I was apprehensive ordering a phone I didn't have a chance to pick up in a store. Ordered once then canceled - but I changed my mind and I am so glad I did. My phone arrived as if it was coming from Apple directly. During Covid i expected my phone to be delayed. It arrived exactly 1 business day later. Totally impressed! And the phone zero regrets. So happy I found this company. Thank you!

I bought my 6s phone from them in September. The phone arrived promptly and looked new. I noticed immediately, that the phone did not seem to hold a charge. I contacted Orchard about the issue a week before my 30 day guarantee expired. Orchard got back to me immediately, but I didn't get back to them until AFTER my warranty had expired. Not only did they quickly, relentlessly, (I kept dropping the ball on return emails), and efficiently resolve my problem; they did not use my extended warranty. I am most impressed with this company, their product, their service and their staff.

Orchard is a fantastic and honest company. I had a number of phones that needed to be sold - they were just collecting dust - but I was worried about selling them myself and being responsible for them if they didn't work. Orchard took care of me! They were very straight forward and open about how much my phones were worth and why, and when it came time for payment, the money was eTransferred right on time! I am also particularly thankful to Orchard, as they helped me get a little extra cash when I needed it because of the COVID19 pandemic. So amazing!

After I ran the Orchard diagnostic test on my iPhone, their app asked me if the phone was locked or unlocked and I responded locked. I was then quoted a price and shipped the phone to them. About a week later, Orchard told me that the phone was locked (yes, I know and that's what I told you) and that there was an issue with the battery - I had never experienced an issue with battery life. The end result was that they reduced the price that I would receive for the phone by more than 35%. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately quite a few big scratches for a good condition used iPad mini, otherwise physically good. Everything else is fine or works yet the battery drains very fast and past 20% the iPad has a chance to just shut off. Not super impressed.

Purchased an iPhone SE 64g for my mother which has worked magically, then another iPhone 64g SE for myself a few months later. I have been pleased with both of them. No issues. They were shipped very quickly. I would absolutely recommend Orchard to anyone and will be buying any future phones from them. Just to be aware, they come with no charge cords, etc. Not a big deal. And for the record- I am not being paid to write this review, or getting any discounts of any kind.

Great customer service throughout. Easy to use, not a scam at all. Honestly if you have any concerns I would just call. They are super responsive and I personally know 3 other people who have received excellent service. I did not have any time to sell my old phone which still holds value on kijiji or craigs list or ebay and I did not want to deal with sketchy people who are choosing beggars so Orchard was quick and easy.

I sold 3 iPhones with Orchard and everytime I am satisfied. For sure, my phones were in very good condition and I received an interesting price for. It's not as much as what you might see online or on Kijiji or Ebay. BUT... The process is so easy and you don't have to worry to guarantee anything. Evaluate the phone, send it and get your money. No fee of any kind. That's it.

I first heard about Orchard in a CBC.ca article when I was researching how I could easily sell my iPhone. The service worked exactly as advertised and I actually ended up getting more money than they originally offered after they received and inspected my phone. Could I have sold my phone for more money on Kijiji? Probably, however if your time is important and you're looking for a relatively simple process, I would definitely recommend Orchard.

got stumped on kijiji looking for a new phone, Orchard was able to provide very competitive pricing compared to what was out there and also the piece of mind knowing you would not get screwed over. iPhone came in early and working perfectly as promised. Will definitely order from orchard again!

This is the third or fourth time I have used Orchard to get some money for my old phones. Their online sign up process is quick, easy and you know the "value" of your phone right away. They send you the prepaid box for your old phones, no concerns whatsoever. As in past, Orchard actually gave me more money for my old phone than originally expected as my phones were in better condition than expected. Money was transferred to me on time, via email Interac. I was blown away by the friendly and efficient service !! I had ordered a model but changed my mind to get another one. There was no problem, pre-paid return and the new phone arrived within a few days. I find condition to be very good, they had it marked as good. I will not hesitate to buy from Orchard again, or refer anyone to shop on Orchard. What can I say, I'm a very satisfied customer !!! Thank you Orchard people.

Super happy with my purchase. iPhone SE in very good condition and looks like it just came out of the box, not a scratch. Works perfect. Only had 1 issue, and not that of Orchard. I paid for overnight shipping, but Canada Post dropped the ball, and I didn't receive my order until a week after it shipped. Thankfully Orchard refunded my shipping cost. I would suggest that Orchard use another shipping company as Canada Post is very unreliable. Other than that I am super pleased with this purchase and will definitely shop Orchard in the future. Thanks

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered apple phone 8 on line on Sunday at 3:00 pm and received it Tuesday afternoon. The phone looks brand new. No nicks or marks on it. Will definitely order a phone from then again after having an issue trying to get a phone from Freedom Mobile. Store person treated me bad. From now on will always buy my phone out right. My daughter bought a phone from Orchard and had not problems. She gave me the old phone and helped me get all set up. So when it was time for my husband to upgrade we went right to Orchard. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the phone and we had to send it back and purchase another. There customer service was awesome. They have quick turnaround even though it was over the holidays. Will definitely use them again.

No comparison point as I have never purchased a used phone from anywhere else before, but my experience with Orchard has been more than satisfactory. Purchased a 'Very Good' conditioned iPhone 7, and indeed it is in a very good condition. Haven't been more than a day since I received it, but I do not see any foreseeable issue. Will definitely tell others, and use again in the future.

This is the SECOND negative experience I've had with Orchard. I purchased an iPhone 8 in like new condition. Within a few weeks, the sound quality became muffled to the point that I can't have a basic conversation on my $1000 phone. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, Orchard is unable to help me because they're not able to work on the iPhone 8. Not sure why they would sell a phone they're not capable of covering. Do not buy from them unless you're ready to pay for your repairs out of pocket.

I sold my old iPhone to Orchard after upgrading a new iPhone. I didn't want to sell it on sites such as kijiii or eBay since those sites got so sketch! I found Orchard online and saw really great reviews on Google. Therefore I just gave it a shot and I didn't regret it. Great customer service! They increased the sale price of my old phone after they found my phone was in a better condition than expected. I will go to them again if I ever sell my phone again.

I've purchased multiple phones from orchard and have had no issues with any of them ever. Love the fact I'm getting a decent second hand phone that'll do what it states. Everyone needs to remember, you are buying a used product and as such issues may arise. Cheers Paul Dunnett
