Great after sales service 5 years after purchase. Very responsive on telephone when reporting the problem. Service team came on time. Excellent attention to detail. Follow up phone call the next day to ensure satisfaction. All great.

This is the second time I used Global and as with the first time from start to finish
the service and products are first class.

This was the third installation that Global has done for me and like the first two AND IT'S SERVICE it is excellent.

Provide a more accurate estimate of the time required to undertake the job: 4 days turned out to be 10. Ensure that employees are provided with correct measurements and all materials beforehand as this caused delays. Maintain communication between customer and office with a view to providing initial start date as this had to be chased up from customer side eventually. No receipt provided for final payment or letter of acknowledgement etc.

The 15 year warranty was honoured promptly, no questions just a visit and then the panels ordered and fitted. I don’t think you will find a better company to supply your doors and windows.
Lovely staff.

Very good work, very pleased with results, but still waiting three weeks later for Global to contact ESB to have cables refixed. Global operatives dumped excess concrete onto lawn, behind wall where it was only discovered a week later.

Doors were installed just before Christmas and the two installers were just so good at what they do

I have decking on the back of the house and protection was put down to avoid any damage

Installation was perfect and any unavoidable damage was very professionally repaired

Nothing was left outstanding including the clean up as they came with their own Hoover and cleaning equipment - really very pleased

Some guy who treated me as if I was mentally retarded changed the lock on the door I paid Global 6000 euro to instal in 2010. I discovered afterwards this was about 3 times what it should have cost. Absolute robbery.

I got Global to do my windows in the front of my house and I was so pleased that they are doing the back of my house now. They are very clean and professional and I would highly recommend them. The quality is fantastic and I love the colour.

It was one of the worst weather days when I expected a phone call to pick another day for the work. Instead the Gobal van was outside the door with two men all ready for work. With a rain cover built over the skylight they got to work. In good form (I would have been complaining about being out in that weather) they did a wonderful job in replacing the skylight and an emergency door/window on the landing. Thank you both so much for your good work and company.

Rep said our French doors needed replacing when we only wanted them fixed. When fitter came he said they didn't... Feeling duped.
Still waiting on snag list to be fixed.. Wrong handles and glass sctrached. Feel we over paid for the products

The installers were very efficient and they cleaned up thoroughly each day - the installation took 2.5 days.

Product seems excellent so far, After the first flat Roofing job done, when I got the second flat roof job done I had asksed for the same Person to be in charge, He Arrived and the Job was done perfectly. Keep your Staff ! The 2 separate jobs on replacing Windows and Doors were done by 2 Polish lads, on both occassions they completed the jobs with no problems. The point is that you have a good product (not cheap) but your service is as only as good as the the people you employ to install the product !

From the moment I made the phone call and asked for Fergus to call to the moment the installers left after installation I can only say that I wish all companies were as good, Fergus also arranged for maintenance of my previously installed patio door which now is in perfect order.
