The day after my husband’s Gant sweater arrived it was on sale for an additional 20% discount.I emailed Customer Service twice asking for the discount.They received my emails and said they would respond. They never did.

The order has taken almost 3 weeks to ship - 200052097
Online it was 'Pending'.
I have enquired twice - only to get an answer of a Shipping after the second request for information on the order - I received another email that I needed to contact Customer Service at the same time.
Love the Gant Fashion - Mistakes Happen - but not a great purchasing service for me.

I ordered 4 things, they cancelled one despite still available on site. The address they wrote on the package was unclear to the extent that Ups could sent it home. Gant customer service do not answer the calls and when they answered after 20 times they were not helpful.

Comprei 2 cintos, um verde e um vermelho medida 80 em ambos, mas o verde tem cerca de 5/8 cm a menos que o vermelho!
A morada, ainda que completa no site, incompleta na transportadora, pelo que a encomenda não chegou, tive que me deslocar ao centro de distribuição para a levantar.
De resto bom site e entrega, tirando a situação da morada, relativamente rápida, pois os artigos saíram de UK.

Pessimo, scandaloso, dal 10 luglio sono ancora in attesa che Gant risolva i suoi problemi con il ritiro dei miei 3 resi nonostante tempestive e costanti segnalazioni sulla criticità della situazione!!!
Cio' comporta conseguenze a mio carico non indifferenti, tra cui in primis DISAGI FINANZIARI per mancato ritiro= MANCATO RIMBORSO!!!

The shipment was sent on 16th of Jan. The invoice was received on the 17th of Jan with 14 days payment term. The package arrived only in the 24th of Jan and your feedbackrequest on the 19th of Jan. In my opinion, the invoice as well as the feedbackrequest should be in line with the package arrival. I can not pay nor give feedback without the package?

Me parece excesivo el tiempo que tardan en realizar las devoluciones, el 06/04 entregue un paquete en correos y aún no he recibido el abono. Os mandé un correo para ver cómo iba dicha devolución y me contestasteis que debía esperar unos 20 días laborales (un mes....). Otras marcas en las que compro tardan como mucho la mitad de tiempo, no creo que compre más en vuestra página.
