Although I paid for next day delivery it did take a couple of days but in light of the circumstances I was delighted with the speed and protective wrapping

Very helpful 5 litter items was not showing online and they sorted my order bye email and for it delivered with in a few days over lick down very impressed

Ordered the plant saucers, expecting a 6 day delivery. Was pleased to receive them 2 days later. The saucers are good quality and now in place.

I paid 40 pound for a Saturday delivery and it come on friday while I was at work and got left in the rain why would I pay that much for delivery I dont understand it had Saturday on the label aswel not happy with the service at all

I think its a brilliant garden shop its got everything you need to start growing some Fruit and veg and the prices are great as well I'm new to Gardening and what I have bought from Future Gardens I think its brilliant and I think the plants will like a good boost of natural nutrients. BIG thumbs up from me......

I am really impressed with these trays & covers unfortunately I haven’t been able to try them as yet but they look well made & if used carefully & looked after will last a good number of years, the service & packaging was really wonderful not to much wasted material used in the packaging, all in all very pleased & cant wait to get using them.

1star because system will not allow 0 stars. Absolutely awful, sent wrong item, currently still awaiting correct item, staff no help whatsoever.

I rated 3 stars before be living an item was missing I found it underneath my humidifier,my 3 stars was unfair considering.for the most part fast and efficient also everything exactly as described

Not good at all first they send me email saying you got no 1L a an b grow hidrotops and I would need to send 27.50 for the 5l. I tried doing this with bank details you provided but had no luck so I then paid it through pay pal I them I formed you of this and when my order cane it was missing floral boost 1l and the 5l a an b grow and sent out the 1L a an b grow that you said you did not have and I an still waiting for my order to be sorted and sent out can you help?

Very expensive 1 day delivery , that took lo ger than one day . Product misleading , thermonitor at the point I bought it , it didn't say , it didn't give a medical result , which is what I bought it for

10 days they said for postage came with 4 days both parcels 1 and 2 great service with everything goin on in the world thanks devo use again

phoned to verify items were in stock before ordering online and told they were and if I ordered before 14:30 the order would be dispatched that day, and it was.

Not happy because when I checked out I wasn't given an option for postage I had to pay next day delivery which isn't next day because of virus. The postage cost more than the item.
Not a happy customer.

Great service I Bought a light kit a few weeks back and the fan is a total waste of time and is all noise and no blow let’s everything else down, I would rather of paid a extra £50 for a better fan
