anyway. Myself and my boyfriend had to unload the van and carry most of the furniture inside. Driver didn't wait for us to unpack boxes to check if everything is fine. When we unpacked sofa and kitchen table there was a big mark on the side of the sofa and huge scratch on the table, only mattress was OK. I thought we will not report it as we didn't want to make a big deal out of it. We left the wardrobe for the weekend to unpack and build and when we opened the boxed we were shocked! Mirror on the wardrobe door was broken, there were loose metal parts inside the boxes together with wooden parts, everything was scratched! There were footprints on each of the boxes. When I reported that to Furnipol they said that I should have checked everything during the delivery. I will never order from this company again. I prefer to pay more somewhere else and get undamaged goods! People be warned and don't buy anything from them. Their customer service is very poor too!

Unikać tego syfu po prostu porażka moja sofa Bed została dostarczona z uszkodzeniami,materac a właściwie jego brak kompletnie nie nadaje się do spania,wrażenie spania na żywej desce.Po zaledwie 2 tygodniach łóżko uległo uszkodzeniu,wykonanie niczym pudełko od zapałek.Po zareklamowaniu zaproponowano mi naprawę sofy do 35dni przez które musiałabym siedzieć i spać na podłodze bądź £30 zwrotu???syf,syf,syf

Products from this seller are incomplete, and they do not wish to take ownership of missing screws. If there is anything wrong with your product, don't expect them to rectify it without a fight. They also incur hidden postage if ordering online, which they threaten for you to pay because you've 'committed' however you cannot pay at checkout because they add on the charges. I was an ebay customer.

My dad ordered sofa bed, we realized it roken when we unpacked it. We didnt even start to assemble it. We gave them a call to complain about broken sofa straight away after unpacking, after all they blame us, dont even want to listen what we say to them!!! Horrible customer service, waste of money!

Bought a corner sofa from them. It was delivered on a rainy day and the driver asked to sign the paper called 'Delivery note'. Doing so, he left. When unpacking we noticed a damage on the frame in the middle of the sofa. The fabric had come off and there was an 1x1 cm hole. Straight away I called the customer service who told me to send the pictures. After doing so we got a quick reply that this is mechanical damage and is done by us. I explained that we didnt do it and by the location of the damage it had probably been damaged during the delivery. Also the sofa we bought had a sleeping function where the stoppers were drilled incorrectly so it had a big gap between two matresses. We asked to change only 1 piece of the sofa as it had 2 problems. There were few weeks of constant e-mailing and every time I got exactly the same answer that we should have checked the sofa on delivery and we had signed the papers we had done so. Yes, in a dark corridor when driver unpatiently asks to sign for delivery! After two weeks I got so fed up and was thinking to take their offer to pay £50 for the replacement part. I thought that in that case the sofa is 'new' without the damage and would be easier to return. How wrong I was! They said that I have been using the sofa. Yes! I told them that as an online costumer I have the right to send it back in certain time frame even if I dont like the colour of it. This is because online costumers have more rights as they only have seen the item on the picture. The lady on the phone told me that sofa needs to be in original packaging. I understand, but how can I check it throughly on delivery without cutting the plastic covers open? I think I was on the phone with the lady for almost 30 mins and at this point I was literally losing my temper as they refused to take the sofa back although I agreed to pay for the new part. I believe the manager overheard our conversation and I got a chance to talk with her. She was as rude as the other lady with a strong polish accent. Thankfully she managed to organize the return but at the end of the day I lost the sofa, two weeks of sleepless nights and still had to pay for the new part plus delivery. Overall I lost £120 for nothing. And when the guy came to pick up the sofa I actually saw what had caused the damage to my sofa at the first place. He leaned the sofa on the edge of the van and then lift it up and pushed into the car. I saw it with my own eyes, but thankfully it wasnt my problem anymore as I got my refund in cash. Please do yourself a favour and dont buy from them! If you do, make sure that the driver stays with you until you unwrap and install the furniture. And with all cost do not sign any papers before you have done so. Their website prefers cash on delivery, not so good idea when you have a case like mine when Paypal/eBay cant help you!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. People liying to you. I ordered bathroom furniture and sofa. Lady on confirmation call told me it will be delivered end of January. End of January I have been emailing them when it will be delivered. No responds at all after 2 weeks i called them they told me i need to wait another 3weeks for the bathroom furniture ti be done. I have been told they cant send the sofa and after the bathroom. I said i want to cancel the bathroom furniture and gey only the sofa. Suddenly it could be delivered seperatly. But i still wanted to cancel bathroom furniture as on their website is statef i can cancel order before is delivered. They have been so rude they i cant cancel order and in the end they told me they will not deliver anything for me and canceled whole my order.Not recomend at all very rude and unprofesional.

I ordered dinning table and chairs, I was good because it had advertised dimensions that I exactly wanted and I was able to choose colors and materials. But, when it arrived it was 20cm longer table from what I wanted, when I tried to call all different numbers noone answered. I sent an email explaining my problem and they just said this is dimension that we do and that is it . I said but on your website you have different dimensions, and they they just told me - website is wrong then and you can return it but you will have to pay another delivery for that.On top of that, I placed review on their FB page and they removed it and blocked me!!! I paid over £450 for something that is now big in my living room and will never be able to sell it for that price anymore. Never order from them!!!

ordered a new wardrobe on ebay...delivered withing 3 weeks but only when suitable for them (if not available on the date given you have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks!!!!) when arrived the main glass door was cracked...sent them a pic and a replacement was delivered after 10 days but to my surprise even the new door has a big crack on the middle and on top of that you have to dispose of the old one as well!!!

ordered a corner sofa/bed for first time, I was anxious and didn't know how the quality would be, communication from retailer was good as they called to explain delivery date and time and I got a call from delivery before arrival, unpacked sofa and was very pleased with the quality and style #just as pictured.

I did however find two of the plastic support feet crumbled and broken. I took photos and emailed their support team, i got a response next day stating this are ordered, just under two weeks later I got contacted about delivery being attempted the next day, and they arrived on time with a collection of the entire legs for the sofa so I now have spare.

based on this experience I would recommend & will definitely be ordering from them in future.
