My car has been out of commission for over a month because they have shipped two drive shafts that arrived broken. The first was packaged terribly and got completely destroyed during shipping. The second was packaged better but was damaged as well. They refuse to help me beyond the normal RMA process. If a decent company had caused this many problems, they would actually try to help fix it.

this is a rubbish scam company. Ipackage is lost, no replacement sent and They didn't give me a refund. It just keeps telling you to wait. The parts have been purchased for a month and have not been received. total trash company , DO NOT buy from them

Ordered 5/28. Stated expected shipping 6/2-6/3. Received email 6/1 that said expected delivery to dealer 6/10. Contacted 6/8 for update. Enrique said shipping out by end of day & would email tracking info. Nothing. Called back 6/10. Shipping out that day. Really? Asked to expedite shipping bc dealer is finished w repair other than this one part & I don’t want to be charged storage fees. Stated there is only one form of shipping & no changes may be made. Sent email trying to get management involved. If this isn’t resolved quickly, you can gaurantee I will NEVER use them again & discourage others from using.

They sent me the wrong part and acknowledged it. Took 2 months and a PayPal claim to get a partial refund, and I paid restocking fees! Lost on crazy s/h charges, 2 of the $7 parts they said could not be refunded because it was under $8! WTF! They sent the wrong parts and I lost money because of it.

AVOID!! Bought a master window switch for a 2011 tahoe bc mine stopped operating the drivers window (the rest, along w locks and mirrors worked fine). I couldn't have been swindled or completely wasted $140 any more completely. THE PART WAS NON FUNCTIONAL /NON OPERATIONAL, AND TOTALLY UNUSEABLE!! I tried to return it for refund, and they CONVENIENTLY don't take returns on electrical components, apparently not even broken garbage they send you. (Fortunately, for me, i took my original apart, cleaned it, reassembled it, and it works fine again). AVOID GMPARTSGIANT AT ALL COSTS! DONT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BC THEY APPEAR TO HAVE FAIR PRICES, JUST AS I FOOLISHLY DID. ITS JUST THAT: AN APPEARANCE/ILLUSION. Your SUPPOSEDLY NEW, UNUSED part received may or may not work,, but if u bought a broken, useless, electronic component as i did, THEY PROMPTLY WILL DENY YOU A RETURN/REFUND. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK, as they have proved to me that once ur $ is received and they mail you a part, they are done with you.

meeting GM Specification 9986115.

I have used this website several times while restoring my 2011 HHR. Once I used a different website and somehow got the wrong side marker. It could have been my mistake. But, I saw no reason to promise to send me the correct side marker but didn't. GMPARTSGIANT.COM won my business.

Bought my 2007 3500 Diesel and needed some emergency fuel lines..rotted..went to the dealer near me and got the cattle treatment, they don't give out part numbers. I spent almost double of what I'm paying here. I spent $800 here where at the dealer would have banged me double for some additional parts I needed. And the numbers match to what I have on the truck

contacted local GM dealer who wanted $567 dollars each for the rear shocks on my 2014 Yukon Denali. 1497.00 installed. Contacted GM Parts Giant sold me two shocks for the price of one. came in GM boxes with GM parts numbers . looked an installed like the originals. took me less than an hour.
Thanks GMPG! telling all my friends had them in less than a week.

Really needed a radiator for a 2003 Silverado, checked 1- 800-Radiator, but they wanted to sell me a comparable unit with a smaller core, which I didn't want since it's a HD unit with a towing pkg. O'Reilly was really expensive, actually ordered it from Amazon, but due to the Coronavirus, it still hadn't shipped a week later. Found GMPartsGiant by accident, and saw they had my unit for a few less bucks than Amazon, and they claimed they would send the order within 3 days or less, which they did, so cancelled the Amazon order and ordered it from GMPGiant. Only complaint I could note was that the core had minor damage to some of the fins, but nothing I couldn't straighten out, it wasn't worth returning it over, so just fixed it and it worked fine with no leaks or other issues. Never figured out how it got damaged, since it was very well packed in the original GM box, maybe it had been returned by a prior buyer and the damage wasn't noticed at return center, who knows. Happy with service anyways, they did what they said they would as far as pricing and delivery. Would def buy from them again.

Needed the driver inside door handle for my 1991 Isuzu Impulse (same as Geo Storm GSI). Searched and found GMPartsGiant on the Internet. Not only did they locate a "new/old" handle, but the price was good and the shipping was fast. Will be my vintage parts vendor going forward as I restore my treasured Impulse. Great job!

I needed 4 new center caps for my Buick hubcaps and to my delight and surprise, I found 4 on GMPartsGiant. There was a small issue with two of them being damaged in shipping, but that issue was quickly and easily resolved, beyond my expectations.

Kept having issues with my 2013 Suburban where the tail light intermittently kept going out followed by other electrical issues including no head lights, back up camera, stabiltrak, etc. Took the vehicle to a mechanic and could not find the issue. I eventually was sure that the problem was in one of the connections in the wiring harness junction block. I ordered a replacement block from GMPartsGiant due to low cost on part and shipping - Problem solved!

I have had electrical problems with my 2005 GTO for 5 years. I have replaced the accelerator peddle, the throttle body (twice) the ECM, and now the ECM wire harness. If it were not for GM parts giant I would not have been able to replace the harness because GM doesn't manufacture them any more. That means you own a pile of junk even though there are only 31000 miles on it. GM parts giant saved this car from becoming a parts car, or worse yet a trip to the junk yard. Real car guys and they didn't price gouge me even though they could have. Merry Christmas to all the guys at GM parts giant.
