The ability for the audience members to touch the simulator provided a more realistic experience of how an abnormality would feel during their own breast self examinations. Many were surprised that they were not doing their own self exams correctly. I highly recommend breast simulator demonstrations be made more available to all women during their doctor visits.

"Leave a message" service was never responded too, which is terrible if you are offering the service. Also, it is not possible to make orders from somewhere else in the world since you only allow for US or Canadian billing information.

The product has very good quality and is as described, delivery was over a month and a half as there was no stock on hand, price is high. Customer service was very up front about delivery times and were easy to deal with and met all promised timelines. I accepted the delay and price, just wished there was stock on hand and more reduction in the price.

Decent product, superior to other cheaper products but very expensive and of average, not above average quality to match an above average price. Bottom line, customer service, shipping and responsiveness were excellent, paid top dollar, probably paid a little more than the perceived value of the item.

I ordered this model directly from 3B and I have been waiting for month for it to come in with yet another delay. I loved that I could quickly chat with a rep to find out if it was in stock and when I could expect it.

How to pay for Paypal fee? I never need to pay for Paypal fee when I purchased other items by Paypal. What is the deal? Even when I am willing to pay for this extra paypal fee, there is no slot for me to add the extra USD45. Gosh, so frustrating! I have been trying to order this brain model over last few days and have consumed hours to figure it out.

Disappointed that I didn't know the shipping date until after the chat and order; then found out that it was a 6-8 month delivery However, my chat with Juliana S. was AWESOME. She saved the order by proactively coming up with alternatives that met my shipping deadline. She then updated the order without me having to do anything.

Coupon wouldn't work had to log in a different way for it to work. And for spending over $600 $10 coupon isn't gratifying. My name wasn't on the address label, I'm not sure how that was left off, so I have no idea when it actually did arrive as it took my organization awhile to figure out who the packages belonged to.

Probably me but the billing and shipping addresses are different and they kept being switched without me doing anything. Also tried with Pay Pal first but it sent me back to order page. 2nd time I chose "card" This chart doesn't have gromets so I have to figure out out to display it. (I probably did not read details carefully) That was disappointing.

Juliana Siqueira was fabulous to work with on getting this shipped to Canada. I bought this for our CNS for Wound Care. She is very excited about how much it will improve teaching about pressure injuries.

Tried to get answer about expedited shipping from the chat site - the person said he could not quote me the price until I gave him the SKU number - couldn't re-locate the number so I just had it sent ground shipping. Would have been nice to be able to know if I could have received the item sooner

It was an absolute nightmare dealing with your people. It took four days, seven phone calls, five emails and one hour total time to place an order that should have taken three minutes. I doubt if I will be doing business with you people again.

It was great, I'm currently waiting on the receipt to arrive in my email, and I'm concerned about shipping time, but if the product arrives in time and is as described then I'm sure we'll be very pleased!

The simulator is not large enough for some of the participants in my research project. It constricts the waist more than the chest. Large women with big breasts find it very uncomfortable and difficult to squeeze into. It seems like a vest-type simulator would be easier to use and more effective at simulating COPD. Also, there was not a pre or posttest evaluation included to test it for effectiveness for prevention and intervention of COPD. More information about the simulation and its uses and purposes would be useful.

Entire ordering process was quick and easy. They also were prompt and efficient with acknowledging our Tax Exempt status and had the tax assessed removed before the item was shipped creating a much smoother process for us.
