I "purchased" a CPU on January 2, 2021 with an advertised 2-3 week shipping estimate. That time came and went, and I haven't heard anything from govgroup. There is no way to contact them through their phone; every option just leads to a voicemail that is unable to take any more messages. I have just put in an email to cancel my order. If I get any sort of legitimate response, I will modify my review accordingly.

We lost $3400 in the process on an order of 100 pendrives and had some furious clients, a big loss for our business!!!! We ordered this printer and received it the next day. We will now be getting all of our toner supplies from this company.

I would not order from GovGroup again because the item I ordered was defective and although GovGroup was helpful in coordinating an exchange with the manufacturer, the manufacturer required me to pay shipping to return the defective item. In fact, I've had to return TWO defective items to the manufacturer at my own cost, as the first replacement item was also defective.

I ordered something from a store and when I went to pick it up they refunded me and told me it was out of stock so I went online and ordered it last minute and it arrived from this company on Christmas Eve morning! My son will be so happy!!! Thank you!!! -very satisfied customer

Their website is very easy to navigate - my order was filled quickly and one of the items was sent as a partial shipment with the remaining quantity sent 5 days later. In all, we're very satisfied with the service received from GovGroup

I tried to purchase items at a low price but they didnt ship my items and canceled the order a week later then dramatically increased the price of the items and told me to re order at the higher price! Unethical! Very unprofessional! The price I purchased the items for should have been honored after the order was made. Unfair treatment.

I wish there was an option for NO STARS & Worst Online Retailer in the ratings. This retailer is definitely not the one I would ever, I mean ever ever buy anything from or recommend anyone to even consider it. I purchased a Network Powerline A/V kit, which at the time of check out stated it, is available and will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days. I was sort of in a rush to get this since I had to mount it in my media closet before I close the rack with cover. 6 days came and went by, I didn’t' get any updates from the seller. I delayed my project for this in hopes of receiving it anytime now. Then 2 1/2 weeks later I received an email from GOV Group saying "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. THE PRODUCT REQUESTED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED".

I wasted all this time to find out this product is not even available from this company, yet it is still published online for purchase. So I ended up buying it from local retailer for the regular price and finished my project. Although I still have not been refunded my money back, I have called 3 times to their "so called" customer service to find out the status on the refund. First time I was told it is in the process and will be issued shortly; then second time they said it was being issued as im speaking to them and I was even given a confirmation number and told to wait 48 hrs for it to come back to the credit card. Which never happened and the third time their finance department was out of office so they will call me back, if I leave a good number to reach me at. Needless to say no one called me yet.

Until right now (08/11/2011) as im typing and looking at my credit card statement, I do not see any sign or indication of refund from this company. I'm going to give 1 more day till I call my credit card company and cancel the transaction and also report GOV Group aka Crook Group to BBB and Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection for deceptive, or fraudulent practices in the marketplace.
