When I called the dispatch they told me the driver left before my plane landed and they can't get hold of him and would send another car that will arrive in 30 - 40min. After 40min I've called again and they said it should be there in 30min tops. After 30 min I've called again and he said it will be 7 minutes and after 15 more minutes they put me trough to the driver who was just pulling in the parking lot. The dispatcher told me i will be entitled to a partial refund for my troubles (waiting in the middle of the night in the airport after traveling for almost 20h is not that fun) and after a few days when I did not see any refund I called again and was told that I was supposed to send an email (the guy at the phone did not mentioned any of this and their calls are recorded). After sending my email, they said I would be entitled to a free ride. I already left London by that time and explained I could not benefit from their free ride and he replied that will escalate my case to his manager. Almost two weeks have passed and no more answer from them.
Even with a free ride, I will certainly will not use their services in the future.
