They messed up my order, and I didn't receive the bin for 5 days, even though their website says next day delivery. The bin seems pretty good quality.

Bin delivered a day later but in these present times I was pleased with the speed of delivery. You get what you pay for....a wheelie bin.

It says next day delivery but fails to mention that it does not happen if you order am on a Friday. The delivery company they use can not give you an am or pm slot just a range from 08:00 - 18:00. Save yourself a couple of pounds & buy from its sister company Yellowshield

The order and delivery of the 120 litre bin was excellent but it's fallen very flat in my trying to get it changed for a larger one. I wanted the same sized green wheelie-bin that I already have from St Albans Council. I thought the 120 would be that size, but it isn't.

I 'phoned on Thursday - the bin was delivered on Wednesday, the day before - to explain and to ask for a larger replacement. I was told that the lady I spoke to needed to check something and she would 'phone me back. So far she hasn't.

I rang again on Friday morning with the same procedure as Thursday morning. The man I spoke to said he would would ring me back with the additional amount that I needed to pay. They haven't.

I really hadn't realised that changing the bin I have for a larger one could be so complicated. I know there will be a delivery charge. But will I be able to get a larger one? I'm losing the will to live over this!

Though it cost the same as the Council would have charged, I got it within 48 hours as opposed to three weeks, and it conforms to British standards so is compatible with our council lorries

I've ordered twice and both times delivery was completed in 3 working days. Good price and good quality bins. Email communication good....could anything be improved in my opinion ....yes id like an invoice in pdf format emailing and on the website confirm there's stock

Overall good service and products except that one wheel came without spring axle and I can't use that bin because came off very often.

Well for starters I ordered a green wheelie bin but then realized it was a brown bin I needed,so I rang and cancelled the bin about twelve hours later ! They cancelled the bin but still took my money ! Said they would get back to me and I'm still waiting !
