Straight forward. Easy to navigate back to shopping cart after curiosity led me to other things in which I may be interested. upon checkout, I clicked on the cheapest/slowest delivery, $4.95 or something, yet it punched me up to the $9.99 amount, negating any savings. I searched far and wide for the best deal. In the long run I could've driven to REI and gotten them that day for $2 more. The website would not let me start over, and by then I had already invested my time.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Gearcor. Part of my order had to come from the manufacturer which the site had indicated. After placing my order I received an email to inform me that as soon as the portion of my order arrived from the manufacturer they would send out my complete order. Once my order was shipped I had it the next day, awesome! I would definitely purchase from Gearcor again.

I have recommended cofra boots to many of my fellow counterparts. Excellent service. Excellent boots. Will continue to recommend these boots and this company. Many orders sent to Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Very satisfies as is everyone I have referred.

It is easy shopping on this site. Somehow the wrong address was on my order, but my shipping address and mailing address is the same. The good news is that my order wasn't shipped to the wrong address and I received my order. Everything was straighten out and it's all good!!

I get my boots from here and I destroy them. I’m a volunteer firefighter Emt and work in a wearhouse. I’d like a “Toughness” or something like that in my boots so I can see what’s the toughest product I can get

My first experience buying off gearcor. was pretty good. I paid for overnight shipping and they worked with me very well. When I didnt recieve my boots the next day. The boots work well. I will probably be buying a 10 wide. Instead a 10.5 wide next time. They are alittle big but once the sock is in they fit good. Thanks again.

I like the boots that is got but the delivery part time and their service sucks it should not have took a week for me to get my boots I will keep getting boots from y'all but the delivery time could be better

Thank you Ginger Szmyrko for going above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. She was kind, polite, and very patient with all of my questions, and quick in following up with my item's whereabouts (all in the same day!). She ensured that I got the answers that I needed and made the nerve-wracking online shopping experience much more pleasurable.

The shipping was great. I received my boots in two days. I cannot comment on the quality of the product until I've worn them for a few months. They are doing fine for the week I've worn them.

would be great to have an asphalt boot without a safety toe. Some of the people I work with can't wear them due to issues with their toes and bunions. And I've also bought a few pairs now that the safety toe shifted and I had to get another pair. Otherwise I love the boot. They never melt on any asphalt I've walked on and I put in 14 hr days easily. Got another pair and the safety toes feels goofy again. I HAVE to go a size bigger next time!

Easy, just hope the boots arrive soon. Your company was recommended to me by the company my son works for. The delivery was crazy. Not your fault. A smart person at UPS put a sticker over my address. They tried 2 days to deliver to a wrong address. I contacted them and on the 3rd day went to the UPS office and retrieved my package. They apologized, lol. But I would prefer the postal service over UPS or FedEx. The Boots are amazing. My son loves them. Guarantee, this will be his work boot of choice. Telling all the crew about your company!!! Thank you for speedy service, on your part.
