I have been doing business with this company for over 15 years and I have no plans of stopping. They have a great selection of parts, excellent prices, and a knowledgeable and honest staff. What more can you ask for in a company? Do business with them and you won't regret it.

I have been fortunate to have German Auto Parts near by for a number of years. I have always found them to accessible, knowledgeable, and the go to people with I am stuck trying to find a part for the older Audi's I work on. Quality parts, responsive to questions when you have them, thanks Jeff

Called German Auto Parts because they had a local representative (518 area code) to order parts, filters & fluids for my 17year old VW Eurovan and I couldn't be happier. Their local rep (Mark) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ordering the correct parts for my Make/Model/Year, helping me with new generation fluids approved by Manufacturer (VW), and even recommended a local repair shop that is experienced in working on my specific vehicle.

I placed two separate orders and they combined them and refunded me for part of the shipment and it was incredibly fast getting her in Hawaii.

I have been using German Auto Parts off and on over the years and the only reason I don't is not having a german car. These guys are awesome, they verify everything for you and ship really quickly. One part recently they didn't stock, they still provided a very competitive price even though they had to order it from VW. Shipping is reasonable and I would trust them over many other places.

I have been using german auto parts since 2015. They have been nothing but great they are friendly and go out of there way time and time again. Ill never get my parts anywhere besides germanautoparts. There shipping is also better than any other germanparts dealer.

I am buying parts from GAP since 2007 and never had a problem. Parts always fit the vehicle and they are eager to get the parts to you as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are reasonable and transparent. Other global parties with 'Prime shipping options' might seem to get the parts to you for free but most of the time the shipping is already folded into a higher price... also nice to call to quickly make sure that the parts you are going to order actually fit your vehicle.

Having two German cars, I missed out in the past not knowing about this place earlier.
Well, I needed some spark plugs and ignitions coils in a hurry and found germanautoparts.com offering cheapest price among any of the online stores that morning.
Anyway, I ordered my parts on a Friday around 11:00 am hoping to get them by Tuesday next week.
I got a phone call form German Auto Parts after placing my order to confirm the quantity of coils I ordered. My car requires 4 coils but I ordered only 3 because I already had a new one on hand. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name. Right then my first positive impression developed on this company.
Now the kicker, next morning (saturday), the parts were at my door steps literally 24 hrs later, the 2nd positive impression about the company. Note that I chose ground shipping and the warehouse happens to be in same state.

The first experience is very positive and hoping the last one will even be more positive!!!

I was a little bit apprehensive of ordering here
as they did not show shipping and handling while
checking out(it stated on the website that their shipping would be what it cost them )i thought this was a bait and switch dealer.But to my surprise they charged me only $7.50 for shipping which i feel was very reasonable.and delivery was fast . and the parts were genuine Volkswagen OEM parts at half the showroom price .will shop here again !

I received my ordered auto parts this past weekend and my mechanic was able to install the parts with no problem. Mark’s patience and diligence assisting me with finding the correct auto parts took the guessing game out of what I imagined to be a stressful experience. His customer service was top notch and as a result, I’ve already told my friends about German Auto Parts. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I found GermanAutoParts on the internet and saw that they carried a broad selection of OEM and aftermarket parts for my 2013 Audi A4. The prices were good, delivery proved to be prompt, and the parts fit perfectly in my car. I will definitely return to GermanAutoParts.com for future parts needs.

I have been using them for more than five years and they carry genuine VW parts that I can't get where I live, including the correct engine oil for my vehicle. One time I needed a part that I couldn't find on their website and I got a response the next day from them saying they could look the part up for my specific car with the VIN. They shipped the part that wasn't on the website the next day. Incredible customer service, a functional and easy-to-use website for German-made vehicles. It is a great website. Highly recommended.

I have been purchasing parts from GermanAutoParts.com for many years, which included parts for four BMWs and four VWs. The website is easy to use and the shipments have always been quick. Recently, their Customer Service took preemptive actions to clear up what might have become a problem even before it happened. They contacted me and in a friendly, professional manner and explained and resolved the potential problem. I was very impressed !!! So in summary, I have been very satisfied with every aspect of this company for many years, and highly recommend them.
