Third class clothing of Gap I bought jeans and tshirt from store named Suvidha in panipat After the first wash cloth has loosened and fit has gone unexpectedly bad Not worth the price ! Ii wil not suggest any one to go for it! You wil end up wasting your money!

i had an online order ship in 3 parts. One of the packages was delivered incorrectly, UPS nor Gap were of any help, literally, when you call the Gap customer service it says "Due to the unusually high volume of calls, we are unable to respond" and then it hangs up. Their online chat is off. I went to the store and their response was "this has been happening so often and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it except to try and call". After being on hold through the Gap phone at the store for 30 minutes, I gave up. I then emailed customer service and got the same response as I did when i called. Buying clothes should not be a second job, it is a luxury and you expect good service, or just any service at all! I am beyond disappointed that I am in limbo without the goods i purchased or a refund of the goods I purchased because I cannot speak to anyone!

I love all my purchases but i hope they can have a 60 day return period

I went on your site to get my wife a holiday season gift and you think 10% off something else should just make me a happy camper huh? I asked that there be a gift packaging with a personalized note. That did not happen! I got a partial order with a wrinkled item thrown in a plastic bag in my mailbox with no packaging and no note! Thank you Gap for your great customer service. If you didn't have the item in the first place why the heck are you telling me (8 DAYS LATER) when I should have been receiving my wife's sweater? I could have gone to the store and purchased her a gift at the store 8 days ago! So, no thank you on your cheap 10% offer, you all can stick that 10% where the sun does not shine and stop sending me offers to shop at any of your stores! I am not interested.

I purchased two orders from The Gap. They allowed me at time of order to use two coupon codes. I thought that it was a bit odd but since I had both coupons working I figured that okay they are trying to get rid of clearance items since two coupons did not work on full price merchandise.
A few days later I logged on their 'track your order' function and my orders showed as canceled. I called them and asked them why I had not gotten an email or notification of cancellation. They said that they decided to cancel orders placed with two coupons, a few friends had the same issue. So I asked them if they could do something for me to make it better, maybe simply help me out a little bit since I had ordered one of these orders to be sent to my niece as a birthday gift. They said that they could replace the order with one of the coupons from the order but other than that they were not willing to help me because I did something shady and basically that I was lucky they were letting me reorder at all.
I asked to speak to a supervisor because at this point I was beginning to feel like a thief for their computer glitch and had not even seen an email letting me know it was canceled.
The supervisor gave me the same song and dance and told me that any other company would have done the same because I should not have ever used two codes on an order.
I informed her that there are a few retailers that allow it so while I thought it was odd that Gap allowed me to I assumed they were clearing out their inventory.
At that point the call escalated, and I am not proud of the way I spoke to the agent but again she began to make me feel like I was trying to steal from the company.
I will never use Gap Inc (Old Navy, Banana Republic, Piper Lime) again simply for the horrible way they made me feel when calling them.

Also my order was cancelled on Saturday: I still have no email from the company. Had I not been diligent about my order I never would have noticed that the order was not processing until it was too late for my niece to get her gift.

Decent Price, but I don't understand how you order things that are in stock and it takes over 4 days for them to ship it out. Simply Ridiculous! The saying you get what you pay for is so true, I don't know how they have such a good rating.

I ordered one for my daughter but it was a little bigger than I thought. I returned it at the gap store in 30 days and i got a full refund (shipping was free with promo code). i believe their return policy changed 30 days to 45 days now. SIMPLE ORDER AND SIMPLE RETURN.

I ordered 2 jeans on March 18th with the FREE shipping over $50. They were shipped on the 22nd and arrived here in California on the 28th because GAP shipped via FedEX Smartpost. Overall it took 10 days to receive my item, which was slow but to be expected given their estimates. I called in to GAP several times because there was a promotion going on, and the reps were always courteous to me. I love their jeans and they treat their customers well. I would go back.

I ordered 3 items to save shipping cost, but gap canceled one of my items. I then wanted to cancel all of my items, but Gap resisted to cancel it. They said the the two items were shipped. But they lied to me, They did not ship my order until three days later with their confirmed email.

I am afraid to order from Gap again. I am afraid gap will trap me with one item and expensive shipping cost.

I lost my mail one time and was report late payment to my credit score so I close the gap card- I tried called and ask for removal they refuse

I ordered two outfits for gifts to be sent. They shipped part of one outfit and said the other item wasn't available. I called them and said it showed it was avail online still so I reordered it in 2 sizes. Again got a notice say not available. Several weeks later and it still shows its available and it's not! I waited 3 weeks for the other item to arrive the tracking showed an arrival date but the actual tracking never moved and turns out it was never shipped either. All this time I am communicating back and forth with the recipient of the gifts and with Gap. Calling Gap is also a huge waste of time, waiting for them to answer the phone and listening to them profusely apologizing. I shop online a lot and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The first time I ordered from them was a nightmare too but thought I would give them another chance. I will never order from them again.

In the past several months I have spent about $500 on spring and summer clothes for myself and grandchildren. I returned an item on April 13th with their prepaid label. To date (May 11th) I still have no refund and after two phone calls to customer service, they tell me I'll need to wait at least 6 weeks before they can investigate. That is a completely unacceptable policy. I'm done with Gap. There are other places to buy clothes. Buyer beware.

I placed an online order 11/25/16. As of today, 12/10/16, GAP still has not shipped the 4 items. I called customer service on 12/8/16 and was told GAP is backed up at the warehouse. HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES. I will look at other s stores in the future and cancel my GAP credit card. RIDICULOUS service.

Ordered 9 items of which I received only 4. all items have been marked shipped. I have been charged for all 9 items. I wonder how such a big company can cheat its customers. Disgusting! Will never ever order from gap again. This is not the first time but the third time that I have to go through this nonsense.

I placed a large order with GAP last week, as had received a 40% off discount code, stocked up on important items for this time off year like I do most years with them. Checked my bank and the payment has been returned! I've had no email from them explain why, other than the invoice confirming my order from 7 days ago! Tried to call them, during opening hours, message stating closed, sent an email and patiently wait a reply! Very disappointed!!!

They are my go to store for all day to day cloth. Sometimes shipping is a bit slow but in general very good. I pretty much always wait for sales to buy and find pretty good deals. IN general they are pretty good. Will buy again.
