Sadly HJ have not delivered what they promised to and we have been fobbed off for months. It is a very stressful company to deal with. The fitters and painters are excellent though. We are still waiting for our kitchen to be completed two months after it should have been with no end in sight. This is not a review we wished to write but we are at our wits end now. ☹️

We have been living with our Harvey Jones kitchen for a year now and I wanted to write and say Thank you. The kitchen and laundry are fabulous, both functional and beautiful.

I admire the rounded corners on the dresser unit which is a lovely touch and the fridge is brilliant. There is nothing that we would change.

Particularly Thank you to Jenny for your help in addressing the snagging. I don’t know what the problem was, but the replacement plugs in the Belfast sink now both hold water.

Not a day goes by that I don’t admire some detail or other.

You are brilliant. Thank you

We got our kitchen from the Leamington branch, where Natasha helped us to achieve our perfect kitchen. She spent hours, drawing & re drawing, until it was exactly as we wanted. Our fitter, Dave, was absolutely fantastic; so courteous & patient, and his attention to detail out of this world ! Our cabinet painter, Paul, worked in the same way as Dave, always patient with my paint colour changes ! and wanting a perfect finish, which he absolutely achieved. I’m a very, very happy customer !

My kitchen was ordered at the St Albans branch with Ezra. Great customer service and been very impressed with service especially after the kitchen was fitted. Any tweaks and alterations have been swiftly carried out and no problem was an issue.

So impressed by the standards of both customer service and workmanship we received from Harvey Jones. It was a big decision, but one that proved to be well worth the money we invested in this project. If you’re looking for a kitchen that is totally bespoke to your needs, stands out in its craftsmanship, and you value a well-informed, personal service, you couldn’t do better than opt for HJ.

Just had an eyewateringly escalated quote from Harvey Jones Kitchens,now I realise they are good quality but the designer in the Notts branch quite frankly hadn't a clue!When questioned about sizes she ha estimated she obviously didn't know the difference between 200mm and70 mm.I queried one item on the itemised list of prices which was described as fittings the said item was actually the screws used to fit the cabinets to the wall price £70 next to this a price for filler to fill the joints before painting! Now a top end kichen may need a little filler but £79.00 worth I can buy 10 litres for less than that and that's enough to fill fifty Kitchens.Needless to say I made a hasty retreat from the showroom I suggest the new uniforms the staff design should include a black and white striped jersey and a Mask!

I love my Harvey Jones kitchen its just had a revamp and it looks brand new even though its 8 years old!!! Its the kitchen that keeps on giving. And the after sales service in Sheen is excellent. Loved working with Annalisa.

Many of the design features of our kitchen came about through Emma's (Marlow showroom) knowledge, patience and attention to detail during the planning process. She, and Harvey Jones, were so flexible and supportive throughout the whole process, I am thrilled with the results. Harvey Jones and their great staff stood out as a professional, high quality, customer focused company and we would gladly recommend them.

My tiny galley kitchen in London has been completely transformed by Harvey Jones, and the brilliant designer I worked with, Nicolle. Having never done anything like this before, I was quite nervous about the process, but Nicolle walked me through all of it, and made it seem straightforward. She listened to what I wanted, and made suggestions along the way with regard to the worktop material, sink and appliances. And totally saved the day when there was a hitch at the eleventh hour with the worktop, which threatened to hold the completion date up! The team are meticulous with regard to site visits, measurements and making sure that everything is how you want it; they'll offer advice and have a huge amount of knowledge - especially with regard to making every inch count in a very small space. The quality of the finished kitchen is top notch; it's quite a lengthy and detailed process, going from initial design to final fit, but it's definitely worth it.

We came across Harvey Jones on-line rather than by personal recommendation, and then visited the Westbourne store on the same day as two other companies.The reason we chose HJ was that we saw the excellent quality of furniture and were given plenty of time and attention by Anna Marksen, the designer. The whole project took 14 months as it involved some building work, needed to fit with our own working lives, and we are slow planners. Anna was patient and attentive as the design went through many revisions; achieving that balance between implementing what we asked for and making suggestions from her own experience. We are particularly grateful for her work in sourcing stone that we wanted in a particular (and, as it turns out, unusual) colour. We moved in two weeks ago and are delighted with what we have - the quality and finished appearance are all that we wanted. It looks very beautiful. As we are still learning how to use it (it is very different from what we had previously) it is a little too soon to say whether there are elements we will wish we had designed slightly differently.

When we first met with Anna, at Bournemouth Harvey Jones studio, we didn’t have much of an idea at all on the type of kitchen we wanted. The kitchen would be built within a new extension of a period property, so would need to reflect and blend old with new. Very quickly, Anna got to know us and to understand the type of kitchen we were envisaging. From a practical perspective, as a family with young children that likes to entertain, and from a design viewpoint. Anna appreciated how important it was for the kitchen to complement the other renovation works being done.

Together, we came up with the overall design and then the finer details were all agreed in quite a short space of time. Anna was excellent in suggesting the different options that would work for taps, splashback, paint colours etc. We also had fun drawing up a bespoke chimney housing unit for the extractor. From a kitchen design perspective, they were excellent throughout.

We had a (very!) last minute change of mind in terms of the worktop, but HJ dealt with this straight away and with no issues at all. We had to delay fitting of the kitchen a few times, but again this was not an issue. HJ were in regular communication with our building contractor to co-ordinate fitting, installation and painting of the units. Regularly onsite, their project management was excellent.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones. In fact, we have already recommended them to friends as we are so happy with our fabulous kitchen!

I love my Harvey Jones kitchen as much today as I did 3 years ago immediately after installation. The whole process of refitting the entire kitchen and conservatory was as painless as such a big project could be.
The Harvey Jones designer helped us through the options, project managed the installation and sorted the only one small problem with the extractor fan. All cupboards, drawers and appliances are still perfect after 3 years hard wear. I couldn't fault them.

I've had my Harvey Jones kitchen for 18 months or more now; it was part of a bigger house renovation. I have been very pleased with it. The salespeople in the Clifton shop were very helpful in designing the kitchen, and the on-site surveyors were professional and helpful. The installers and painter caused a few problems for the builders but it was a complicated job, and overall it went very well. The suppliers of the worksurface left something to be desired; remedial work was needed but HJ arranged this effectively. The plug in the half-sink has never fitted properly and water drains away if you leave things to soak. HJ did not follow up on this issue, which has never been resolved. But overall, the kitchen is everything I wanted and I love working in it!

I bought my kitchen at Harvey Jones in Cambridge with designer Claire. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and has been beautifully installed and painted. Claire had good knowledge of the products, design options and processes and I am very happy with how the kitchen works in practice. The installers and painter worked efficiently whilst also taking care of the detail. Everyone in the process was friendly and professional and I felt well looked after as a customer. I would recommend using Harvey Jones.

This is the second time we have used Harvey Jones as we recently moved house and have undertaken a large refurbishment project. Our expectations were high from the outset based upon our previous experience, and I am pleased to say they have been exceeded again second time round. We are really pleased with quality, finish and design of the kitchen. Our designer, Leisha Norman, was fantastic and key to making the process smooth running. Leisha's design expertise and keen eye for detail was really appreciated and was so important in getting the end result right.

This is the second kitchen we've bought with Harvey Jones - Bournemouth. Very pleased again with our choice. The product is very good, but just as importantly the designing and planning process to get there is seamless, with very bespoke detailed follow-up. Sean, as our designer, really helped us think through our options. And importantly HJ won't sign off on a kitchen until it's really been through scrutiny after installation. Very happy.

Trusting Harvey Jones Cambridge with our kitchen was one of the best decisions we made when we built an extension to our home, including our new kitchen.

Claire MacKay at Harvey Jones was very good to us, providing clear explanations, a great eye for design within the space we had, great patience with us as our build was delayed, and real attention to detail on the fitting, installation and painting arrangements.

Finding reliable and good people to work with on a home extension can be difficult, but Claire made things so much easier for us. Highly recommended.
