Have tried severaltimes over a few months to renew only in current epurchse could I get a result. I have subscribed for several years and now have a long gap in mags.

The website was difficult to operate, the magazine has only been delivered on time once in the few weeks since I subscribed. Not a lot of help if we wanted to watch something at the weekend and the magazine arrives on the following Tuesday! I am going to cancel my subscription and revert to buying it at a local shop.

I ordered the magazines on 4th April and they have still not been delivered. I checked the details of my order and it stated that the direct debit would start after 8th May and first issue would be after 28th May. The money has been taken out of my account but still no magazines!

My friend has only received one magazine since 23rd April, w/c 15th May, and nothing since. I am also struggling to find my email confirmation with relevant details for making contact to raise issue of non-delivery.

The website was great, very easy to use, however this is the second week of NOT receiving my magazine!!! in future I would be tempted to buy directly from the shop. it is a shame that the delivery has let this down

Having a subscription to Yours magazine myself, I purchased one for my Mother for her birthday. After 2 months, the magazine still hadn't arrived. I had several Emails with the company, all assuring me that the magazine would be sent, but it still never arrived. Out of the blue last week, 3 back magazines arrived at my address, in addition to my own copies. Gave up today and have now taken the subscription out with another company.

As we are quarantined due to age and family we find this great and my wife can still do her puzzles which she would be lost without thank you

I wouldn't give Bauer subscrition 1 star Absolutely disgusted with them. Since April when I first signed up for three magazines, we have received just 1 Suduko. I want to stop subscrition as money is being taken out of our account under false pretenses. Have been told can not stop that yet. We will be contacting our bank to see if they will help. Don't use Bauer!

It’s pretty irritating to have paid up front for a subscription and then watch as other people read the latest copy, whilst mine arrives on Thursday and Friday?? I won’t be renewing.

Before VC i probably used this mag every other month.then being locked up for 12 weeks,i could not get out to get it.Luckily i saw the ad,and now ,starting yesterday will get each months issue.It is surprising but you do not miss it,until there is noway you can not get hold of it.Keeps my brain cell active .

I payed for 6 copies of Practical Photography. The order was for a single copy from the June issue onwards for a six month period. I received a confirming email from yourselves of my purchase. Instead I received 6 copies of the June issue, delivered by Royal Mail.

I spoke to someone in your accounts and explained the situation. She investigated and told me that the situation had been corrected. I asked if she wanted me to return 5 of the copies and she said it was not necessary. I also asked for confirmation that there would be no extra cost for myself to which she replied there would not.

Subsequently I have noticed that you have taken another £15.60 from my account this month.

I have emailed yourselves about this quoting all the required information and have yet to receive a reply. I have waited several days. As a first time customer I am not at all impressed with your performance so far and seriously doubt I will order anything else from your magazine stable.

Placing the order was fine, but I have not received the 1st Issue yet, which was due on 28th May, so cannot comment further.

Ordered this magazine for my 84 year old father as he needed to shield owing to corona virus. Place order 1st week April and he received his first magazine on 8 May so it was pointless as we were just starting to come out lockdown by then so I able to socially distance visit so I could have gone to the shop and purchased his magazine. Not sure why it takes 6 weeks to process a standing order. On a plus side the delivery came on time all bar one week and when I phoned the delayed magazine was sent together with the current week plus I was afforded and additional weeks subscription.

I have subscribed for 15 weeks the figures so far are 8 magazines delivered on time, 6 magazines delivered late and one magazine lost completely. This despite the company altering the delivery day to Wednesday from Tuesday. For a time critical publication this is not good enough.when the company are contacted they respond with a message that they will review within 10 days, what is the use of that. I have asked for a refund of my outstanding subscription as the service is not as advertised, not of “ merchantable quality” I expect a reasonable response within a reasonable period, I feel justified if not, that my recourse is to Trading Standards or BBC Watchdog
