I have ordered numerous baskets since i took over sending get well/sympathy baskets where I work. I have received such great feed back on every basket, I knew I made the right choice to go this route in lieu of flowers. More often than not, the basket is delivered the next day and you get alot for your money. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed if you order one of these baskets for a family member or friend for any occasion!

Sent the Easter wooden gift box as a surprise to my daughter and son-in-law who loved it. It arrived on the specified day and nothing had melted (sent to Atlanta). Also, contained hard to find,in any type of gift basket, candy bar favorites. And the fun, reusable box, were my main reasons for choosing Gourmet Gift Baskets. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I ordered 5 Bunny Gift boxes and everyone loved them. Reusable decorative boxes were especially nice and the bunnies were great. My 101 year old mother is in lockdown and we sent her the sampler cookie box. She was so excited. Said they were all really good and made just the way she likes them! Great job!

Recipient thought the gift selection of meats and cheeses were very nice. They also liked the serving tray very much and continue to use it. The cookies were very fresh and tasted home baked. As sender, I especially appreciated the on time and free delivery since this was an Easter gift! This company had excellent service and I look forward to using them again.

I have used the services of many Gift Basket companies over the years and can say without hesitation that there has never been another that was more dedicated to providing 'great' service and 'great products'! We have a large family - many different ages - spread out over Canada and the U.S., so "thanks" to Gourmet Gift Baskets" for providing me with this dependable way to send them great selections of gifts that they ALL have very much enjoyed!!

Ordered a wine gift basket and cake for my daughters 30rh birthday since we couldn't celebrate together due to iCOVID. The cake did not arrive as promised. I could not reach customer service only the team that places the orders who were not able to help. I finally got a call back days later and told them the situation. I asked for a refund because it was a week later. They never refunded the money and sent another cake instead that I was told tasted horrible I will never order from them again. You would be wise to do the same

We purchased a large gift basket at Easter for our son who attends college in South Carolina - we are in Ohio. We sent him the basket and the folks at Gourmet Gift Baskets were concerned that the original order would not arrive in time (Saturday before Easter) so they sent a completely new basket via overnight express to insure he received it in time; at no additional cost A fine company and a fine product. We will use them exclusively in the future. Well done!

I sent this arrangement to my mom after a surgery and she absolutely loved it! She said the cookies and brownies were huge and so delicious! Her favorite were the lemon sugar cookies! I will order again!

My daughter lives out of state. I ordered her the gourmet baked goods basket. I had a choice of next day, two days away or five days away. Her birthday happened to be 5 days away so I chose that date I knew she would be home. It never showed. I checked tracking and it was literally 20 minutes from her home the night before her birthday. We are now 2 days AFTER her birthday and still no delivery. Gourmet gift baskets says, sorry but FedEx ground doesn't deliver on mondays, it will be there tomorrow(Tuesday). Um, 4 days late! And no retribution other than refunding the shipping charge. I'll never use them again for supposed family owned and operated, they treat you like a big corporate number, not a person Totally ruined a birthday surprise

Extremely disappointed that I didn't receive the white chocolate strawberries I ordered for my wife for Valentines Day. Instead they sent milk chocolate salted caramel strawberries. I emailed them immediately since it was after business hours when my wife opened the gift. No response. 4 days later. Still no response. Will never order from them again.

Due to Covid-19 and being told to stay home, I decided to order Easter treats for grandkids in California, Arizona and Ohio. We spend almost $300.00 on items from Gourmet Gift Baskets. Unfortunately when the youngest grand child (5 y/o) received her Easter basket the head of the bunny was detached. I just spoke with Customer Service rep. to request a replacement and she said that they have no stuffed animals in stock to send a replacement and offered me $15.00 refund. I feel like this is unacceptable. She did offer a $30.00 store credit but they are out of stock for most items and this does not even cover shipping. I would hope they would want to make this right and send something fix the issue and retain a customer. So sad!

I've purchased multiple baskets from this website and never got a complaint. Given, they were gifts and people don't normally complain about gifts but I sent them to people close to me who would be honest. Each person who received these baskets were so happy with every item. The baked goods. The wine. All of it! The delivery was ON TIME. No damages on the packaging. And the price is so worth everything you get. You'd think it cost way more than it does. I would 10/10 recommend these products!

I was kind of down and out because after more than 20 years of having Easter celebrations with grandkids this year was going to be different. I still have three young ones and I wanted to do something special for them. After looking around online I found the Hopper Easter Gift Boxes and that was the perfect solution. They were so excited to open their individual boxes filled with treats. I was so pleased.

We bought this as a "quarantine date night" for friends of ours and the stay at home order ended up being lifted shortly after they received it. They invited us to their house for a "beer tasting party" and we had so much fun with this. Eight of us participated and we had one "host" and had not laughed that hard in such a long time. Thank you for bringing some cheer back into our life!

I ordered the most amazing Beer Basket with 12 beers from different countries, with snacks and goodies that make it all feel like an experience. This was a Birthday gift for my brother. When sending a condolence basket I am very aware that many others may be doing the same thing. The conundrum is what to send so as not to overwhelm the recipient and or create a situation where they have to throw food away because it's perishable but not freezable. This basket has a great assortment of items with a range of shelf lives. Very much appreciated by the recipient. Super quick delivery.

I bought this basket a month ago. Scheduled it to arrive the week before Easter. Was a little worried about the delivery because of the situation with the pandemonium. I was extremely happy when I heard that my grandkids 4 and 2 received it. I got a message:... "you guys brightened their day. The were feeling sick and it could not have come at a better time. It completely changed their day". Thanks!
