I was going to get my insurance via my local Nissan dealer but thought the price was high.I decided to look on the internet and found GAP insurance.The layout of the pages was good and easy to follow through.I had a live chat on three questions which were answered quickly.Payment done on line-very easy and I asked for a hard copy of the documents which arrived promptly today.Great service.

Brilliant service that’s is a cost effective solution to the risk of being left out of pocket if the worst were to happen, something that happened to me 4 years ago...never again will I skip gap insurance. A friendly and helpful team that have been quick to respond

Tim was able to guide me through the process as it was nearly 4 months since the original quote until I received my car. He was very helpful.

I started to chat to Tim who was dealing with the cancellation of my current policy and creating a new one for the imminent arrival of my new electric car.
Tim was happy to talk me through the different types of gap insurance and the best one for.my needs.
I was impressed with his knowledge of the products and thecar insurance world in general. 2nd policy taken out with them in 2 years and I'm sure I will be back in the future.

In a 2 car family we have used GAPinsurance.co.uk for all of our gap insurance needs. Experience today was up to the usual high standards. They arranged cancellation of previous policy and setting up policy for new car and explained recent changes clearly and comprehensively. Got a top policy for a fraction of what the dealership were asking.

Second policy with GAPinsurance.co.uk.
Friendly knowledgeable service allowing informed decision to be made. Competitive price also. Not yet had need to claim so cannot comment in this respect.

I have been with them for 6 years now and whilst I've never had to make a claim, they are always the most competitive and have been so helpful with organising or amending my policy.

I obtained a quote online and within minutes I received a courtesy call from Tim.
There was no pressure from Tim as he knew I was obtaining other quotes.
Tim sent an email to explain the difference between the two insurances that allowed me to select the best option for me.

Absolute professional service .
Would recommend to friends and family.
