They cancelled my order about 20 days ago. I’m still awaiting a refund. Now they claim they did not get the money. I’m sure I will end up having to take legal action.

Yet another victim of this site, I placed an order for item that had a lead time of 2-5 days delivery and was charged delivery charges to receive the items in this time.
After 4 days my order was still showing processing so I emailed them, I was lucky I got a response unlike others, they told me one of the items I ordered they did not have and could not supply but offered an alternate that was not an alternate it was just made by same company.
I declined and asked for a full refund, I was told in an email they had cancelled and I would receive a refund, my order is still showing processing and not cancelled.
I have tried to make contact and like others can not get through on phone and my emails are not being answered.
Considering this company is advertised as medical this is not the standard of service you would expect, people are trying to purchase medical supplies and this is how they are treated, they now have £50 of mine that in these hard times I need, I can not afford to try and buy my items elsewhere until these give me my money back.
I have done a little research and it looks like they are working out from a storage unit in a big yellow box storage.
They appear to be more interested in replying to complaints on here and other sites to make them look like they are dealing with people but the reply you get is email us to an email that you do not receive a reply from.
So when you come to reply to me here is my order number Order # 1000056448 so now you do not need to ask me to email you.
Instead you can cancel this order and get my refund done now.

WARNING TO OTHERS PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE POCKET THE ITEM THEY CAN NOT SUPPLY ME IS STILL ONLINE SHOWING DELIVERY IN 5-7 DAYS.
THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IN THESE TIMES OF NEED IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU NEED AN ITEM THEY PRETEND THEY HAVE IT WHEN THEY DONT

Order placed on 2nd of April. Today is the 23rd, no notifications, no emails to say order delayed, have called twice. First , the computer systems were really slow and second time, “sorry but for some reason it’s showing everything you ordered as out of stock! I’ll email and let you know what’s going on”. Did I receive any emails, no!

Latest update:
They dispatched part of my ordered products on 19 Mar regardless of my full refund request on 11 Mar and 19 Mar.
And they are forcing me to accept what they sent to me and keeping the money. It is robbing.

I sent emails to them asking why they ignored my full refund request and dispatched part of my ordered products to me after i raised refund.

They can't answer my questions, instead, a staff called Matt criticised me in email: "you are not making sense" and "stop being so rude".

These people just broadened my mind. Turns out ignoring their customer's full refund emails, and forcing their customer to accept what they already cancelled via email is making sense in their company.

Original Review:
Placed an order 20 days ago and there was no shipping confirmation email.
I sent 5 emails to them in past 20 days and they finally refunded to me. However, they only refunded 70% of my total payment, earning the remaining 30% by doing nothing.
I asked the customer service person called Yhon Soto “why is it not a full refund”. It answered “it is a full refund”.

It's been 9 working days and I've yet to receive tracking information for my item being dispatched let alone the item itself!
I sent email requesting information and have failed to receive a response to date. Awful experience thus far. If it wasn't for the otherwise descent trustpilot score I would have thought this was a scam company.

Ordered from their website on 9th March, still hasn't been delivered despite money being taken. There's been no attempt to reach out and explain what's happening nor have they responded to my attempt to communicate with them. I've tried to be lenient given the situation with Covid-19 but this is ridiculous, I just want my money back!

Placed an order on 4th March and completely understand the delay.However the items I ordered are being shown on the website as in stock ready for dispatch at double the price I paid while I,m still waiting!

I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive. When the cost of P+P is £6.50 I would expect a quicker service. I emailed a week ago to ask for an update and didn't even receive an apology for the lateness, I was just advised that it was due in from the supplier that day and would be with me soon - still not here.

Only 2 items of the 5 ordered arrived with no communication about why the others hadn't arrived. We have now had to source else where so please do not forward anything on. Unsure if we have been charged for 5 items??? I have been away and only back to work today to discover this has happened

My order was placed with GP Supplies 10 days ago and I paid by PayPal. I have heard nothing from this company. I have spent 2.5 days trying to speak with someone, they are often engaged but when they are not, then no one answers - I have left numerous voice messages but still have heard nothing from them. I have also emailed them.
Do not bother ordering from this company as their customer service is shocking.
I am now about to contact PayPal for a refund.
Do not bother with is company as their customer service is sadly shocking.

Update:
Dear GP Supplies. I have followed your advice and emailed you immediately after you placed your answer to my review. I still have had NO delivery of supplies and NO acknowledgement of my emails - even though I said I am front line working for the NHS. I ask again - Please could you send my order.

Whilst I understand the current situation there is no excuse for zero communication. They will not answer e mails and not answer the phone. I ordered on the basis of a 2/5 days quoted delivery time, that was 16 days ago. I have requested a refund and NOTHING. I can only assume that this is a scam until they communicate and tell me different

Ordered 8 days ago and heard nothing since. No response to emails, can't get through on the phone. Given the history, I'm comfortable that it is not a scam but really really poor customer service.

Placed order on 3rd march, heard nothing, 2 days ago I received an email saying they had run out of stock suggesting to contact their sister company. Money has been taken from my account. No reply from the email address provided, no one picking up the phone. UPDATE: I contacted the address provided in their reply asking to either deliver the goods or refund me. They refunded me so I think they took orders without being sure they'd have the stock. Not a scam, just poor communication

Placed an order on 30/9/19 - email confirmation stated order would be despatched within 3-5 days if not earlier. Telephoned on 10/10/19 for an update as to why order had not been received. Was advised my item was out of stock and they had no estimate of when it would be available. Was then advised to give it to the end of next week or beginning of the following week to check again !! Really disappointed with the level of service I have received from this organisation.

In my 31 years in business I like to think that I have seen it all.
This company takes the biscuit for the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Order placed on 09/03, no acknowledgement received, apart from the paypal confirmation from paypal. They do not answer phones or emails and I will now contact paypal to recover my money.
If you read this, avoid this company they are out to pick your pocket quite literally!
