Decent website, prices and gun cabinet was good value for money.

Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward.

Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info.

8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible.

The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place?

I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms.

I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers.

It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently.

Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience.

It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.

I paid 30£ for delivery to Ireland and the box of clay pigeons arrived in smithereens. When you pay £30 for delivery you would expect the goods to arrive in perfect condition.

Once again and from Spain, I am very happy to have bought a clay shooting machine, in G.D.K, they have been very quick to ask that the shipment be to Spain, Gary is an excellent and attentive seller, I will surely buy more of his articles.

No holes for floor mounting so you will have to drill your own like I did.

After leaving a voice mail asking for a callback, I was the next day contacted by Gary, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered over the phone and was told the cabinet would be delivered the next Tuesday and it was.

Fast and helpful service. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a thousand black standard clays, one box come smashed to pieces, after continuously phoning and emailing finally got hold of someone called Gary, who said if I emailed photos he would issue a refund. (Which I promptly done)But I’m now considering reporting him missing as I cannot get hold of him via phone or email after leaving messages, surely nobody runs a business like this (especially in these times)hence why I’m concerned for his welfare. Gdk tradings response is nonsense, they only contacted me after seeing my review on here asking me to remove it, and I also only got a refund because I escalated the case through PayPal, a month after the order so to say they said 3 days is nonsense, I stand by what I said poor customer service,(Not getting any better) still no contact or apology from the company.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
