Like others I checked Glow Green's Trust Pilot reviews and they seemed to be a mix of good and bad. However my experience was excellent. A very reasonable price and good communication throughout including aftercare. The engineer (Tommy Turner) was very thorough, explained every thing and completed a very good installation of my new boiler. Very pleased and happy to recommend Green Glow to others.

Well, this is efficiency at its best. I am generally a cautions person when it comes to give praises but I won't be shy here. From the quotation to the installation it was all a breeze. Needless to say that when your boiler has given up you are very much hoping that you can get a resolution in the shortest of times. This is exactly the experience I had. I booked my appointment on the Thursday and by the Monday of the following week I had a shiny new boiler set up and running. I would like to draw attention to Paul, the engineer who came to do the work. He was ponctual, courteous and professional. I really felt he knew what he was doing and he delivered above and beyond. Thanks again.

Glow green was recommended to me by a family member when i got home from work on a monday evening to my old boiler leaking on to the electric connections an therefor tripping the electric out. I contacted glow green and spoke to 3 polite members of the team which took a little over 30 minutes. In which time they organised a new boiler compatible with smart devices on a great finance deal, an appointment for the coming wednesday and a qualified gas engineer from my local area. All the parts required arrived by courier an hour before the engineer who was in contact with me explaining exactly what time i could expect him to arrive. Was a very polite an professional guy with excellent workmanship. It took only 6 hours to install so in under 48 hrs the whole process was complete. The best company i have ever dealt with,fact. Massive credit to john harris and his right hand man on an awesome job!

A really great service from everybody at Glow Green! From agreeing our very competitive quote on Wednesday afternoon to completion of the boiler install by Friday afternoon. This was made even more impressive as it wasn’t a straightforward install. Paul our engineer dealt with everything like a pro and his work is excellent. Very conscientious and hard working, he got everything up and running with minimal fuss and a very tidy house at the end of it all. Pleased to say we are one happy household with hot water and heating again thanks to the Glow Green team. I would definitely recommend their services.

I can't fault the service we received. I rang up Monday afternoon to enquire about a new boiler and spoke to Andy who was very helpful. Wednesday morning at 8 the plumber Paul arrived and fitted our new boiler. Excellent service throughout. I would definitely recommend your company to any of my friends..

16 yr old Vaillant Boiler perished on Sunday morning 10th MAy with no repair man available from Vaillant until wednesday and local gas engineers not bothering to reply to phone calls. [TOP TIP from our local furloughed gas fitter - always use fitters recommended directly by the boiler manufacturer - they know the boilers inside out and carry most spares in their vans]. Luckily our boiler is in a shed so no worries about social distancing. THe Vaillant Gas guy condemned boiler at 9 am wednesday and by 10:30 the same morning Gol Green had arranged a new boiler to be fitted next day on interest free credit with free SALUX internet thermostat and renewal of pipework from meter to boiler ( overall about £2270 for a 35 kw gas boiler spread over 2 years ..we were expecting to pay much more ) . James Glasner on the sales team was really helpful and patient explaining our options and how to future proof our boiler choice to be compatible with some major home renovations we have planned ; we were also sent a very useful WHICH report on best boilers to consolidate our choice of a Vaillant boiler. The fitter Joshua Curtis arrived promptly at 745 am and did a really high quality tidy job finishing at about 2pm. We also bought the £16/month plumbing and boiler cover which was a huge saving on the £50 /month hyke EON had tried to sneak past us. We did nearly have two boiler engineers turning up as my husband liaised with Vaillant on the repair ( who then wanted to survey for the replace job) and I liaised with Glo Green on the replacement ( but that was our cock up) . At this early stage Glo Green can't be faulted in our opinion..

Not a review for GlowGreen as a company but instead for Yolanda in customer service who is an absolute gem! Whenever we've had problems she has helped us quickly and efficiently whilst also understanding our frustrations and sympathising. A rare thing to see in customer care these days; someone who genuinely cares! She deserves twice whatever she is paid... and that's just for putting up with me!

We had some issues with the sale of the boiler, however the boiler was installed we have hot water and heating. Initially both myself and my partner were frustrated with the result of the appearance but upon complaining Andrew has managed to handle my complaint and sort everything out for us. Great customer service from Andrew.

One of the copper pipes was poorly fitted which resulted in a gas leak in to my property, this obviously required urgent remedial action so I had this fixed at my own expense.

The repair engineer was disgusted to find that an olive wasn’t used to the join the pipe which resulted in gas seeping out. He suggested that I report the engineer and Glow Green to Gas Safe.

I supplied the Gas Safety report condemning the boiler & photographs to Glow Green but they took ZERO responsibility for this and somehow deemed ‘it was like that before the install’. This was a complete boiler removal & replacement, with the problem joint going directly in to the new boiler - even photos supplied showed brand new copper.

The customer service was dreadful and they often didn’t answer the phone. Don’t chance it, use a more established company - this is life and death we are talking here and Glow Green couldn’t care less.

Once my boiler replacement was booked in the process was fast and efficient. The engineer sent a confirmation message to establish his arrival time and he was honest, very situational aware around social distancing measures required, wore ppe and was extremely helpful. A very efficient, thorough tradesman and very pleasant with it, a credit to his profession. Thank you Martin Payne (plumber) and thank you Glow Green for your service!!

contacted Glow Green on Thur 14th May/2020, was in need of a brand-new boiler inc installation.
Recieved excellent customer service from a chap called Ant, he was very polite,professional and offered me a really boiler ( VAILLANT ) inc installation, agreed a price and then went over and above to assign me an engineer for the installation to take place the next day fri 15th May/2020. Was really happy with this and I went ahead and got it booked in..
On the day of Installation, two engineers turned up,on time at 8am, Michael Cox and Jordan Parks, quick meet and greet , Was given clear and precise details on how the installation will begin and finish..at this point I let them crack on and left them to it.. well what can I say, excellent workmanship, VERY very good quality work, very polite and always keeping me updated as to how the installation was making progress.. everything was done professionally and also working in a safe and tidy manner, adhereing to all the health and safety regs at all times.. I must admit , I was overwhelmed with the quality of work that took place and also gave me a good clear demonstration on how the gas boiler operates aswell as the handheld Salus device too.. all in all was very very pleased with both engineers, Michael Cox and Jordan Parks, both really good lads and proved to me just how good they are in there line of work.. would recommend them both highly and would be more than happy to use there services again and again..
Also I did receive a call from Glowgreen after care once the job had been completed, a chap called Alex called me, again very polite and professional, just wanted feedback on the installation, I highlighted the fact that I was really pleased with the workmanship from Glowgreen and the two engineers that came to complete the installation.. I also did mention, if they could let both engineers know what an excellent job they did for me.. a very happy chappy, made my weekend..

Very helpful when obtaining a quote, friendly and no sales talk to get you to buy the most expensive boiler! The engineers who came were polite, helpful lovely guys, my dogs would welcome them back anytime! Too early to review the boiler but i love having an app to control my heating and set a schedule, very easy to do, and being able to control my water temp is amazing.

I contacted Glow Green for a boiler the person who provided the quote was great. The day before the installation an engineer came to make an assessment. It was downhill for a while as the first engineer was not at all professional, found fault with Glow Green, disagreed with the online assessment made, and was very negative. It was a total nightmare. But one good thing was he also suggested I contact Glow Green and that he too would do the same.

Contacted Glow Green and explained what had happened, they put me at ease and recommended a second engineer 'Lewis Willoughby'. He called and also put me at ease. He turned up nice and early and went over things and reassured everything would be done. Very professional and made sure everything was back in order even though the place was a building site. He also volunteered when I move in if there are any queries, just to give him a call and he would happy to go over things again. Kind of like that personal touch, so yes will recommend Lewis the boiler engineer. Glow Green also contacted to assess if everything had gone ok. All in all things all worked out ok.

I contacted Glow Green last week after having problems with my boiler. On Thursday I spoke to Paul who offered really good advice and a price for the system I wanted. There was no pressure to sign up to any deal. I went to some other companies to get quotes but Glow Green where very competitive. On Bank Holiday Friday I called again to confirm that I wanted to go ahead with the installation. This time I spoke with Dave, again he could not have been more helpful or friendly. He also had the integrity to say he needed to check whether he could put the order through as his colleague Paul had initiated the order and he did not want to take commission away from his colleague.
The installation date was set for the following Tuesday as promised the fitter Dave Harris attended. It took two days to fit the system and he has done a fantastic job while maintaining social distancing in these strange times.
All in all the service from first contact to completion has been fantastic. If you are having any issues with your boiler and are in any doubt who to call then really look no further than Glow Green you won't be disappointed

From the moment of installation this has been a catalogue of errors, poorly trained engineer installed, wrong positioning of boiler - proper clearance guidelines were not adhered to so we now cannot access essential elements of the boiler without removing our fridge, poor customer service, rarely answer phones, always try and make the customer pay extra for the fault to be resolved you have to fight tooth and nail to get any level of decent response to issues that are clearly Glow Green's faults. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
