My experience did not start of great, the woman handling my case at first took ages took time off and what not and did not pass my case on, it took about 8/9 months for my medical!! Absolutely ridiculous! Absolutely no contact with me at all, I was never aware of what was happening! I understand that everyone has their own lifes and issues but your job is your job so it right or pass it to someone that will do it right! So thankfully that woman left ( hope she found a job better suited) and then Debbie Martin took my case, Debbie was amazing, made me aware of where my case is at, what I need to do, always a phone call away if I didn't understand something, she also emailed and texted me keeping me updated on paperwork and other things! I wish Debbie handled my case from the very start! She's great, very professional, understanding and helpful! Thankyou so much!

The sale of the house took nearly 12 weeks to complete which seemed a long time considering there wasnt a chain involved in either party. However Graysons responded to my queries during the process in a timely way.

for reasons entirely to do with the other set of solicitors who were not local and hadn't much of clue what went on in sunny Sheffield, the process of selling my house took about 5 or 6 times longer than normal for a bog-standard Sheffield semi. that it ultimately progressed to a satisfactory conclusion is in no small way due to the persistence professionalism and expertise of Graysons - all accompanied by friendly charm and occasional laughter. although I never met any of the team in person - I live in the Deep South - I feel I got to know the delightful young ladies who had charge of the affair. had not the national lockdown and travel ban (as well probably as professional etiquette!) prevented me I would have taken them all out for a drink....

Once our solicitor starting working on our house sale things processed well. But before this, requests from the buyers solicitor sat unanswered on her desk for 2 weeks without any good reason.

When paying for a service you expect it to be done, not to have to chase it.

Grayson solicitors realy helped me through a tough time with a accident that happend at work .
They was with me every step of the way helping me with anything and everything i needed, always caloing and checking i had received all my information and always making sure that im ok all the way from start to finish i would definitely recommend graysons solicitors to anyone with any problems all i can say is a massive thankyou to eveyone there .

Tracey Dickinson at the Chesterfield/ Sheffield branch has handled a claim for me which was successfully concluded this week.
The whole experience has been very positive, from the lovely lady I first spoke to when enquiring as to whether or not I had a case, to Tracey leading me through the process and keeping me up to date on everything that was happening.
Tracey is very professional but also friendly and approachable. It has been a much easier and far less stressful business than I was expecting ... and thanks to her team I have won my claim. Thank you to everyone involved.
