Ordered a Garmin GPSMAP 478 on 4/18/07 & received it NIB with all advertised accessories on 4/23 via FedEx. So far, everything is going great and I'm happy I got the gps for the cheapest price...and a free T-shirt to boot! I'm just waiting on another item that didn't ship right away, but I'd recommend them highly considering my service up to now.

After verifying the "Stock Status" link displayed "In Stock", I ordered two Rino 130s, accessories, and software. This was on a Monday. I never received shipment verification. I called Wednesday afternoon, to check the order status, and I was told they were too busy to talk to me. They stated that I needed to e-mail my inquiry. I turns out that they were not updating their "Stock Status" link and they were out of stock. They have now revised the link. I was treated rudely and do not recommend using them. Scott appeared to have no idea what customer service is about. I found several other on-line retailers that had full stock and had similar pricing. These places will also match pricing, if a lower price was found. (i.e. www.getfeetwet.com)

i have purchased from this company at least 6 times starting in march of 2002 and the last on sept of 2005 and their service has been the greatest. cheapest prices and free and fast delivery. i wouldn't buy my gps gear anywhere else. they have always been helpful and courteous when i have called. good company!
