For my first time buying a server, this was a very good site to do it on!
I had kind help all the way through the process, my helper was Kody, and they made every step easier throughout the process. All my questions were answered! I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting out with servers!

i recently subscribed to their service, i went for the cheapest package 3$ a month! Being such a server N00B i had many techincal issues but the support crew helped me out hugely and with great haste! i very much recommend this service

I was apprehensive when my son wanted to set up a minecraft server. GG Servers turned out brilliant. Decent company and if you need help with anything they are there 24/7 on live chat.

One of the better options in my opinion. Certainly not perfect, they could make the control panel a bit easier to use. However, the fact that they are willing to help with almost any issue is reassuring.

Timed out disconnection problem make me angry.

I bought a stone premium server with plugin setup and premisions setup and I don’t know what to say everything is perfect I already used the plugin suport and hot over my 15$ worth I’m going to use the premisions setup soon I’m sure it will be perfect too.Also the server is obviously running awesomely I had no issues so far except when I was downloading plugins while server was running which was obviously my mistake and the great thing is that even when I had done the mistake they still helped me fix it
This company is amazing it should be the most popular I dint understand why not everyone is using it I recommend 5/5 that you go use them

Terrible customer service who's rude and unhelpful. Mediocre servers at best at a premium price. They don't inform you ahead of time that their resource bars don't work and are innaccurate, and offer no help to monitor these.

Playing a modded server and everything is perfect

I bought a bedrock server which should support NukkitX - I was assured about this by a staff member before I made a purchase. After 4-5 days of failed attempts to set it up, they swapped it to vanilla and that was the fix in their opinion.

As I was never able to connect to the service I paid for, I requested a full refund. Of course, they rejected my request - so no service and no money back. They were just sending long copy-paste forms, there was no such case as an individual approach to the customer.

Ultimately, I created a PayPal case and got my money back - I would recommend anyone to try the same. Overall, possibly one of the worst experience I ever had while buying online services. Strongly not recommended.

I do not know anything about computers, know very little about minecraft and minecraft servers. After around one hour chatting live with Kody from customer service solved all the problems I had. Now I have my own server with my old world uploaded to it. Everything went smoothly and I could not be any more satisfied with what I bought. Getting such amazing service and great products for such little price is unimaginable. Thanks Kody, you rock!

such amazing support they have online chat 24\7 they helped me with everything I had a problem with or any question I had in mind very respectful very fast. servers are not laggy at all, fairly cheap. easy to use it does not get any easier.

Awesome servers very easy to use and fun

Any time I've interacted with these people via chat, they immediately have the answer I'm asking for. I can talk with them like an actual human person, they laugh with you, and it's bonkers because nobody ever *ALLOWS* that in their customer service tactics anymore. It's all acrid and "my pleasure" but this minecraft server company gets it. Their servers are stable as far as I've had the experience of using it.

I cannot speak to their reliability or server uptime, but they patently lie about what can be done with the servers they offer; and either the tech-support is completely inept or they just think everyone else is.

You cannot connect to their servers from a console without utilizing a DNS trick that doesn’t always work, and which they have no control over. So either generate your own DNS server, or accept that they will take your money and shrug when you can’t connect.

This was a roller coaster of emotions. Anghel and I had an intense battle with the lack of support for the technic launcher on my computer. After many installations and restarts, we finally conquered the beast that is my inability to start Technic launcher and play pixelmon with enough memory. Although Anghel was not there to see me arise out of the ashes a champion, I know he is smiling upon me from ggservers heaven. (Callum cool too)

This company is extremely shady and the support is terrible. I ordered a server and two days later it was down. Reading about the company I saw they are terrible at maintaining servers and have the highest average downtime of any hosting company. They told me I could not be refunded for my server because it was "after the 24 hour purchase period". How convenient things stop working after their refund period...
