I purchased two wine cabinets from GDF Studio, and three of the boards from one of the of the cabinets needed replacement. - I called customer support, and immediately Customer Support agreed to replace the boards, and in fact, they sent an entire wine cabinet with free shipping. The wine cabinets required manageable assembly, the quality was very good, and the customer service was extra ordinary.
I give GDF Studio a five star rating/

Ordered a table on May 31, 2019 and it didn't come with all the section cups. Emailed them in June requesting suction cups. They sent me the wrong product. I was told today July 23, 1019 that my request was “far out of the manufacture extended warranty.”

How would this order be “far out of the manufacture extended warranty” when it was ordered this year on May 31? This will be the last time i ever order from this company. VERY HORRIBLE

I ordered 2 ottomons on the 5th of May 2020 and received them both today 5/19/20 and I am very happy with the product. I will be ordering from them again... :)

Purchased Hatteras Outdoor Gray Wicker Sofa, White Water Resistant Fabric 5-Piece Set from GDFStudio using the Houzz.com platform at a cost of 760.94 plus assembly cost on 1/16/18. Furniture was assembled and placed outdoors 3/18. All 5 pieces are rusting from underneath so it was not evident at first. After contacting Houzz and GDFStudio they are replacing one of the pieces and eventually agreed to a partial refund of $200. There is no reason to believe the replacement piece will not rust as well. The rust is occurring in the joints and anywhere there are staples or nuts, bolts, screws. The pattern of the rust reflects the location of the rusting pieces so you can tell where they are without flipping the furniture over. The wicker and cushions are rust stained and I have been unable to clean it. I fully anticipate the furniture to continue to deteriorate to the point of being useless besides ugly. It is clearly defective. Since filing the complaint the item has been removed from the website. It went from 'hurry only 8 left' to 'sold out' in a day. All I hear from them is '30 day warranty'. Beware.

My patio furniture order was placed before noon (EST ) on a Monday & shipped Tues @ 3:30 am EST. it arrived from California to central Ohio in 2 1/2 days and the chairs were delivered Friday!!!! . FedEx misplaced the table so it arrived days later.
Extremely happy with gdf!!! FedEx needs to improve their tracking system!

Bought four of these barstools through Walmart.com the feet had nails protruding from and damamged our new hardwood floors for a total of $2000. Took weeks to get a response from GDF studios and the response was they would do nothing about the damages their poorly made product caused

Chair came with thar California warning tag "chemicals can cause cancer and birth defects". I want to retun it ASAP! I never ever heard of this in funiture and it has scared me very bad. Has anyone used product like this in their homes?

Have ordered 2 sets of the Molly dining room chair and plan on getting a 3rd set soon. Great to work with, fantastic customer service. I was concerned about stock and availability because of some issues we had with the chairs we originally wanted from Target's Project 61 line (to match the dining table we got there). Searched for quite a while to find chairs that would match the style and color and stumbled on GDF Studio. We wanted to make sure the chairs weren't going to be discontinued any time soon since we would be ordering 2 at a time to give us time to save up for each set. They assured me the chair would at least be in stock until September and probably longer and even let me know how often shipments were should they temporarily run out of stock. They were super helpful and always quick to return an email. Both orders were processed, shipped and delivered so fast... Ordered over the weekend, delivered Tuesday both times.

As for the actual chairs, I can't say enough great things. Super easy to put together, really sturdy, surprisingly comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention, we got TWO for the same price as one of the chairs that matches our table from Target. These look like they could be from the same line too... wood matches exactly and the style is spot on.

We purchased a set of 2 wicker chaise loungers about 3 years ago; however they were both stored inside our home during the off-season for approx 6 months of each year. So in reality they sat outside for only 1.5 years total. In that very short time, one of the feet COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT causing the chair to collapse. We had no idea this rust was occurring behind the wicker. It's like it just disintegrated. Some of the feet are completely fine, while others are either completely or partially rusted (possibly a manufacturing defect since it didn't occur on every leg). I contacted GDFStudio Support to ask for replacement of the lounger or at least the feet and was denied any assistance except for a 20% off code to purchase again, which I will not be doing. They don't stand behind their product or satisfaction guarantee. The 20% discount was a joke considering you can find coupons all day long on the internet for basically the same amount. I would not recommend any purchase from this company as I am having to throw these otherwise good loungers in the trash after sitting outside for 1.5 years just because of a couple of rusted out legs that won't hold the chair up. For the price, they should last longer than 1.5 years.

I ordered a patio set 11 days ago and have not received any information about shipping. I called the customer service number from the website and was on hold for 8 min and got a voicemail that no agent was available. I’ve emailed 2xs since placing my order. The patio furniture costs $600+ and they have already charged my card. I have not heard back at all.
