Even you signed up for 1 day trial, they will automatically put you on monthly subscription and you can not cancel it , can't cancel the subscription you don't sign up for, and if you try to delete the account, it automatically comes back active and charge you.
It's absolutely a scam, an online rubber!!!!!

For curiosity I signed up for one day membership. But you know what happened? My credit card were being charged for more than $ 200.00 dollars. I have to cancel my credit card. The more than $200.00 dollars charged is just a nightmare to me.

Avoid this site at all costs. I signed up out of curiosity and found it full of bots and notification spams. It signed me up for services I didn't request and started charging me, plus they make you jump through all sorts of hoops to cancel any of their recurrent services they'll sign you up for. Save yourself the headache.

Do not touch. They entice you to sign up for a short trial but will then take money from you. To cancel your account will be very difficult. They are clearly malicious and a quick search will reveal other complaints about them. They will take your money and you will have to cancel your credit card.

They use the same high Pressure sales tactics as the online ticket portals. With you miraculously receiving 16 messages with the first 30mins of evening in the site. No stranger to this setup, only signed up for 1 day, 99p, and after 30min to confirm my suspicions of it being a sham, called my CC company to cancel the albeit small payment. AVOID!

I tried this site out and quickly realized that it was all a scam; the other users were probably employees posing as users, and the cancellation process for not only gaystryst but their other company with videos was hard to cancel too. Stay away, you're better off cruising at a Sears parking lot than on this site

So I didn't even give them my credit card information, thank god - they refuse to cancel this membership but seem to also fish for more personal information in the process so be careful, they seem to be a fraudster combined with fish for you personal information, IE pw's you use (the one you used to create act) and addresses and numbers so be weary. Had to click through seven let me cancel pages, and they offered to send me a pin within an hour to finish cancelling. (Which given how they IMMEDIATELY signed you up to six of their sister websites, it's clear that hour delay = never) Thank f/ing god I didn't give them my card.

Another site said this was one of the most popular. Immediately when signing up I got messages and was excited. I signed up for a 1 week trial. Bad idea. Now they have my CC info. I met 1 legit person and it appears he was scammed too. They sold my profile to other sites. Now all of them are asking for CC info too. So infuriating. The site lacks a real profile area. So its just a scam or a hookup site. I had a supposed admin ask me to verify my identity before I contacted members or I would be charged $50 to $300 as a penalty and sent me to another site asking for my CC info. That's it. Deleting my account. Oh, but wait.... you can't. Calling support!

Unfortunately i did not check feedback immediately as it looked like a a reputable one. An hour down the line I came across SITEJABBER and other sites that mentioned the extent of this fraudulent site. I immediately contacted my Barclays card and put a stop on the payment and future payment i then checked Gaysthyrst billing page, they already had listed a future payment for monthly subscription which i did not subscribe from other associated sites unknown to me totalling £130.00. I cannot delete my account, although i deleted my pics but cannot delete my email address, which really bugs me. I blocked all their email, hopefully this will be the last i hear from this $#*!ER.I was lucky i acted immediately.

Hey! I was fed up of wasting my time and effort on people who were not interested when visiting bars. I found that I had everything I need at Gaystryst.com and that is why I now use this site for dating and nothing else! The search function is a dream for me because I can be quite picky when it comes to men, so I could search for the right people and that helped me so much. Make sure you have as much fun as you can because people find laughter and humour really infectious and that can lead to real dates.

I joined and was flooded with promotional crap. Your messages to members are monitored and blocked. Anytime I emailed a member it was always blocked saying this member can't receive anymore emails from classic members.Ever single time ! This site is total crap and a waste of your money and time.

DO NOT give ur bank details. Just been talking to Nationwide building society and they are aware of these. Trading as 4 companies trying to get your money. Ignore your request to cancel when you phone them . Bank had blocked them from taking any money. Use POF instead it's free.

GaysTryst has a great customer service. I called to cancel my membership and they helped me out without coming up with the rampant fake excuses. It's a credit to the platform. As I'm writing this comment, I signed up again to enjoy my moments on the site.

RUN AWAY as far as you can from this scam. Nothing on it was real. Promotions and BS... takes going through about 15 pages to find the cancel button before they tell you to call this # and give them the ID number provided. Well, you get some moron on the phone after you type in your #, then you have to tell him the # you just typed in. They say it doesn't tell them what site, so it could be 1 or 10 out of 100's of sites that route through this call center. Will likely have to cancel my debit card.

STAY AWAY! I had to cancel my debit cards because they keep hitting my account with fees. I know immediately after joining it was a fake site and huge scam. I caught it fairly quickly but pissed I fell for it.

Watch out for the fine print on the screen. They say they are just going to bill one $3.12 for 2 days and one is then billed $38.40 for the month. Also there will be a charge for $26.11 for any page one goes to from that website. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! You will more than likely regret it!! Then let's move to the actual service. The responses are primarily designed to get more money. It is not a dating site.

I am not able to delete my account and now checking some posts on this website, I am really more concerned. I have tried to do the process of deleting/requesting my account to be deleted, although to finish this process I need a cancellation code that it should be sent to my email, of course, they never going to send me this. How the hell can I cancel this? Can anyone help me with that? Is there any way to make a formal complaint to the police or any official department that anyone knows about? Dreadful website, it looks like bots sending messages to you from hot guys.. stupidly I signed up for the trial but have now cancelled my credit card, they'll get the £2.97 but not a penny more... it looks scan Grindr, use the pics to set up FAKE profiles to hook you in... AVOID IT like plague... What's worse if you put in the search site for reviews it takes you to lots of sites, probably by the company behind this website saying how amazing it is...
