FRAUD! They made zero actions on my account, and when I tried to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund only two days after the purchase, they agreed after emailing back and forth for during the whole day. But I never got the refund, and now they're ignoring my emails! It's a scam to steal your money.

DO NOT USE. I trialled Growthoid for one month and did not receive the expected results so cancelled my subscription. I received confirmation of this cancellation but have since be charged twice. Growthoid claim to have refunded me but I am yet to see the $158 in my bank account. Unacceptable customer service.

—I don’t know what the deal is but it’s been 5 MORE DAYS and I still have not received my refund. I called my bank to makesure and they said they have not seen anything about any refund in my account not even a pending one..if I don’t receive my refund, I really want to leave on a good note...so is there anything going on or what???I’m so confused like literally Emman who works with YALL said refund’s would take ten days it’s been nearly 16 days. then right after, You said it would be 5 days and still nothing. I have everything recorded every email just in case I have to go further with y’all’s services., so no-one else makes this same mistake.. where is my refund if $49?—

I never got my refund and they never emailed me back after that. A guy named Greg, Joseph, and the WORST OF ALL of them “Emman” all three of them are the main ones. Please do not fall for these disgusting people and BTW it’s not just about the refund YOU DO NOT GROW!! all of the reviews that are on there webpage claiming this works are FAKE ASF! You don’t get no growth, and the reason they say they would want you to wait around awhile is to STALL so you don’t get your refund after the 14 days that say’s CLEARLY money (back guaranteed)! I mean if your saying your services don’t work and have best results after 2-3 months then why only give someone 14 days Intel a refund? BIG SCAM

So I’m back because I just received a
email saying “gdowthoid would like more information to be able to reply”. Look at how many other people went threw the same thing.. I’m not giving y’all nothing ever aging.. how is this website even still up? After all these reviews..peole getting ripped off money stolen SCAM! I’m sick because my hard earn money will never be returned, I’m not saying no names but people if you see 5 star rating here for this company they aren’t real and are PLANTED please don’t make the same mistake as me and hundreds of others have. They will charge your each month and will not refund your money or anything just listen to what me and all these other people are saying. Open a fraud case as well.. if my bank card gets charged aging I told a worker named Radela and Carl that I’m opening a case myself, I’ve already spoke to a lawyer, I have over 60+ emails between me and Growthoid and a few of there workers talking about what’s going on here with my money and everything else so we will see.

To this day, waiting for my refund., said by 3 diffrent people it was on the way weeks apart.., and sense Radela and Emman said my subscription was canceled I shouldn’t be charged tomorrow. I’ll be back with a update. Wish me luck

My experience with growthoid was extremely disappointing. It only resulted in me being locked out of my IG permanently and me losing access, which they REFUSED to take accountability for. I gained maybe one follower. Troubleshooting was awful. I was asked again and again to do the same thing. I tried to be patient and kept following their directions, but it was obvious that it was not going to work. I kept getting switched to a different team member who was apparently not reviewing the entire email thread before responding, and so they kept giving advice to solve my problem that was not helpful. It was overall a headache and caused me way more work and aggravation. Customer service is professional and prompt. I believe they put forth effort but ultimately did not offer any value or effective solutions. definitely NOT safe. do NOT use this. i asked for a refund and growthoid agreed but NEVER issued it. They said they would within five to ten business days but NEVER issued it. It has been nearly a month since my request for a refund. I emailed them and they are ignoring me. i left a review on trustpilot detailing my experience and and then growthoid flagged my review as if i had lied. i have my checking account statement and email threads as proof of my purchase and having done business with them. VERY disappointed in this service but did not feel cheated.
but when they tried to remove my review AND never refunded? NOW i feel cheated. protect your account and stay safe by avoiding growthoid.

Here's my personal experience after signing up with Growthoid and i'm going to make this clear and concise.

- signed up the premium service ($99/month) back in Dec

- 1st red flag: there wasn't ANY invoice by Growthoid on my successful payment but only receive email from them indicating that my account has been set up etc

- 3 days later, my account was temporarily locked for the 1st time and change password. To date, i have lost count on the number of times my account was locked but i think it's been more than 10 times. I've reached out to Growthoid team only to receive robot template replies etc.

- apart from template replies for them, i've realised that emails were coming from MULTIPLE individuals (from Joseph, Emman, Alice, Keven, Carl, Rose, Lawrence and Radela). Total of 8 staffs, wow thats quite a huge team managing my account but the results has been extremely unsatisfactory.

- its been 3 months and i have been persistently patient with the email replies but have decided to stop their services altogether. Now im just hoping that i can get back my refund, not really hopeful though since Growthoid is obviously a scam.

- If there's an option to give them Zero stars, i would have done that.

Conclusion: don't bother, trust the negative reviews thats on this page and do not be swayed by the positive reviews that you find on the internet.

Extremely poor. My login details did not work from day 1 therefore ai could not register my account after payment. I have been receiving emails daily to tell me if i cant remember my password to just reset. However my password is fine. The site is poor. Service even worse. Save your money!

This is the worst scam ever. Not only did they take my money in exchange of absolutely nothing but thin air and empty promises. But, they also promised to issue me with a refund and never did. They keep on sending me emails every week as a response to mine saying the refund got stuck the refund is coming the refund is on the way but it’s has been weeks now and nothing happened.

Apparently Growthoid and TokUpgrade and all these companies are the same company. I began ordering a service from TokUpgrade but canceled it when it said they needed my password and it said I would be refunded. Well, GROWTHOID charged my account and no one will refund me. This is all a total scams.

They are a fraud company. Please don’t trust them with your money. I have asked my account to be cancelled on 18th Jan and to date they are still deducting money from my account. I have requested for a refund for the amount which was illegally deducted from my account. But they still haven’t paid me back.

Update 4th April - I have emailed them on 25th March to provide me the list of services they have provided to me since January after continuously deducting money from my account. They were deducting the money even though I have asked for my account to me cancelled in Jan. I still haven’t got a reply from them.

I got a an e-mail from Growthoid (34294) that says my refund has been processed and it will take 5-10 business days at Mar 3,2021
Till now no refund. Even i sent a new email at Mar 17,2021 but no reply.

I paid 70usd to try their premium service and I got immediately flagged by IG. Read their policy and it says that they are not responsible, if your account gets disactivated. Which I guess happens often. I requested a refund on January 25th in accordance with their 14-days trial policy but still didn’t get my money back. Send them numerous emails but they don’t reply, although previously were harassing me every day when they wanted me to subscribe. This company is a scum, avoid.

Growthoid does not stand for growth, in fact I’m not sure they are doing anything to help me. I chose this service because it’s about gaining real followers that are interested in what you do. Supposed to be more like having a social media account manager Gowing your account legit! But through all the lack of growth bar natural engagement and my own work, I’ve seen nothing from them. They didn’t want to refund just a forth chance and two months free and more chances. But that’s it they had my last review removed because I forgot to send my invoice which I have and will send, when they try to take this down as well. You can see from all the reviews it’s a scam or simply over subscribed and don’t do as promised might be the case? Then don’t take the money work with clients you have and do the proud instead of ripping me and so many others off? So many negative reviews says it all, Growthoid can’t argue with all the bad press and I would sooner they where honest with me and say we can’t help here is your money back. But they keep asking me for chances to prove they can help, that’s it now used up all your chances with me. Refund me and do the decent thing as your clearly not doing as advertised. Also all these online reviews saying Growthoid is legit maybe at some time they where who knows? Or maybe the reviews are paid ones, feel lied to so many times by the guys and gals at Growthoid now. If you only did what you said you would not be getting this review but stats don’t like or the reports.

Despite the bad reviews, I thought I'd give this service a go, and went for the premium package. After having everything set up, I waited for any sort of login & account activity. Nothing was happening, my engagement was dropping - you can't do anything on your account or their service is disconnected. I messaged them, got the account set up again very quickly, and carried on waiting. Nothing was happening. I gave them another chance, each time nothing was happening, and I couldn't do anything (like/comment etc.) or their service would be disconnected. I requested a refund, at the beginning of February. Funds were meant to be with me within 2 weeks. It's now mid March, and even though I've been (politely) chasing it every couple of days (I keep getting told the refund got stuck and is being re-processed), nothing has come through.
It's a scam company, that steals your money and doesn't refund as stated on their website. It's not extreme amount of money, but I will now look into reporting this company via different places.

Same thing as what happened to other users... they got my IG account suspended... and they never offered a refund, even though they had charged for 3 months prior with no actual work being done because we were trying to figure out password issues. They just kept stringing me along in constant email back and forths to keep the money past the "14 day money back" mark... but I see now that this didn't even confirm other customers received their money back either! So stay FAR away from this horrible company!

SCAM!! Do not give them money! I purchased the premium package and after 2 months of back and forth demanding a cancellation and a refund, I have 0 new followers because of them. The most likes I received on a post was 65. They still refuse to refund me, despite “satisfaction guaranteed.” Reporting to BBB.

The service did not work and Instagram just blocked my account for days. The service is not worth it and they will probably not issue you a refund (even if they promise to). I've been asking for a refund (for almost a month now), but I'm receiving the exact same messages each time like it's a robot I'm talking to.

Trust, I would have given negative rating if this was possible. It is scam system. They are not on any social media and there support team is not available online.

There is no process, no growth its just a void.


I had a 14 money back guarentee and its been more than a month and I have not recieved my refund. No support, no portal, just an email.

Horrible. I tried Growthoid for 2 weeks (with their 14-day money back guarantee) and they did absolutely nothing at all. First problem is, you can't even login. After you input your credit card info and sign up for the plan ($99 in my case), that's it. When you go back to the site, there is no login option, you don't get a confirmation email, nothing. After a week, I reached out to support (via email, b'c of course there isn't a live person option) and they said my account was in the "warm-up phase." I didn't get any support at all and my instagram account was stagnant. They also tell you not to use any other service alongside Growthoid. Long story short, I canceled before the 14 day trial period on Feb. 10. It is now April 8th (almost 2 months later) and I still haven't received my refund. 4 separate occasions, they assured me my refund was being processed b'c it was "stuck in processing". I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges and have all the proof in my emails to them. TOTAL RIPOFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD LEAVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

They are scam. I paid 99$ and never got even 10 followers. They have no dashboard, no loging page for you to see progress. Almost zero support. You have to write email every now and then. Don't waste your money on them. Growthoid is a pure scam!!!!
