The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He did not try to up-sell me in any way, but listened to what i wanted to do and suggested an option that fit my budget and then professionally installed the parts and the new motor. Everything looks, works and sounds great. He left the jobsite clean and picked up all his trash. Definitely would recommend.

My technician was Joe. He was super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. I've requested that he be on site to do my door installation on my historic 1937 home. I'm so confident it will be right through my experience with Joe, that I'm writing the review before hand. Customer relationships goes a long wa, and it was a pleasure working with Joe and Precision. Had an emergency garage door issue on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision Door Service and Kurt arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the needed repairs, prepared an estimate and then got to work. He explained the repairs being made and ever answered questions as he worked. An excellent experience just like the one before. Precision Door Service will again be my first call when I have a garage door problem.

Very timely and excellent service. Garage door springs broke on Thanksgiving night. I feared all companies would be closed, but Precision was open and answered the call at 8:40 am. The technician was at our house and fixed the door within two hours. Exceptional knowledge and very nice. Will certainly use Precision again, as well as recommend their services to our friends. Thank you!

Richard Smith is the best!! I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a garage company/person. We love our door---it is totally quiet and so insulated that I have moved tons of things from my closets--Christmas items, etc. that I did not want 'ruined' in the HOT attic. Now I can use the shelves I put up in the garage because the new wonderful door keeps things very climate controlled. Great product, great service. Well worth my investment. Plus the woodgrain look is terrific and all of my neighbors will do the same as they replace theirs they love it!! me too :-)

I explain this the last time I responded to your survey. DONOT send me another. I will never use the company again. I did not shop or buy a garage door from your company. I'm glad I didn't. This survey is set up so you cannot continue if a question does not apply. Most of the questions did not apply to me. I only used your services and for garage door repair, as stated above I will never use them again nor recommend anyone.

We had a ten year old, chain driven garage door opener. It was loud and the outdoor keypad no longer worked. I had you guys come out to install a new belt driven opener and accessories. The technician was top notch, fast, and even cleaned up after the work. I will use your service if garage door repair is ever needed again. Thanks,

I was amazed that someone was available to come out on a Saturday morning just after we found the spring broken on our door. The repair person was very nice, professional, and truly knew what he was doing. I am very pleased with the service. Every now and then I do hear a pop when the door closes so I might have to call you for an adjustment on the springs.

Garage Doors of Columbia has always been competent, pleasant and efficient. All service people have been respectful and always treated me like I have more than one functioning brain cell. This isn't always the case when you're a female. I won't hesitate to call them for service. I highly recommend this company.

The installer called me and gave me a time he would be here and was, on the dot. He was extremely professional and courteous, did not push to sell any product. He diagnosed the problem with our garage opener's motor and sensors and presented the alternatives which we used to make our decision (easy to make given the information given). He completed the job in the time he said he would and left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived if not cleaner. What a pleasure. We will highly recommend your firm.

The service guy that came out to my house was AWESOME! He gave me great advise regarding my garage door. Very professional in all aspects of the job. He turned what I thought was going to be a massive bill into as little as nothing. Another bonus.. It's quiet now when it open and closes. I will definitely be using them again. Very pleased Customer!

The service guy was training a new guy and was very unprofessional. He cussed several times and did not clean up after he was done. The previous time we used this company the service guy was great and professional but this time, the young guy was not at all, but we did get what we needed done. Oh and I would not trust the young guys in your garage alone.

Our garage doors are quite old and had started acting up. Eventually, one of the doors broke and we called Precision. Our Technician was very knowledgeable and gave us the option of fixing the door, or replacing them due to their age and being problematic. He was so patient, very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my special requirements. The entire experience was pleasant, and I highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door needs.

Service tech arrived on time and did pretty good job installing opener that I had purchased from local retailer. My only concern was that the tech used existing wiring for the sensors and wall control instead of installing new wiring which was provided with the new opener. The tech was nice and courteous. I have used Precision Door in the past and will use them in the future.

Aaron and Scott were extremely personable and courteous, explained all issues with my garage door, and completed the overhaul to great satisfaction. Their quality of workmanship was obvious. They showed extreme knowledge about the issues I was having with the door. Management is very concerned about all issues and willing to listen to their customers. I will definitely recommend Precision in the future and use them for my garage door needs.

I had a broken spring on my garage door and they were out and fixed it within two hours of when I first called which is tremendous. The people I dealt with were all very professional and answered my questions. My only negative would be the cost of $364 to replace two springs on the door which I thought was very high given what I've read on line in terms of usual cost.
