It was my second time with them and they put my order on hold, and demanded me data like where I made the purchase and some other stuff to confirm my order as a verification process, when I opened a ticket requesting my code since I was leaving country so I went to another site and spent the same money again and got the code in 30 minutes.

Do not know why so many problems with a 19 dolars purchase, I almost had to send my ID

I have a NOKIA 6085 phone, that this company was unable to provide the unlock codes. After the initial search, they did their "premium" service for free. They then asked I pay an additional price for a "Tier 2" service. That was also unsuccessful. My largest complaint is that initially they promised a solution in 7-10 hours. I had to phone back the next day to find out that they were unsuccessful. Very poor communications. They then sent an automated message asking me to confirm the IMEI, Network and phone maker; Not once but three times! Needless to say I asked for a refund.

i used gsmliberty as was advised to by many reputable sources, and could not be happier i had my code for samsung i9100 galaxy s2 within 15 minutes. the live info chat was very helpful also. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone

Asked for 2 unlock codes, only one worked. Was offered another try or refund, still with no results. Asked for refund. Nice communication and professional staff.

Awesome first class service all the way no problems super fast with in a couple of hours my phone was unlocked and working with all the features\apps running .By unlocking my pre owned phone I saved over 300$ Stick it to ur phone carrier and use this service .

it is now the 24th November and as you can see by the order number I purchased the order on 16th November and the phone still is not unlocked I have found they are very hard people to get help !!

called to ask for help with entering code (tried to enter it 2 times and it said wrong code) so I called these guys they are in Pakistan cant speak English and refused to help unless I gave him some sort of code that I didn't get from them So much for customer service down the toilet I will use a different gsm unlock who are more professional

I have tried several times to unlock the phone, I have only 2 chances left to unlock. I am not going to mess with the unlock code.
I think the best way yo solve this for GMS Liberty to issue a refund.
I will just sell the phone.
Please Issue a refund.

I paid to get the unlock code for my brand and model phone. They had all the information of the foreign country and carrier the phone had been used for.
After several attempts by me and by Liberty techs they were unable to help me unlock it. It was then kicked up to a senior Liberty tech; he reported that that model phone was only usable in European countries and was not locked in the first place.

They should have told me that before selling me an unlock code. I'm expecting a refund.

I ordered a code that was supposed to come in 4 hours, I never got it. I called to reorder another code because I needed it. The rep said he would cancel the original order and place another and that I should get the new code in a day. I didn't get that one either. My original order was cancelled and a reorder was not placed apparently. So I remain codeless, have to check to see if my money was returned.
