Be aware of this company - they have the worst service and communication. I brought a part "in stock" and it took weeks of follow up before it was even shipped, to then find out they had swapped it with a cheaper product that didnt even fit (as the original was out of stock). To top it all, they wanted a re-stocking fee to return it - even though it was THEIR issue. Customer service is terrible and won't even reply to most messages. My suggestion is stay away and buy from somewhere else.

Ordered a sand sniper 150 received with missing parts and bolts. Improperly and dangerously assembled. I could remove bolts from the transmission and engine mounts amongst most others with my fingers. Ordered it with lift gate residential service and did not get it. I had to find a forklift and trailer to be able to pick it up and bring it to my home. The picture on the website shows the kart with a windshield and spare but after ordering found out that those were extra. The tool box was not attached properly also (loose bolts) and was lost. Customer service promised to reimburse me for the shipping and assembly services then turned around and refused to do anything about it. Also called me a liar and said that there was no tool kit/box included with this model. I own my own business and when I fail a customer and they do not like their service or product I do everything in my power to make it right. These people have a lot to learn about developing quality customer relations

Bought 250 Misfit. Suppose to be a 2019 and the stamp says 2018. Did not get a TITLE. Parts missing and broken. they sent me to the company the bought it from and they don't know what i'm talking about service and sales are badly managed. I have a bike from them i can't use .I have been trying for 3 months and all i get is emails which are no help.I will be contact the California Better Bureau to seee if they can help.

I wish I would have read these before spending $2800 with them, I only received some of the order and what I did receive was in bad shape, the worst QC I've seen. I contacted them by e-mail no response, multiple phone calls and I still have not talked to anybody that knows anything. My fear is that if they don't take this defectively manufactured frame back I'll be stuck with it, and if they charge me shipping I'm out of $300 bucks I've already paid $125 in shipping cost, so to send it back and ship a good frame it will be twice the cost of the frame. They didn't send exhausts or covers, but they charged me, also was a missing fuel tank. I'll revise my review if they contact me and do the right thing by shipping the missing parts and exchange the frame, without incurring additional shipping cost. We will see, but after reading the reviews in worried. GoKarts USA please contact me, James D

Has anyone noticed that the reviews on the GoKarts USA wedsite date back to 2016 and none since? Well I have. What does this tell you. I have submitted two reviews, both times having been ripped off by this company, and of course neither of my reviews have been posted. Go Karts usa, is one of those companies that have built a reputation for themselves and then let their sale go to their heads, which led to them thinking that the consumer comes last and their profits come first, well same on you Mr. gokarts usa.........Never forget, that without the consumer, you're business mean nothing............Stop trying to rip people off and start providing some professional service for the people trying to provide some fun and pleasure into their lives.....You have ripped me off, and from what I've read thousands of others customers too. Don't be another victim of this company, choose another, I have and been a happy customer since.............Gokarts usa. shame on you..........

ordered an $1800 mid xrx. It came with a broken dashboard, which probably happened during shipping, but who knows. Sent pics on the live chat and the person was a complete $#*!. They said it just needed to be screwed in, when the plastic was obviously cracked. They then referred me to the help desk. There I explained my situation, and they said new parts were being ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them back, and they said they needed more pics and a video. I then got a response back saying the picture files were too big (only 1 mb was allowed). I am not a computer person, but how am I supposed to send a video if I can't even send a picture. I am like a lot of people on here. I don't ever write reviews, but take this for what its worth. DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAG MOTHER$#*!ERS

**** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY **** Our first cart was "lost" then nearly a month and a half later we receive the WRONG ITEM - we have paper documentation as well as information from the shipper confirming it was the WRONG cart. Staff will not give manager name, corporate number or any contact info. First they said 30 day refund, then 90, then 30 again, now 180 - they are trying to charge us $600 - we will be filing a police report. Check BBB ratings this appears to be common with them - I regret not checking reviews first. Company will no longer answer calls or texts. **** DO NOT BUY - THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY **** You can find other websites with their same exact stock photos. Worst customer service of all time - If I could give negative stars I would. Packing slip shows name and description of wrong item - we refused shipment and while on the phone w/ the company they said "they ship all carts in the same box." HOW?? All carts are different shapes and sizes. Later, when attempting to touch base on our refund, whoever I spoke to on the phone claimed to be "as high up as it goes" but would only identify himself as #32. He was completely unprofessional and proceeded to call me a "fraudster." He tried to say they advertise carts with wrong names so that they can sell them for cheaper prices - Yes that is a direct quote! I have all emails and text messages to back these claims up. **** PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE - DO NOT BUY from this company ****

Ordered a go kart and asked them to hold off shipping for a week. In the mean time they sold it to someone else (which they admitted) and put it on backorder. I called the company to discuss. I was hung up on once, disconnected during transfer another, and now they have blocked every number I try to contact them. And they still have my money!! Go somewhere else.

The shipping isn't that slow. It's the processing of the order goKart usa needs to fix. I ordered a helmet on jan 3rd. I call after a week and I'm told we can't provide a tracking number. I know why now. It wasn't shipped. I call again after 15 days and it's coming tomorrow! It's a miracle I can get a tracking number today that shows it shipped yesterday.

bought a go kart for 1200, and it has a Honda clone p.o.s engine that was probably made by a ten year old in china. thing is a mega p.o.s i also wish i could give them zero stars! and slap the owner in the face, all there promises about warranty's and money back guarantees, read the fine print on that crap! there is nothing good i can say about this go kart or there customer service.

I bought the 200 Kandi Kart for my 12 yr old. It made less than 5 miles before the transmission froze up. The Kart only goes in reverse. I called this place and was told to take it to a mechanic. This guy had the nerve to act like this was a new problem with this model that he had to "ask his mechanic about" Bullcrap. I am convinced he knew about this when he sold it to us. 2200 hundred dollars for less than 4 hrs of use and the new part is 650.00 Do not waste your money!!

Ordered a go cart on 5/17, a guy called the next day and said the color I wanted was backordered till 6/9. Well 6/9 came and went, no contact from the company whatsoever and I've texted their customer service number 3 days in a row and no response. I now have very disappointed children and a transaction through Affirm that I have to figure out how to cancel. Thanks for nothing.

TLDR: I ordered and they assured me I would receive a Fire Engine Red Mini Jeep, they sent out an Army Maroon Mini Jeep. I have emails to back up all the information contained within this review and GoKarts USA refuses to work with me to find a mutually agreeable resolution. I really didn't want to leave this update, I wanted to work things out with GoKartsUSA but they have not provided any resolution to the matter through any of their support channels. I want to caution all future customers; I wish I had spent more time researching the reputation of this company before placing an order. Here's the timeline: 7/27/2019 Order placed & model/color on Backorder 1/15/2020 Model/color back in stock 1/31/2020 Shipment received (but wrong model/color) - Email sent to GoKarts USA 2/3/2020 Called GoKarts USA - created support ticket and called GoKartsUSA as directed Nick (company owner?) unwilling to help, Summer unable to help. Email sent to sales representative Mario unable to help. 2/4/2020 Called GoKarts USA - Abe promised ticket update by 12PM on 2/5/2020 2/7/2020 Support ticket updated requesting current status. Review left 2/12/2020 I want it to be clear, many emails and phone calls were exchanged with GoKartsUSA when I first ordered so that I would know exactly what they were going to send me and I would receive exactly what I wanted. Despite them delivering the wrong item, they are refusing to do right by the promises they made and failed to uphold.

I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent. GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later. These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick ass new bike.

I got a cart given to me and am clueless on the year of go cart but knew what make it was. So I went through there website and clicked on hammerhead and clicked 150 and it took me to wiring harness for the machine....... Well I assumed it was the correct one. I was told I ordered wrong one and that is was for a trail master and not the hammer head machine. I KNOW for sure I ordered correct one cause I have went through website MULTIPLE times since and got the same parts number for the harness and it is supposedly the "Correct" one. The picture was exactly what I needed also. They now will NOT give me my money back or exchange for the correct harness. Worst business that I have ever done business with!!!!!!!!

I ordered a ssr 150 through there site. it was delivered to a terminal which I picked up in mpls,mn. Aint no problem yet. Damage was hidden in carton. On me now. fixed and sent pics. the hell with it, fixed myself. Purcahsed in june.. after 7 calls and bs from there end, its October 10. 2017 and just receceived my mso. Could not title ,register etc without that paperwork. I have purchased other items like this for less price and received better service,etc ,etc, etc. Would not purchase again thru them. They are a middle man and u don't need that.

I purchased a go kart for my special needs son for Christmas. I have yet to able to get the thing to run AT ALL! I have had it to 3 mechanics, had quite a few parts replaced, and still the thing won't run. When I contacted technical support, they told me to change the oil. My favorite comment from ALEX, head honcho in customer service, "do you realize that go karts are tricky and need a lot of little tweaks with a wrench." I asked, but shouldn't it run at least for a little while because it's BRAND NEW? He said, "NO"

I never give reviews, but this hasn't been the best experience. I ordered the GT150 XRX and the company was very responsive. However, 2 weeks into the process, they lied to me about shipping. I thought, well, it was just a mistake. They said, "rest assured", it has shipped. I'm into my 30 days and no delivery. I have refuted the charges on my credit card and they refuse to contact me and any form, text, email, or phone. I would highly recommend going to another site to purchase.

Ordered parts, witch was a front shock and ball joint arm. Parts came and they were the wrong ones. so i emailed them they told me no returns on factory parts so i looked at other parts most parts are factory parts so watch out. they just ripped me off now i have parts that are useless to me and im out 200$ terrible business and website, stay away, this website it is no good.

As I live local, I went to their facility on 6/17/2019 to purchase a scooter. At time of purchase I was told by sales clerk, Zach, that scooter should be ready for pickup on 6/20/2019 and that I should call to be sure it was available. Called on that day, then I was told it would be delayed. Called again on 6/26/2019 and once again I was told delivery was delayed as scooter was out of stock. At time of purchase I was never told scooter was out of stock or that it was a special order item. Went to store on 6/27/2019 to get a refund. Refund was supposed to be returned to my debit card. On 7/1/2019 I was texted a refund transaction that turned out to be no good as they never funded the return. Since then I have been given the run around on receiving my refund. Company sent me a text on 7/31/2019 stating that refund check was mailed. As of yet I have not received a refund. Reported this issue to local authorities.
