I was looking for a special DC motor for my AC unit. Not only did they have it in stock, the price was almost half of what I would have paid retail from a local wholesaler who didn't even have it in stock. It allowed me to have my existing unit fixed instead of spending over $2k for a new unit. I will order from them again if the need ever comes up again.

General Supplies saved the day! I live in Colorado, and when my furnace started working intermittently, we diagnosed it as a faulty control board. But with snow in the forecast, the repairmen I spoke to told me it would be $1200 for a repair as the part would cost them $650. Well, yesterday early afternoon I bought the exact same part for $350 from GSI and had it overnighted. The new control board arrived early this morning, in perfect condition and in its original sealed static-free wrapper. All I had to do was disconnect the wires from my old board & attach them in the same places to my new one. Everything worked great! Saving $800 was nice, but more importantly, having a heated house to prevent my wife being furious at me on Valentines Day.... priceless!

I ordered a part and the GSI Store staff immediately contacted me to tell me that the part is on back order, would take approx 7-10 days to ship and asked if I wanted to keep my order or if I wanted a refund. I said that I would like to keep the order. Two days later, I received a confirmation email that the part has shipped and was given a tracking number. Although its only been a few days and the part us in transit, I am impressed with their service and professionalism! It's nice to see that customer satisfaction is important to this company.

Purchased a Danfoss A/C controller from GSI. They had the best price found on Internet. I ordered the part on Friday (6/7) and it was delivered on Tuesday (6/11). Excellent service. They have gained another loyal customer.

The ignitors I ordered were exactly as expected and almost 50% less than ones I purchased from a local heating and air conditioning company 3 years ago. I'm extremely satisfied.
