I have used this firm on a number of occasions, and they are first class, as far as service and helpfulness on the phone. I had an issue when I came to book my break with them online, since I was unable to complete the booking using that method, which meant I had to ring them up. Nevertheless, it was good to see the various options online, and all was well in the end. They are my first choice of contact whenever I wish to go to the Channel Islands

Great short break 4 nights in Guernsey. Flights included with B & B at the St. Pierre very cheap.
Guernsey Travel did us proud, answered all our queries and were very helpful.
Would recommend anyone going to Guernsey to get in touch with them.

Everything went to plan (except for a 6 hour delay on the return trip but that was just one of those things that couldn't be helped) Hotel and food was very good, service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10 minute walk from the town (15 minutes back as uphill) but this was not a problem. Although we didn't use it, there is a very good bus service on the island.

We would definitely use this service and hotel again.

The taxi at the airport did not turn up so we took the only taxi left after waiting for 15 minutes. The only response from the agent was to say that the taxi company said that they did turn up,

As we were the only people left and there was only one taxi which we took there was no way they could have been at the airport.

Guernsey Travel just took their word for the situation which I thought was very poor.

Our taxi driver told us that the Guernsey taxi company had a poor reputation for punctuality.

The hotel was first class and would go there again but arrange our own transfers.

Good Service except transfer from Hotel to Airport - we were initially advised collection at 3pm, only to find on the day we were collected at 1 pm, and had to spend 4 hrs in the Airport - where there isnt much to do. We missed our lunch and was fortunate we hadnt decided to go out for the morning

Overall good experience, but free hire car was misleading as we still had to pay £173 to Europcar, only £10 cheaper had we booked direct with them.

We had an easy journey to the Island but a difficult one back as our flight was cancelled due to fog and we had to return to The Marton GH for another night. The airline were very good and managed to get us off the Island during a brief improvement the next afternoon.

We were informed on, the day of our departure from our lovely hotel after a superb 5 night holiday,of a condor cancellation,as a result of this and another 3 cancellations,we were not contacted directly by the company.when I spoke to them after our 2nd cancellation they were unable to offer me any help with further accomadation but instead referred me to contact condor,who were even worse.we went to 3 different hotels and incurred further expenses of £550.We eventually managed to get a return journey on the Commodore,my wife who had had a hip operation 6 weeks earlier had to sleep on the floor and I had to sit in a restaurant chair for the 7 he very cold journey,which landed us at Portsmouth instead of Poole.totally disgusted at the whole affair and in future,should we decide to go back to guernsey we will fly and book it ourselves,no trust in either condor or c.i.travel.

Helpful for the past three years, however they may need to check position of Cobo Bay hotel and adjacent Rockmount. Also access to hotel when they have a balcony concert which prevented us driving to hotel to unload cases on arrival as road closed so had to walk along road and through people listening to concert, not best welcome.

We originally booked a different hotel and were given a reference number only to be told 3 days later that this hotel was not available. It was unclear whose fault it was. We were re-booked into a better hotel so it worked out OK.

Really good customer service, booked in February, the hotel we had selected subsequently double booked we had no room 5 days before traveling. We were notified by Guernsey Travel with alternatives for our stay, all transferred at no additional cost to us although the alternative hotel was significantly more expensive. New documentation issued the next day, we had a fantastic stay with
no problems on arrival or during the stay. Thank You

We were having trouble with booking on line and contacted Guernsey travel direct and they took on the booking themselves and ended up booking the whole trip from hotel,travel,and transferes all in about 10 minutes. Fantastic.

We had to change from Fly Be to Blue Islands airline because of change of flight routes but all was ok but it would help if with such a small airline that we could understand the captain when speaking to the passengers over the intercom and for the sake of nervous flyers that he did not announce that we will be experiencing at lot of turbulence when approaching Southampton airport.
