I love Gant. Everything about them is a cut above, whether it be their online service from their no nonsense, easy to navigate website, with their store to door tracking, or their amazingly professional staff in their store (Glasgow).
The quality of the products are worth paying for and are a joy to wear.
Attention to detail is a major part of my profession, Gant have it down to a fine art.

I don't know if a problem from Gant or from the courier but I got a message stating I was going to get my package on the 21st and today is the 30th and still no package nor e.mail apologizing.. nothing

Paid for next day delivery and the polo shirts arrived next day. Gant polo shirts, out of all the brands are my favorite. They are of excellent quality and good sizing. Always look at their range first. Always wait for the sales which seem to be regular through out the year.

I ordered 8 shirts - my normal size after having Gant shirts for 10 plus years. The shirts were poorly fitting and either Gant has economised on fabric or the wrong size was labelled - either way, Gant seemed disinterested and a refund was requested - I won’t be using or recommending Gant again.

I paid for next day delivery and I think it arrived the following week. The delivery service is poor.

I still have not received my goods.The delivery service did not delivery the goods and instead returned them to the warehouse and now I am still waiting to hear when I can receive them.

I ordered size 36 pants and received 52EU instead. I initiated a return over a week ago via Royal Mail and have yet to hear anything. It's an unnecessary hassle that would have been prevented by simple attention to detail.

I have always been pleased with the product but no Bristol or Bath store makes it difficult to obtain items - online is perfect for me and service always excellent. Product is all I hoped it would be.

More responsive Customer Support (responding to emails in c. 2/3 working days) and using a more reliable / responsive delivery company than Hermes.

I have ordered four jumpers from you and they’ve all been wonderful. I accidentally bought two of the same colour and it was no problem returning them and getting full refund very quickly.
I will always use this site because I feel confident and know that they are an honourable company

I ordered two sizes as I didn't know which would fit. I returned the Large size and kept the medium. Their Returns arrangements are excellent and trouble free.Well done Gant.

I returned the first t-shirt as it was too small and immediately reordered a larger size. This arrived very promptly and I was refunded very quickly.

I am disappointed that only a few days.after my purchase the.price dropped by over £20 despite me buying at a sale price. This experience will undoubtedly influence future purchases.

Two weeks after placing my order and ten days after it was apparently “with the local courier” it has still not arrived. I was unable to interrogate the Hermes tracker which told me to refer back to Gant if it had not arrived after seven days. Although I received a promt response from customer services I have heard nothing since. As a regular on line customer this has been very disappointing.
