GrabAGun

I ordered a HK VP9 pistol this year. They charged me for the gun but never shipped it. I made several attempts to remedy the problem, but they ignored me. Finally, I contacted my bank to cancel the transaction.
They have banned me from purchasing from them anymore as a result of my getting a refund for a gun that was paid for and never shipped. That is their gratitude after all of the purchases that I made in the past.

I live in the San Antonio area and just purchased a shotgun from them. I couldn’t find what I wanted locally and they had one. I have done biz with them in the past and they seemed to treat their. Customers pretty well, but this time was pretty poor. When we opened the box at my FFL dealer, we noticed that there were only 2 magazines present instead of the 3 that were supposed to be included. I went ahead and picked up the gun believing that they would do the right thing and get me the missing magazine. No way.... I spoke with a Guy by the name of Christian at GAG. His reply was that they don’t open the boxes when they get firearms in and other than giving me the phone number of the US Distributor for my shotgun I was on my own. He also told me that once I took possession of a firearm from them it was ineligible for return. Hey, I’ve called and emailed the distributor with no reply so far. I’m not holding my breath. I’m a big boy and I’ll live and learn on this one, but watch these guys....they are not at all concerned with the customer.

I ordered a gun in May. No emails, no phone call, no notifications AT ALL! The place that received my gun had NO IDEA who it was for. July 15th now and I have my gun ONLY BECAUSE I called to find out what was going on. DO NOT order from these unprofessional people. There is NO standard for customer service after theY HAVE YOUR MONEY! Buy else where!

It's been 10 days since I placed an order for a Timney trigger, I placed another trigger in my shopping cart because I never received an order confirmation, finally 4 days later I did. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to CV 19 etc.. ordered two magazines the second trigger was still in the cart, didn't notice. Hit submit. oh no! That was 8pm last night, called 9am in the morning and I get the, " we are sorry we cannot cancel" now I have to pay 15% and a restocking fee. Still haven't even received the first trigger. Thanks alot!!

After buying several firearms and boxes of ammo from Grab a Gun over the years, My most recent ammunition order was refuses due to the fact that I live in Illinois! I guess this company has decided that since I live in a anti-gun state, I don't deserve to be able to protect myself and my family. I will not do business with a company with such a bigoted company.

Ordered a Panzer Arms BP12. Ordered on a Wednesday. Sent a contact question. Milo answered promptly. They sent it when they said they would. During all this covid mess, they got me the gun from Texas to NC, from time from order to receipt was 6 days. Fast turn around. Completely satisfied with the service and promptness. Good pricing, prompt courteos sevirce, and gun came clean and undamaged. I will definitely do business with them again

Terrible services, purchased a $1,000 firearm waited two weeks For them to reach out to let me know they received it I had to contact them first I was never called or emailed they said they had my firearm for over a week smh, so I went to pick my firearm up it was delayed which is understandable so I waited until I was contacted, waited 3 weeks! Contacted them again asking how long will the delay take and asking about refund option & how the process works. I was contacted by email with a closed order and a refund which I never committed to refund, emailed them back they told me the order was closed.. terrible customer services...

Bought a suppressor from here before covid. During covid, they refused to allow me to go into the store to fill out the forms. I asked if they could let me fill the forms out at home and drop them off, and they refused that too. Today, 5 months later, I came to the store to fill the forms out. 3 employees refused to help me. They said the guy who usually does it was "not here". One of the front desk employees was hostile and rude. I asked for a refund, and they even refused to give me documentation of the refund. They said it would get emailed to me in 20 minutes. Hours later and I still haven't received an email about the refund. I have spent a lot of money here in the past and received good service. I will not go back until the hostile employee apologizes or is terminated. Update: GaG emailed me and said they were going to mail me a refund. They also said that they don't condone racism or bigoted behavior by their employees. I looked through some of the other negative reviews on here and saw that GaG was personally attacking reviewers, and even doxing one individual. Now I know why the employees act hostile in the store. It comes from the top. Buyer beware.

I was a walk in customer but knew what I wanted by cruising Grabagun's website. The two sales representatives wasted no time in taking my order. In just over two days my gun had arrived at the store. Grabagun sent me an email saying my gun was ready for pickup. After the background check was over I was on my way. The store is very well operated and the sales reps are very professional. I don't remember their names but both people knew what they were doing and offered great customer service. I have purchased many guns from Grabagun and plan to buy more.

My item was shipped and on it's way to my FFL within a day, and in my hands within 2 1/2 days. Plus, there was no better price available at competitors websites or stores.

Took 5 days for grabagun to ship gun. When I picked up my ss revolver I couldn't believe that it was covered with dirty finger and hand prints. Filthy!! Never buy from them again. They're cheap for a reason...

During these times to receive any item in 3 days is amazing hats off to everyone who made this possible

I ordered a magazine for my XDm 45 and not only was the price very fair, handling and shipping were handled in a very timely manner and grabagun even notified me when delivery had been confirmed. I won't hesitate to order from them in the future. Very satisfied.

i ordered 3 of the same magazines for my pcc but 1 of them was the wrong one. now i will probably wait 2 + weeks for the right one.

the mags are awesome and at $29.39 for a 3 pack, it is a good deal. Why 3 out of 5 stars? Shipping $11.61 and tax $3.79 was an additional $15.40 added cost. I do not believe that three 30 rd AR mags cost $11.61 to ship. instead of being $10/piece, they ended up being $15/piece. Like i said I am very happy with the mags and their Original Price. Placed order 2/18/20, received items 2/21/20, but c'mon $11.61 to ship?? I will continue to order and buy from Grabagun.com, but not happy with cost of shipping especially considering every state now thinks they need a portion from any online purchase i make to waste as they see fit (that ain't Grabagun's fault, Just sayin').

Item is coming from Coppell TX, I live in Houston TX, literally HOURS away, waiting to receive this item for 2 weeks! Coronavirus cannot be used an an excuse, as I have our purchased various other other items for my firearm, from various other websites, some even after purchasing from this site. ALL items arrived except this one. I have never left a feedback on any website but had to leave one for this.never buying or recommending this website to anyone now.

This is my 3rd purchase and it went awesome like the other two. Great company fats and easy great customer service. Will do more business with them in the future!!

I ordered twice from GrabAGun now. (Pistol magazines both times.) The delivery was spot on. Both orders were at the shipping destination when it was suppose to be. The magazines are great quality. No bad issues what so ever. I will continue to buy from GrabAGun. My word is my bond.

I have been very satisfied with several earlier non gun purchases from GrabAGun and last week ordered and received a handgun. I live in Prescott, Arizona and ordered on Sunday afternoon. The item shipped on Monday morning and arrived at my FFL by noon Wednesday. Your service, price, and follow up was professional and exactly as advertised.
