Ordered 20 sq m of turf which came within a week of order. Turf was very good quality and well packed onto pallet.
Turf has been laid now for 5 weeks and has really bedded in and grass is really growing well and looks great.
Ordered online and got excellent discount for area of turf purchased, would recommend to anyone as we cannot fault service or quality of product.

I have to say Hallstone was a very easy website to u, after reading 1 or 2 reviews was worried for my delivery so got in touch with customer services and they where very helpful n my call was attended straight away.

After reading reviews on different turf company’s I picked this one web site easy to use delivery was on time and driver very helpful but when we saw the turf we were amazed how green weed free and the quality of it.After we laid it we decided to do the rest of the garden and re ordered more with the same experience if u need turf this company must be one of the best for price and quality it’s been down 2 months now and still green just like it was delivered def 10/10 service thanks

Poor due to giving us a date on the email for delivery and my son took the day off work only to find it wasn't delivered that day when I rang to tell them this no explanation or apology just that they had a different day to the one they had given us on their email

Top soil was absolutely top soil, I believe one of the best suppliers in the current market. Very happy with the supply and prompt delivery.

Ordered online, delivery arranged for a few days later and all went to plan with a very helpful driver. Hard wood chips very good quality. Will definitely use this company again. All during lockdown too.

They managed to get the turf to us in 2 days during lockdown.

I must say I was concerned about purchasing turf online but once I started to put it down, the quality was excellent.

I will be using Hallstone once I level the rest of the garden. ????

I ordered during the Covid-19 pandemic so there was complications with the order, it was split up and came on separate days. I was so impressed with the customer service people I spoke to on the phone though, as they were super helpful and polite and went above and beyond to help me, even though things can’t have been easy for them either. The turf is top quality. Could not be happier.

Great service out of 36 rolls their was only 2 doggy ones that weren't as thick as the rest, but the rest where great went down well and has taken very well looks like it's been their for years but only been 2 months.

Fantastic service, we ordered turf 3 days in advance, it arrived fresh, green and ready to lay. Much better than the Rolawn that we purchased a few weeks later for much more money !

Customer service was very poor and no help waited for delivery all day phoned up wouldn’t contact delivery driver had to pay someone all day waiting to lay it had to find phone number myself finally turned up at 5 o’clock

I ordered 48 turfs which to be fair were good quality, the biggest let down is the courier service they use, I booked in the day For delivery only for it to turn up at 6.15 pm on a very hot day which had to be laid out ASAP that evening

Would not recommend after being promised my delivery was on its way after numerous phone calls arrived 4 days later and the grass didn't look in great condition but after taking a chance to lay the turf and perseverance with plenty watering and feed weeks later most of the grass is now growing, but would not use again.
