I ordered two items from GameBaz - one through the site itself, and one through their Shopping@Japan service.

The quality of service is far beyond 99% of online retailers (especially in terms of communication), shipping was fast enough, and the Shopping@Japan service is comparable to similar services in terms of price, but much less painful (you don't have to sign up for an account and make a deposit in advance; you just send them the webpage you wish to order from, and they inform you of all fees).

If I have one complaint, it is that their prices seem to be all over the map. You can find deals, certainly, but some items cost way more than the standard market price. I think this is a function of their prices being strongly influenced by their own supply.

In any case, I highly recommend GameBaz; I came away completely satisfied and will order from them again in the future.

I was contacted by the staff of Gamebaz after I could not pick up my package from the Austrian post office in time before it was sent back to Japan. The Gamebaz team contacted me the same week without needing to be asked and arranged for re-shipment right away.

I was very pleased with the fast and efficient service Gamebaz provided, and the friendliness and politeness of the staff I talked to.

The item was well packaged and arrived in the US a little less than two weeks after I placed my order through registered SAL. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this website.

This site is one of the few that carried the official konami beatmania IIDX controller and had it in stock. I would consider buying from them again because I got my item within the expected date and I felt like I did not get ripped off. Don't let the amount of reviews fool you, I go to forums where people say they have bought stuff here before and recommmend it. They were probably just too lazy to rate the store or something.

I was more than a bit skeptical about ordering anything through GameBaz based on their recent reviews, but to my pleasant surprise GameBaz turned out to be a great retailer. My order was shipped within 48 hours, and the final price came out to about $10 less than what I would have spent on eBay for the same game. Overall I would recommend them highly based on my interaction with them.

Great Store on hard to find games in Japan,
I placed an order on 11-02-2010 for the PSX HEWIA PARLOR PRO FUJIKO SPECIAL could not find it on Ebay no wheres so I did some searching around using google and BINGO found it on GAMEBAZ.COM I recived my order today on the 11-15-2010 and no problems, But I did worry my head off about it I payed for registered airmail shipping and got just that. So to let you all know it may take a little while for your item to reach the USA or Maybe CANADA or where ever you live. All out of all I give them 110% for commuication and for Feedback, It was a great buy for me and for any body out there wanting to buy from them, Hay Go for it it's a great store to buy rare hard to find games from. Cause They use PAYPAL for their order and Payment processing so you know you are 100 protected on your info.

Commande passée le 21 mai, envoyée le 30 mai (!) et reçu par airmail le 7 juin. Réponses polies et rapide du site, mais délai d'envoi un peu long (bien que ce soit bien précisé 5/10 jours pour être envoyé).
Il y a cependant un large choix de mode d'envoi (airmail, airmail suivi, collissimo,..).

My first order came fast so i expected the same with the second order and The second order shipped fast but do to a slowdown in us postal service shipping it took along time to get my order which gamebaz told me about in a email after I contacted them. I recomend them for ordering but be prepared to wait along time if you use airmail because the slow postal service in the us. my package was ordered on July 15 shipped on July 20 just received it today august 6, the shipping by postal service in the us is very poor do to a slowdown caused by the financial crisis. The service from gamebaz is great, I wish they had fed ex or ups but I will probably buy from again. air mail has gotten slower over the years try to use fed ex or ups if you can or be prepared to wait a long time for your package. I got the item it wasn't lost like I had believed it to be. Gamebaz is a great company to use for Japanese import games I will definitely buy from again

Very slow shipping, item was purchased on September 23 2006 and wasn't even shipped out until the 26th. Package still hasn't arrived yet and It has been almost two weeks since I purchased it. I bought two other items from Hong Kong at the same time and they both arrived within 3 business days... This shipping order is taking forever!

We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
