Ordered a game from here and received an invoice within about 2 minutes of ordering, then waited for my key code to arrive, and kept waiting, Then I looked at customer support ( a website not a direct representative) When i entered my invoice number it said that The payment needed to be "verified" to do this I had to give them my number and they would call with a verification code. They called me and it was an automated message with my verification code I entered it and the website said everything was good and I would receive my code in 15 minutes, its been a couple of hours.

Now when i go back to the customer support and try and see the status, it says the same thing about needed to be verified (even though I have done this multiple times and it says everything is good) feeling really great about loosing all my money.

Ordered four MS Office 2016 Pro. Received four keys with download instructions. However, the KEYS did NOT work. Contacted GamesDeal more than ten times over a period of five months (original Ticket ID: DCR-159-40845). Only responses received from GamesDeal was to "send screenshots" of the error. Sent screenshots five times via separate emails over the course of the five months. Never received a single response, nor a refund. Status of the original ticket still showsL "in progress". I do not trust GamesDeal.

I bought transport fever, had a security check, always nice to feel you are in good hands, took 1minute then got my game.

Company poses as a German Company but in fact is run from Hong Kong. They will charge your account and send you an email stating the "order has been cancelled due to a security check of our system". They do refund but not the full amount. It's likely their M.O. to siphon a few cents at a time.

The checkout process was great I only had trouble one time where they had to verify my purchase but that was solved the same day so I definitely recommend this place.

I was unable to pay with my debit card, my guess is because of Visa 3D Secure which should of have to send me an SMS with a code. Yet I was able to finish the transaction via PayPal.

The delivery was fast, about 1-5 minutes after payment.

Easy to sign-up and pay.

I regulary buy a game at this site and till now I didn't have any problems.

One thing the site could be better in is a better working search index. Often when I try to search for certain games they don't show up in the search engine. By hand I find them then myself.

I had bought a while back windows 8.1 and needed then to resend original email to me that had the activation key as i had lost email could not find it or a image as i sometimes take screen shots of pages for security reasons and alas could not find, so requested it to be resent to me and to this date no response what so ever so very disappointing has put a dampener on purchasing again through you guys .

The site is a complete lie and a fraud with its 50% 50% chance. If you lose it says you get a "random" game. What are the chances in a 50% 50% that you don't get the game you're trying to purchase that is supposed to be in the 50% 50% every time but the "random" game you get twice 3x etc ....No way is that legit. Site looks completely shady and I dont trust its 50% chance feature at all. Then they have the audacity to mark your ticket as closed before you can even rebut their nonsense.
