Harris & Bailey we’re first class but there carrier (Fed Ex) we’re terrible, said they would deliver on Tuesday, then got another message on Wednesday morning to deliver, they actually turned up unannounced on Thursday afternoon, do there’s carriers think we have nothing better to do than wait for them!

During these uncertain times I have tried to get companies to deliver everything needed to build my projects H&B were the only company to deliver everything I needed on 3 separate occations with no fuss, from the phone calls to online ordering everything was seamless... the delivery drivers were professional at all times complying with social distancing guidelines very friendly and extremely helpful, no.matter what happens moving forward now H&B will be my first call everytime.

With one company or another, I have traded with Harris & Bailey for many years. ( I remember the present site being built!) In all that time I have always found the sales staff both professional and mindful of my needs.While I am now well into retirement, (an age thing!) I still look after the odd project. Even though the orders are small by comparison, they still have the same approach. The current crisis has not diminished their level of commitment to customer service and my latest order was handled very well. From sales staff all the way to delivery drivers, I cannot fault them.

sorry but one and a half hours is too long to wait in a queue when you have used click and collect

i have brought from these people for over 15 years and always received great service. i can't recommend them enough, friendly staff and very knowledgeable on all there products.
