GreatGlam randomly chooses when they want to waive shipping. It doesn't matter if you are doing an exchange. Very unethical. They do not communicate, nor care to resolve complaints. Everyone should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and sue them in Small Claims Court. I will be speaking to lawyers as they still have not delivered my goods since July 6th.

I purchased a sweater and tights from Showroom Glam 11/18/2019 , I didn’t receive my order until 12/15/2019 and the tights were not in my order. I emailed the company several times and I have yet to receive an email back. This online company is a scam and I reported this business to the BBB and I reported it to Instagram. I ordered from them for the first time in several years just 2 weeks ago. Apparently this company is under new ownership and this was some kind of private preview sale for select past customers. I ordered a dress that was $32 and was pleasantly surprised by the qulity. shipping time was ok - took about 6 days.I read some of the other reviews and wonder if maybe that was the past owenership? Anyway I will order again

I would give no stars if I could!!! As a few other people have said.. I didn't receive my order of $100+ dollars!! I contacted them multiple times and they would email back at first with bogus replies and then finally stopped! This really sucks to just be out of money! Do not shop here!!

I purchase 4 items, received 3. The most important one I didn’t receive was a yellow bandage dress. I contacted them numerous times right away because it was for my birthday so I need to know what was going on especially because the order was placed 2 1/2 week in advance. No one in the company cared that I didn’t receive the yellow bandage dress. No response. We are supporting these small business owners and they care zero if we did not receive the item. It’s all about the money, will never buy or support them again.

I love great glam! I have been ordering from them for years. I have only ordered dresses, never anything else. I can tell you that every dress I have ever ordered has been exactly as pictured on the website- fits perfectly, is comfortable, and best of all- so affordable! I highly recommend great glam. It is a great place to buy a cute dress!

I order from this site quite often from Toronto and have never had any issues with anything. The sizing is exactly as it describes on the site, the customer service is great, the clothes are sexy and as pictured and the shipping is super fast! I also like that they have new inventory almost every 2 weeks. Great Glam is one of my most trusted sites for ordering clothes online!

This is the most dishonest corrupt company ever. I am warning all, DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!! I still have not received my items or refund in over a year. They stopped responding to my emails and no one answers the phone. So, buyer be aware! They use to be good. Prior to this issue, they were my go to online store but then they fail off the rails, cheating their loyal customers out of money and merchandise.

I used to order from Great Glam from around 2012 to 2014. The clothes were nice and very cheap and I always got what I ordered. But a couple years ago, I checked the site and it was totally different; I noticed the prices were way higher, with very little choice. That was so disappointing. I would never order from them again after seeing how the prices have skyrocketed and the clothing are not appealing anymore.

I received my lilac dress today and I am so totally disappointed. The dress smells really, really bad, like they made the dress in a fish market. It does not fit right at all. I have emailed them that I want a refund but they will not reply to my emails. They were fast to take my money, but now they will not reply to me. Very poor service and poor fabric. I really urge anyone wanting to buy from them not to buy from them!!!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GLAMCLOTH IS TERRIBLE. ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CLOTHES, THEY WERE MADE CHEAPLY AND PAPER THIN. NOW I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO SPEND $30-35 TO SHIP TO THEIR CHINESE FACTORY. WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS ON FACEBOOK? SOMETHING IS VERY ROTTEN HERE. I'M RETURNING THE STUFF TO THEIR DISTRIBUTOR IN NEW JERSEY (ADDRESS ON PACKAGE) AND HOPE FOR CREDIT. THEN I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND PUT THIS IN DISPUTE.

Never again will I order from them. I have order from this website 4 months ago and have not received any updates or information regarding where my order is. I received a shipping label and have contacted the postal services and they explained that they not received the item from them. The label was only created. Emailed them asking to GIVE ME A FULL REFUND! I will never order anything from them ever again! It isn't right to take people hard earn money at all. At this point I don't even want the item. Just REFUND me my money. No reply's to any emails or answers the phone. This company is a disgrace!

I ordered 2 outfits on the 28th of January and got them on the 30th. I tried on the outfits and the fit nicely. I just wish I had the same shape as the models. But that's not their fault. Lol I love the way the outfits fit. They are comfortable. Im glad I ordered a size bigger, because they tend to run small.

I ordered a jean jumper last year and never recieved the item nor a refund after contacting them via email and phone calls. I've never, ever ordered from such a disgusting site that's allowed to take people's money. Please do not waste your money. Buyers BEWARE and STAY AWAY!
