I am very satisfied with Harney Hardware--my first order. I needed a small piece of door hardware that was not available at the big box stores. The on-line specs were extremely helpful, so I knew exactly what I would be receiving. This saved me hours of driving around looking for the part and delivery was quick and efficient. I will definitely use Harney again.

The polished chrome hotel towel shelf that I ordered shipped out the same day and was in my hands two days later. The quality matches or exceeds products that cost twice as much or more. The item looks great with no exposed screws. There were no installation instructions but it was obvious how to assemble and mount the shelf to the wall. The only negative was the cheap plastic screw anchors...the mounting screws themselves were high quality. I just substituted some nylon toggle anchors and I was able to quickly install the shelf. I highly recommend Harney Hardware.

My husband is a contractor, so when we order something, we need it NOW! Harney Hardware has always delivered - literally! Excellent pricing for the industry, excellent customer service, no matter who I speak to, and such quick delivery, it seems like someone jumped in the car and brought it to us. I can't say enough good things about this business. We are loyal to Harney Hardware.

Last week was the 1st time I had shopped or ordered anything from Harney. I dont have a lot of experiance ordereing on line and was pleased with the entire process. Ordered for $5 door bolt on 6/01/12. I pay for shipping UPS $8.75. No any tracking e mail. Today is 6/08/12. Still waiting for product. This is reason why Amazon is successful with on-line business.

Although your company FINALLY agreed to re-key the (3) dead bolts (that I had already installed) to match the front door lock set (also Harney) , provided that I return the cylinders along with the front door key, pay the re-keying charge AND pay for return shipping. I explained that the shipping fee had been waived (by another company representative last week) on the out of stock items and suggested the re-keyed cylinders be included with the out of stock shipment. Nina said that although they intended on including the re-keyed cylinders w/the out of stock shipment, they were withdrawing their offer of free shipping for the out of stock items! Is that the way to make your customer smile ?Do you think the customer service at Kwikset or Schlage would be so kind?
